    Banana chocolate cake
    Chi. L.

Popped by to look at the delicious desserts. Individuals cakes and larger size cakes available behind display case. Staff were super friendly and can see staff working at the back. Picked up a banana chocolate cake. It has good banana flavor not overwhelming. Chocolate between 2 layers of banana cake and topped with chocolate icing and chocolate shavings. Cake is a bit dense and small piece is quite filling. Plan to enjoy this cake over period of time. Paid street parking on Yonge street. If you go off the side street you can find residental free parking but read the signs carefully.

    Deep Dish Apple Crumble

Absolutely delicious! Picked up the deep dish apple crumble for thanksgiving and it was a total hit. We heated it up in the oven and topped it with vanilla ice cream. It was the perfect sweet treat to end the night.

    Almond Jamocha

Got the almond jamocha cake in store for my bday, I ordered online but there were a couple in store available when I came for pickup. Tasted delicious not too sweet but chocolatey and decadent. Lasted great in the fridge too loved it

I was walking on Yonge when this store caught my eye. Turns out I already had this bookmarked so I decided to try it. The interior is quite nice and is filled with a wide array of beautiful desserts and bonbons. La Rocca is especially good with their dessert designs. I was craving something on the lighter end so I decided to get the Yuzu Coconut Dome. It's made with a citrusy and tangy yuzu mousse, yuzu jelly and coconut almond dacquoise on a lemon almond shortbread. The shortbread was nice, easy to break, tasted nice. I know that the yuzu is probably be the highlight of the dessert, in my opinion and it could just be my taste, but I feel like the yuzu was a little overpowering. It's good, but I could barely taste the coconut almond dacquoise. The coconut was so faint, I had to really concentrate to taste it or else my tastebuds would just overwhelmed with yuzu. Even after finishing the dessert, the yuzu taste still lingered for about 5-7 min. I really liked the layers and the white chocolate ring(?) is impressive tempering. Regardless I'm still excited to come back and try their other desserts and especially their bonbons because they looked so nice and had some unique flavours

Bought coffee and cakes. Cap was good. Had banoffee cream pie which was not too sweet. Carrot cake wasn't too sweet either.

They have introduced a high-end gourmet macaron with their iconic logo on it. It is called Eugenie, named after Empress Eugenie, patron of the arts. There are only 8 iconic flavours: Chocolate, Vanilla, Pistachio, Caramel, Rose, Orange Blossom, Blackcurrant Violette, and Marie Antoinette tea. Eugénie is an unexpected marriage of textures, with a crunchy biscuit, a melting heart and a crunchy chocolate coating. This Union Station location is only a kiosk, rather than a full patisserie. It opened in Oct 2024. They thought they were only going to be there until Feb 2025, but as of 2025-06-23, they are still there. It is opposite Union Samples. They mostly sell macarons ($4.50 each!) here, but there are also a few bottled drinks, chocolate bars, gift boxes, yule logs, and gift cards. The customer service was good. Louis-Ernest Ladurée was the founder of Ladurée in 1862. There is free WiFi from Union Station. The kiosk is wheelchair accessible. There are washrooms in Union Station. There is a paid (expensive!) parking lot. Review 2025-118

We remembered this small Laduree cart, so we went to see if it was still there. It was! Success! After a quick look at their many flavors, we opted for the Marie Antoinette ("Two light blue macaron shells filled with a smooth cream infused with Marie-Antoinette tea"). These things are five bucks each (!) but I can't deny that they're completely delicious. The ones we ate were very fresh and packed with flavor. Even though I gobbled it up in about two bites, I didn't regret the cost at all. This is top tier stuff.

Cold, Callous, and Completely Disrespectful…read more I ordered a Mother's Day delivery for my terminally ill mother--her last. It never arrived. No warning, no apology. I had to chase them down just to get a refund. When I asked for a goodwill gesture, they ignored me. My partner called and emailed--only silence and empty promises. They took her number and then disappeared. Their "by a mother, for mothers" branding is a sick joke. They showed zero empathy or decency when it mattered most. Their silence was cruel and unforgivable. This isn't a business--it's a heartless, soulless operation. Avoid them.

This patisserie in the path is such a quiet place that barely has customers every time I've walked by ...now I know why. There was only one person when I stopped by, popped in to grab a quick little treat for a coworker's birthday. The one girl working didn't acknowledge me at all until she had no other choice, not a simple "I'll be with you in a second" or even a glance/nod over. Vibes were very off. Also she was the slowest mover I've ever seen, it felt like all her movements were in slow-mo from wrapping, packaging the processing payment. I've literally never seen a human worker move at that pace. Even after the other customer wrapped up and left it took her at least another minute before looking up at me. When I picked my item, again... she was moving at a pace where natural selection would've definitely taken her out. Not sure what was going on but it was weird. The air was stiff as there wasn't any customer service, kindness or even welcoming in the store. And the audacity of the machine to ask for a tip???? For what? Packing up a pastry at a snails pace? Tipping culture has really gotten out of hand. Grabbed my item and left, with no intent of ever returning if I'm paying premium prices for pastries, there are much better, friendlier and QUICKER places to go to. +1 star for the pretty pastry.

From the moment you step in, the atmosphere feels calm and inviting. The soft pastel tones, warm lighting, and minimalist Japanese-inspired décor make it such a peaceful escape from the city's buzz. It's the kind of café where you want to linger a little longer -- whether you're catching up with friends, reading a book, or just enjoying a slow afternoon treat. Their drinks are excellent -- carefully crafted and beautifully presented. The matcha latte is smooth and earthy with a creamy finish, and their latte is perfectly roasted with a subtle sweetness. You can tell they put real care into every cup. For something different, the black sesame latte and strawberry milk are also worth trying -- fun, flavorful, and photo-worthy! The desserts are light yet indulgent, true to the café's Japanese-French style. The cream puffs, chiffon cakes, and cookies strike that perfect "not too sweet" balance. Everything tastes fresh, delicate, and thoughtfully made. The texture and flavor remind me of the kind of pastries you'd find in a Tokyo café -- elegant and satisfying without being heavy. The staff is friendly and polite, and they always keep the space spotless and organized. Even when it's busy, there's a relaxed rhythm that makes the experience enjoyable. It's a small café, so seating can fill up fast, but that's part of its charm -- an intimate little gem where you can savor your drink and dessert at your own pace. Pair a latte with a cream puff or chiffon slice for the perfect light dessert combo. Go during off-hours (weekday afternoons) if you want a quieter vibe for photos or conversation. Overall, Little Pebbles is a hidden gem in Toronto's café scene -- a perfect mix of great drinks, beautiful desserts, and cozy ambiance. Whether you're a matcha lover or just looking for a cute café to unwind in, this place is absolutely worth a visit!
