had a really great experience w adore nail lounge! went in for a builder gel refill & really happy…read morewith the shape and apex of my nails. i didn't get the name of the nail tech but she was a bit older, and she did absolutely amazing with the design. i love how close the shade match is (compared to my natural nail) for the nude base color she chose, since that was something that was important to me. love the stars she free handed and the gems she arranged. total was $100 excluding tip which i think is great value. also want to mention that we came in at 6:30, and the nail tech stayed past their closing time to finish the design and do it really meticulously if half stars are possible, i might give 4.5 because i also booked a lash lift and when i got there, they told me their lash tech is on vacation for a month. i was just visiting the area so idk if this is common or something, but i'm used to the service always being available if it's able to be booked online/confirmed via text following an online booking (which both services were), so was a little bit disappointed by that.

I highly recommend booking an appointment with Ruby for your nails. She is so talented, efficient, and also really nice :) I can literally show Ruby a picture of what I want for a set, and she is always able to do such an amazing job. Overall the nail studio is nice and clean, and parking is pretty easy (free lot right outside). All of the staff are friendly, and I find the pricing to be fair for a nail studio. This is a result of rushed LED lamp use, thick layers, maybe old polish? The shortest length I've had a gel manicure last, just a couple hours- so sad. The nail tech didn't seem to care, some show was playing on his phone, another nail tech pestering him so she could use that color. It wasn't worth my energy to go back and complain- my mental health is more important- waste of money. I don't complain without suggestions. Check the quality of your polish, how long has it been on the shelf? Etiquette training for staff, refresher on how to apply gel polish so it has longevity. Good luck!

You walk in and the place is all white, super bright and clean. It gives a very spa experience. There's also GREAT products that I use for purchase on the wall. Next is the service, there is an extensive menu similar to a coffee shop where you can get anything from a latte or match latte with lavender and vanilla. The front desk girlies are super friendly and kind. Even the girl that did my pedicure was really nice. Vibes 100/10 So the actual pedicure, the pedicure itself was very meticulous. She was absolutely thorough when it came to my toes. So as I'm writing this and looking at my feet. I would've loved more attention to the bottom and back of my feet as part of the pedicure. The environment is made for relaxation: plants, natural light, art, and a Spotify playlist curated by Alex. I particularly liked the fact that he only has one client at a time and he is the only provider in his space. (I particularly appreciate this given that we are still in a pandemic.) That made for a detailed and focused experience. In addition to providing an excellent relaxing pedicure, he can recommend products or regimens that are helpful in maintaining your nails, hands, and feet. He even lets you take a buffer with you for use at home. You can also come back with it the next time and have it used again for your services. I love this option to reduce waste. When you go to Alex it is a true experience. My pedicure cost $110 (before tip). That included the usual soak in a foot bath, as well as an extremely detailed clipping, buffing, and checking of cuticles. This was followed with a sugar and oil scrub, and then a foot and calf massage, with polish applied at the end. I highly recommend Buff, and I'm looking forward to my next appointment, which I have already booked.
