I was due for a mani/pedi since my last gel nails were QUITE grown out and my toes could've used some care after all the walking I've been doing lately! For $80 I got a gel mani + regular pedi, no extras today though they did offer a variety of massages! I was in and out within about an hour, I lucked out since it was pretty empty around 3:15 today - the place was PACKED with both the walk-ins and appointments as I was heading out. The interior isn't overtly fancy like some other spots, but it felt clean and it definitely gets the job done. While I couldn't quite figure out the massage chair, I did still manage to get a semi-automatic massage while my feet were being scrubbed/polished! After my toes were done, I moved over to the manicure area. Decided to take a risk and try an oval shape today as opposed to my usual short square/squoval and it turned out a bit cattier/pointier than expected but it's all good! Now that it's been a few hours, I'm surprised at the thin-ness of the gel nails. There's 2 layers of color between the clear coats, and I've never had my nails feel this flexible with gel before (though they may have shaved off more than usual with that drill looking tool, I don't know)! This place is definitely close and convenient, and it looked like there were a lot of regulars for the regular polish manis, I guess time will tell whether I'll be back! EDITED to add: it's the next day and my fingers are throbbing from the intense filing. It definitely broke skin on multiple fingerpads - not to the point of bleeding but enough for even a hand wash to burn. Hopefully this heals up quick! :(

My nails came out absolutely perfect and also maintained itself while keeping my nails strong and healthy. This is such a spacious, clean, and nice nail salon. I came in for a basic gel removal, manicure, pedicure, and regular polish. During the gel removal, nail dust was blown all over my face and clothing. My nails were filed unevenly, no base coat was applied, and the polish was left rough and jagged at the tips. When I politely pointed this out, the technician attempted a fix that made them look worse. After I raised the issue again, communication became difficult and another employee ultimately had to correct the work. The service itself was disappointing. There was no hand or foot massage, no hot towel, and the pedicure water wasn't even warm. After the service, there wasn't an available drying station, so I was left sitting in a folding chair waiting for my nails to dry. To make matters worse, I was charged $80 for a regular polish manicure and pedicure with gel removal, and the additional charge for gel removal was never clearly disclosed beforehand. Despite multiple attempts to address my concerns, I left with nails that still looked poorly done. I will not be returning.

The lady filed off way too much and took off so much of my real nails. You can see the red splotches on my real nails in the photo becuae they are now paper thin in some spots. You can also see lines from the file she used to remove. My real nails are now super sensitive and brittle. :'( They charged $20 to remove and wish they had said they don't know how to remove the nails instead of butchering my real ones. 2 stars is for free water/tea and clean place but aside from that would not recommend.
