The mover was very nice and careful. The moving process went very smoothly. Thanks for help!

Lou and Ma are super helpful during our move. Everything was super smooth and efficient!

They went over and above to help me. Communication was prompt. They worked very hard. I would refer them to friends.

Great movers in great timing! Thank you! Everything was done in under 4 hours, nothing was damaged. Would recommend

They must have two (very different) crews, judging from their reviews. Our team arrived with 1/4 of their truck filled with their boxes and tools leaving too little room for our move. We had previously fit the contents of the storage in one truck with a different mover - so we know it could be done. They said they needed a second truck and I declined. They didnt speak any English and the experience was pretty difficult. read more

Quick and efficient! Fair pricing! Had all supplies needed. Would recommend and use again

I used them a second time to put things in storage. Unfortunately, we had another language barrier however the fact that the services rendered is superior to other local movers. No games, no dishonest practices and the day they arrived and we had to reschedule due to language barrier was not charged. They were quick to reschedule me and we met at the storage unit versus where I live in a downtown highrise. It's confusing because the entry and the dock have different addresses. These 2 gentlemen were extremely patient and kept their cool during the ordeal with Uhaul Storage and my apartment dock system. Definitely would use them again. $50 dollar charge for dumping furniture to land field. I had some items not suitable for donation and the cost for them to take it and dump the furniture was $50 a piece. This cost less than Junk Haulers or waiting on third party "Task Rabbit" charging an enormous prices because it requires 2 men to remove large junk. Thank you Hello Movers again and I will definitely use them again. They even assembled my new coffee table. read more

Be very careful because price can add up. I think it's very important for the company to emphasize the required tipping that's happening here. I appreciated the moving but I ended up having so much more save having to hire other people to clean up after them. The movers don't understand English as much, and when handed them the list of what to move, they ended up not reading it. I felt like it added to my stress that I can't just hand them a list of what to pick up. They were also showing up earlier and my apartment wasn't available yet when they're done packing. Everything seems to be a rush and I ended up paying $300 extra than what I initially planned for. The movers worked hard but they aren't really supportive on following instructions. read more

I moved my 1 bdr apartment in the Bay Area today with Hello Movers. They arrived 2 mins early, and I really appreciated the promptness. I texted multiple times prior to my move date to make sure we were still on track (I'm a little paranoid) and each time they responded in less than 2 mins saying we were on track. Took 3 hours to move everything and was super painless, everything was wrapped professionally and properly tied down in the truck. I was concerned about TV (but it was no issue). Also, they had the best rate I received when I requested quotes through yelp. If you're reading this trying to decide which movers to book. Book Hello Movers. read more

DO NOT USE HELLO MOVERS!!! I am warning you. They are very unprofessional and worst service one can imagine. The movers made scratches on my expensive items and when I called them to address the issue, they hung up on me. It looks like they blocked my number completely. My husband called with another number and they answered right away. Then when he explained the issue, they hung up the phone again. I reported the issue and sent the photos 5minutes after the move, and it seems they block your number once they have your money. They don't reply back to messages, no way to file a claim or talk to them after service since they will just block your number. They will yell at you and hang up the phone while youre talking. Horrible service. read more

Especially compared to SOS Movers I used in 2020, this crew was awful in so many ways. I made a 2pm booking with Hello Movers and didn't have a crew arrive until 6pm. The movers were slow and seemed tired. They did not wrap anything to protect it whatsoever, unless I instructed them to wrap each specific item --even when it was raining out-- and nobody in their crew spoke much English. Around 10:30pm, the one guy who spoke some English kept trying to offer alternatives to the job not being done that day as planned, but the alternatives offered were all things that would cost me even more money and inconvenience than if we did it in one trip as originally ordered. Another crew was called in to replace the ones who needed to sleep, and the large truck finally pulled up to the rainy residential area at 12:30AM. It wasn't until AFTER 3am the job was finished, and several items were damaged. read more
