Unfortunately, the nail tech got gel all over my knuckle and pointer finger and put it under UV without noticing. To get it off she had to file my skin and soak it in acetone which really aggravated my skin. It's still not fully off my finger and now my skin is rough and flakey. I understand accidents happen but the business did nothing to make it right. I asked if I would be given any sort of discount for this mistake and was told this is normal and it happens and I will be fine. They charge a lot more than other places in the area $115 for the service plus they charge you to remove polish even if you got it done at their salon. Really disappointing experience today.
