Cute little shop at main st unionville! Smells amazing the moment you open the door. They have a pretty large selection for just walk in purchases but also can do pre orders for larger cakes and custom cakes. I tried two Crepe cakes, a taro and the honey one. It was good! But kinda expensive for $9.5 each. I know Crepe cakes are normally expensive but damn! It was really good thought : Very soft, not too sweet but for $9.5, I can't get attached... I can appreciate the bilingual signs with the sweetness chart because my parents are super picky with sweetness in desserts. I would come back again but for a special treat instead of a random craving.

My other half has a bit of a sweet tooth and when she came across this place on social media we had to pay a visit. We came on a Saturday and the place is not accessible if you have a stroller, it's really good for just coming and picking up and foot traffic. The shop is located on the west side of main street in a white building. There is parking in the rear, so we didn't have to walk too far from the car. We ended up picking up a strawberry roll cake and a slice of honey yuzu citrus mielle crepe cake. The honey yuzu citrus cake is very creamy and definitely tasty, though the yuzu was literally one thin jelly layer rather then running through out the entire cake so we were mildly dissapointed as it would have been better if it was through out. Haven't had a chance to try the strawberry roll cake as we were more then satisfied from the mielle cake When it hits summer we will definitely come back to enjoy some more treats

It was sad to see the old H Cafe close, but I'm glad we have a new Mille Crepe cake specialty store in town! They have many flavours available daily, such as Ube, Matcha, Black Sesame, and more, but the honeycomb one is their signature flavour. The honey is sourced from local farmers and you can purchase honey and other bee products at their store as well. The mille crepe slice is $9.5 and the full size 10 piece assorted flavour cake is $109, which I feel is on the more pricier end. However, given the quality of the mille crepe cakes, I think it's a nice occasional luxury treat. The store also has other cakes available such as Basque Cheesecake and Roll Cakes. For Lunar New Year, they also have a limited time salted egg yolk mille crepe for February

The cake per piece is quite expensive. $9.5 plus tax per piece. We picked honey crepe cake to go. Packaging is nice. It comes with a tiny fork , well thought for take away. however, the whole package is plastic, including the fork... The cake itself is okay. With similar price range, I will go for Millie Patisserie though it's in downtown.

First time trying a milli crepe cake from here. We picked up a slice of blueberry crepe cake. Paid cash for a 10% discount & still ended up paying $11.80. Had it at home after our sushi dinner & we both enjoyed it. It was light, creamy and delicious! The cake was a touch sweet which I enjoyed & the crepe was paper thin. The packaging is very cute too but I'm sure it contributes to the cost of the cake. They had lots of different flavors. Will think of buying a cake for my mom's birthday.

The tray of pork floss buns hits the perfect sweet, salty, and fragrant balance. The fried chicken bun was a standout. Crispy juicy chicken with mayo inside a slightly sweet bakery bun is an unstoppable combo. The Garlic Hot Dog was pretty average since I couldn't taste any garlic at all. The curry bun could use more filling, but the pastry itself was flaky and flavorful. The cheese chicken bun was huge and super satisfying. We got it fresh so the outside was crisp and the cheese stayed gooey. We also grabbed their famous egg tarts. They kept selling out and the kitchen was scrambling to keep up, so we pre-ordered and came back thirty minutes later to pickup. Totally worth it. The crust is flaky and buttery and the filling is silky and creamy. In our opinion, these are the best egg tarts in the city.

So glad I checked out Baker Duck! This place has really good chinese baked buns if you love…read morecreative bakery items with an Asian twist. Got a bunch of baked goods here. Coconut bun which was soft, fluffy, and not overly sweet. Egg tart was also really good. Crust is very buttery crust with a silky custard center. The wagyu curry bun had a rich and flavorful filling with just a hint of spice. Spam egg pineapple bun was also really gooood and the egg salad bun too. Also got a hotdog bun because I like hotdog. The buns were all excellent. Prices are fair for the quality, and the staff is kind and welcoming. Definitely a new go-to spot when I'm craving pastries and buns!
