They are so fast and so friendly! I moved from a 1 bed on 1st floor to a 2nd floor apartment. The two of them were strong enough to get the heavy things up no problem! Took apart and rebuilt my dining room table. He even fixed a loose nail in my box spring out of kindness! In total for fully furnished apartment it was 3.5 hours. The language barrier wasn't an issue. They were early and pricing was good! So appreciative of their hard work, making my move easy. 10/10 recommend. read more

Very professional and friendly. Highly recommended. They are very careful with our stuff.

If I could give 10 stars, I would. This was my first time hiring a company to move and I'm glad I was able to connect with Hello Movers. I was able to save myself the headache by doing it myself or having friends/family help. Right from the start, they were extremely responsive. I was able to schedule a couple days before without any inconvenience. The day of my scheduled day/time, they were immediately very fast with all furniture and boxes needed to move out. They even disassembled and wrapped some of our appliances which is awesome! Their prices are very reasonable, they are quick and attentive, I would definitely recommend and will be continuing my business with this company in the future. Thank you so much again Hello Movers for your service! read more

Hello Movers provided quality service all throughout the move! I would recommend them to others seeking a moving company. Communication with the company was simple and quick. They responded promptly either by text or phone call. They were very professional and polite. Quality service was definitely provided. Two movers came in to move furniture from my one-bedroom apartment to my new place. This was a difficult job because I live on the second floor with 3 flights of stairs. They moved all my furniture with care especially my 3-piece sectional couch. Thank you for your help! recommend Hello Movers for all your moving needs! read more

Smooth move, professional team, and great care with my stuff. Price is reasonable. Highly recommend Hello Mover!

I was hesitant to use hello movers but their pricing and courteous service changed my mind. Two movers help moved 35 plastic containers (all free to loan) and furnitures, plants, and all for 8 hours straight. They helped pack and wrapped anything that wasn't packed. They didn't take their time to get the work done, but rather pushed as hard as possible. To the point I had to tell them to take a rest before continuing in the hot heat. So if you had a choice to choose between another company and this company, I would pick this home business company. They really work hard for their money. Overall, I would use their service again in the future if I ever had to move again. read more

Had a good experience with Hello Movers. They were able to accommodate our move on a very short notice, showed up on time, and started move immediately. Helped pack some additional boxes too. Wang and the other guy were terrific, barely took a break until the move was complete, though it took couple hours over the anticipated time. There was a language barrier but it didn't seem to be an issue at all. read more

I really enjoy doing business with Hello Movers. They provide very reasonable pricing and excellent services. The two movers came today (Mr. Wang and Mr. Luo) got to my place a bit earlier than schedule so we can start the work sooner. When they work, they don't take break, they don't drink water, they don't eat. They just keep going and going. The friend who referred them to me told me the same thing, so I remember to remind them to drink water once a while; I had to put the water in front of them or else they would forget. I will refer Hello Movers to my clients, friends, and family. read more

Amazing! On time, efficient, and willing to do the extra things for us! Thank you would use them again!

The movers told me upon arrival there was a $400 tip required, which was 25% of my bill that was never previously discussed. When I contacted the company directly I was told that is not their policy. Then the mover came back and asked me "why I had to contact boss , I have a lot of stuff". He then demanded that 25% tip up front. And to make this clear, there is NO ENGLISH, I was advised by the company if I want to communicate use google translate, so all was discussed typing into phones and pointing. I couldn't get them out of here and way from my stuff fast enough. Don't waste your money and know what you are getting into. Bānjiā gōngrén yī dào wǒ jiù gàosù wǒ, xūyào 400 měiyuán de xiǎofèi, xiāngdāng yú wǒ zhàngdān de 25%, zhīqián tāmen cóng wèi tǎolùnguò. *This review is based on my moving experience on 12/12/2023 My move from San Francisco to San Jose was smooth thanks to Hello Movers. The contact person was very responsive and quick, I was able to book the move a week before my moving day on a weekday. My booking was at 8am for 3 hours with 3 movers for a 1 bedroom; I have a HUGE couch and I was so glad I booked 3 people instead of 2. The movers were very professional and they moved fast to wrap the furniture and get those to the moving truck. Bonus points for movers being super friendly! The move ended exactly 3 hours as expected, I was amazed by their efficiency. Things to keep in mind: - Although my booking was at 8am, the movers were an hour late (perhaps due to traffic?) I was informed by the contact person so I was okay with it. - The movers piled boxes on a dolly, be sure to ask them to be careful when going down to the stairs and corners, I saw a small chip off the upper stair ceiling after the move. - Furniture was wrapped very nicely, I have CB2 and IKEA furniture but if you have more expensive ones, be sure to tell the movers to be careful/slow down since they work for efficiency. Overall Hello Movers have exceeded my expectations. Thank you for making my move so easy and smooth! read more

Hired them again! They did such a great job that I reached out again to them for our new move. Efficient and hardworking. Took care of everything we needed without any issues.
