Their prices are a bit more premium (around $45 for a gel manicure, a $35 upcharge for ombré tips, and about $49 for a regular pedicure), but I felt the quality of the work and overall experience were well worth it. My technician, Polly, was fantastic. She took the time to dry my hands with a warm towel after I washed them, gave me a shoulder massage while my nails were curing, and made sure I knew the price of each part of the service every step of the way. She also checked in throughout to make sure I was happy with the color, shade, and shape of my nails. Between Polly's attention to detail, the very clean environment, and the professional service, I'll absolutely be coming back. It felt like the extra touches actually justified the slightly higher price point, which I really appreciated!

They worked on me for 20 mins, when I mentioned it being short and said that the scrubbing was very little, I was told that was it for a basic pedicure and that it's not about the time taken. It was $43. plus $10 tip, for very little. I was told I would need to book a scrub pedicure for $60 to have more scrubbing. I actually have booked that treatment before, and there's not much more to it, I just didn't expect the basic to be really nothing. This is convenient to my house, so I wish they could be fair, but I guess I need to look elsewhere.

Although she worked very slowly and spent a long time on my nails, they still feel un finished and kind of chunky. They aren't even and they could be much thinner. I came in for a basic gel removal, manicure, pedicure, and regular polish. During the gel removal, nail dust was blown all over my face and clothing. My nails were filed unevenly, no base coat was applied, and the polish was left rough and jagged at the tips. When I politely pointed this out, the technician attempted a fix that made them look worse. After I raised the issue again, communication became difficult and another employee ultimately had to correct the work. The service itself was disappointing. There was no hand or foot massage, no hot towel, and the pedicure water wasn't even warm. After the service, there wasn't an available drying station, so I was left sitting in a folding chair waiting for my nails to dry. To make matters worse, I was charged $80 for a regular polish manicure and pedicure with gel removal, and the additional charge for gel removal was never clearly disclosed beforehand. Despite multiple attempts to address my concerns, I left with nails that still looked poorly done. I will not be returning.

No worries because all their quickly scanned reviews seemed to sing wonderful praises. Nail polish selection is a bit poor. Explanation: While there are quite a few bottles to choose from, the colors were very similar, many of the polish itself seemed old and thick and the brands were unfamiliar brands. No worries. I'll choose one I like that's not old or use mine that I always have with me. Amy actually took care of the little toe peeves I have and usually have to ask the techs to take care of without any prompting. I was indeed surprised and pleased. She knows her stuff. My gorsh! Ms. Amy (or whatever her name is) cleaned my ever so untidy nails to the high-nail-godz! I actually take pretty decent care of my feet so I didn't need a scrub or any extras but I was a bit disappointed I didn't because I could have had this lady touching my feet a wee bit longer, she was so good. She got every iota of dirt and excess cuticle out. I actually turned my massage chair off because her touch was so much better. Her scrub was divine and never did she miss any part of my feet. **sighs** She even wiped the flip-flops I wore before putting them back on my feet. **Double sighs** The salon is small and neat. Very quiet with a telly in the background. The clientele is nice and descent too. This is unusual for Fulton Street. Ask a friend that lives down on these parts. Hahahaha. I love my people. BTW, No Smoking No Eating and No Drinking. Also, no use of corn planner blades.
