I purchased a Groupon and I scheduled an appointment with this vendor over a week ago for Jan. 6. She calls me today to cancel and says we can reschedule next week but I would have to pay the difference in price. My issue is she is canceling on me yet I have to pay the difference? She said she wouldn't honor my Groupon (which is still valid) and states that I should've used the Groupon earlier when I first purchased it. Why can't I use my Groupon during the duration that it's valid? I don't think she should lecture me on using my Groupons immediately after I purchase them. The point is my Groupon is still valid at the time I made an appointment. I am extremely unhappy with her customer service. Why should I have to pay the difference if she is the one canceling on me? She should at least honor my Groupon especially since I called in advance and the Groupon is not expired yet. It is unfortunate as I was really excited to be her customer and may have been a returning one indefinitely. read more

Ok I literally just left Colleen at Hey Sugar and had to write a review before I got too busy and forgot because she deserves 5 stars! I scheduled easily through the Vagaro website and was so lucky to get a last minute appointment two days before my vacation! I decided to brave my first Brazilian in addition to full legs and underarms. Colleen asked if it was my first time before I arrived which was nice because she allowed extra time to take it slow with me. After reading other reviews I chose to ride share since parking would cost the same or more. Arrived to the suite on the 5th floor and she was just finishing up another client but I was in just a few minutes later. We went over the best way to proceed, doing the most painful first and while yes it did hurt, Colleen was so gentle and made sure to tell me before the most painful areas. Even though there was pain here and there I had such a blast talking it was easy to forget. She was meticulous and gave me the rundown on taking care of my skin after which was appreciated.
