Recommendation: Staff an employee at the front door to create a gap in the line for those who need to get their drinks and get out. Have a monitor posted on the glass window showing a list of numbers already called. If you're going to launch an online ordering system , be prepared to create two lines. read more

This review is based on my return visit from a couple of days ago. I came back hoping things had improved, but sadly, I left disappointed. I placed an order through the app for 5 drinks, and it gave an estimated 11-minute wait time. Even after 40 minutes, the app and in-store monitor still showed my order as "being prepared." No one ever called my number, so I had no idea the drinks were ready until I went to the counter and asked. When I asked how long the drinks had been sitting out, the staff said, "Uh, I'm not sure." I also asked why the monitor hadn't updated, and she replied, "Oh, it's broken." Unfortunately, all of the drinks were melted; some were supposed to be slushy-style and had completely lost their texture. I understand this is a really popular place, and the staff are very busy. But the experience felt disorganized, or maybe I've just had really bad luck here. I really hope one day I'll be able to try a drink freshly made, so I can properly review the actual product. It's slay-ish. I went twice during their grand opening week. I tried their coconut mango boom, strawberry peach boom, and grape boom. They ran out of yumberry T^T. I'm a grape girly so the grape was most definitely my favorite (I got it twice). I love the fresh taste of their drinks and all the fun textures of the different components. Their drinks are not too sweet. However, I have two gripes about the drinks here: the bottom half of the drink was room temperature and not cold enough. The only part that was cold was the top blended slush. Second, their straws are not big enough to enjoy the jelly in these drinks. The jelly kept getting stuck in the straws so I couldn't really enjoy my drink. Either make the straws bigger or cut up the jelly smaller. I would probably come again once in awhile because it is pretty expensive but I guess thats just Irvine. read more

The price point is not bad but when you get their other drinks it definitely goes up which is why I'd rate it more as 4.5 stars.
