I didn't know they had opened one here. I was suprised how small the store was. It only had about 3-4 tables. It was really busy and not enough staff. I came across a promo that they were doing $20 for afternoon tea set which includes 6 sweet criscuits, 6 savoury criscuits and 1 tea pot. You needed to make the reservation online and then pay in store. 1 set is for 2 people. Maximum seating time is 1 hour. Originally I made a reservation for 2 people with 1 set then I had 2 friends that wanted to tag along. I called the store and they said "no problem I can change it to 4 people with 2 sets." The following day they called me at 11:35am when my reservation was at 1pm to inform me they made a mistake and may not be able to have 2 sets available as they had reached max capacity with all the reservations. I was quite disappointed. If I had knew the day before that they couldn't accommodate with updating it from 1 to 2 sets, I wouldn't have told my friends to go especially when we come from far. So the manager got on the phone and told me they weren't sure if they would have 2 sets available until we get there. He tried to contact the other customers to check for cancellations but wasn't able to get a hold of them. Due to the mistake he offered me a 20% discount off the bill which is very nice of him. We got there at 1pm and was able to get seated right away. There was two flavor teas to choose from Jasmine or Oolong, we got the Jasmine. They brought out the tea shortly. Besides the afternoon sets we also ordered 3 drinks. I got the Strawberry slush. It tasted really sweet which I wasn't a fan of. I don't know if there was the option for choosing the sugar level but they didn't ask when I ordered. We waited for a long time 30 mins just to get our first set and the second set came 10 mins after. The criscuits was pretty tasty and the presentation was great. It was worth it for $20 but if it was more I don't think I would've gotten it. Overall the service and atmosphere was great. They had owned up to their mistake which is good business practice.

Located inside Fairview Mall. has seating area. Currently they have a promotion that with a purchase of anything in-store get a bubble tea for $3. I bought the strawberry puree custard and the Yarshima brown sugar bubble milk tea. The croissant was light and airy, the custard was not too sweet and nicely flavoured. However for $6, it's too overpriced. The bubble tea was disappointing. It was very watered down. Not great tea quality. the tapioca was not bad. Usually for brown sugar drinks, the brown sugar is displayed in a way like a lava flowing around the inside of the cup. it may be the type of brown sugar they used, it's lighter in colour and doesn't stick to the cup it just flows all the way to the bottom. I do not recommend purchasing bubble tea from this place.

There was a promotion for 50% off drinks, and I got the Yarshima brown sugar bubble milk tea. I must have gone at a good time because my drink was made immediately, whereas when I first arrived, there was a bit of a wait. Compared to bubble tea shops, this bubble tea wasn't great. Nothing stood out about it.

What a gem! This bakery is tucked into the southeast corner…read moreof Yonge & College, and walking inside feels like stepping straight into Japan. The pastries and mochi breads are absolutely exquisite! I tried the black sesame mochi bread--light, pillowy, and filled with a delightful little white mochi surprise. The crème brûlée almond tart was incredible too, with its thick, eggy custard and a blueberry-almond center. And the Hitotoki matcha tart? Gorgeous and just perfect. It was my first visit, and I discovered the bakery through their 2nd-anniversary IG post. I bought about $20 worth of treats and got to spin their prize wheel--and I actually won the Grand Prize: a limited-edition gold Nespresso & milk frother kit! I literally jumped for joy. Yet another reason to love this incredible bakery!

It was okay. Tried three items:…read more Matcha Lava Tart - The staff said this had the strongest matcha flavour among their matcha items. But there was no "lava" at all... just a layer of cream sitting on a thick tart base. You do get some matcha flavour, but definitely not that rich and flowing matcha sauce I saw in those online reels. Matcha Mont Blanc - Too sweet. The green noodle-shaped topping is actually made from a kind of bean paste - not much matcha taste, but had a strong bean flavour instead. And again, it was too sweet to my liking. Taro Tart - This one was good. Taro-flavoured cream on top, with taro paste underneath, then a layer of custard with mochi at the bottom. Had a rich taro flavour. Still a bit sweet, but not as overwhelming as the Mont Blanc. Overall it was not bad, although TBH I haven't really found great matcha desserts in Toronto so far.

My wife always judges a French Cafe by their Butter Croissant ($3.00) and she liked it! She also noticed all the  staff speak French sp it gives it even more legitimacy.  She also ordered a Flat White ($4.50) which was also good. I ordered a Plum Almond Tart ($7.25) because it was the prettiest. It was super delicious so it was definitely a good choice! Service was courteous and friendly. You place your order at the counter and bring it to your table. Someone will come around to clear the dishes when you are done It is a great place to have a nice casual time eating and socializing. They make all their food in-house in the basement. There are products for sale such as coffee beans, fruit syrup, maple syrup, smoked sauces, olive oil, scented soap, wine glassware, etc. I will definitely come back again to try other items. There is free WiFi. The neo-bisto is not wheelchair accessible since there are stairs leading up to the entrance. There are two gender-neutral washrooms. There is free street parking on their one-way south-bound street. Review 2023-017

Hopped on my bike and a half hour later I was there. The friendly staff helped me by answering my question regarding eggs and which items did not have any in the recipes. This place was also super poppin' when I got there. It was earlish in the day around 10:30am and it seemed all the tables were pretty much taken. They are adding a dinner menu which is very exciting. Their pastries are phenomenal!!! Picked up a plum and pistachio tart, a chocolate mousse cake and an apple Danish for my mom. Plus a chocolate caramelized croissant. So much butter, and yet so good. Brought my container, which they happily used. The last time I visited this spot back in 2022, I vowed I would come back and take up space in that beautiful bay window seat. Yet I haven't followed through with that yet. One day. They also changed the name, since I was there last it was called Le Conciliabule Lab. Le Conciliabule means, "speak easy", as their website says. It was used back in the day to describe a place where people would come together and talk about everything and nothing. I can definitely say that happens here. What a beautiful concept, "everything and nothing". Now named Bisou, which means kiss. That's actually really simple and sweet. Since every pastry and any food item or beverage enjoyed here is a kiss for your tastebuds. Love it. Keep going team. You are amazing!
