Took my lacrosse in on a Tuesday cause heard noise from the right back wheel, shock or spring. Was told it's coming from the front, ask them was they sure. After calling them every day for 4 days, because for some reason they couldn't Call me and tell me what the hell was going on, they told me I needed a front right axle and my power steering pump was leaking. I didn't see any leaks, didn't smell any fluid burning, steering wheel was working fine. 4 days later and $1,600 dollars later still got noise in the back wheel, and now I can't get the other stuff fixed because they already screwed me on the other stuff that didn't need fixing. Piece of shit dealership, had my car for 4 days couldn't call and give me a update, didn't offer a loaner, parts was only $400, but they charged me $1200 in labor. For what didn't fix anything that needed fixing and still got the same problem!! read more

Horrible service. I left my car with these people for a full day and a half and still no one has looked at it. It always a scheduled diagnostic. I am being told there is only one certified technician and he is not available. Then I call to get some answers and of course everyone is out to lunch. We had a service warranty but he refused to look into the fact that he was unable to find information about it. If I could give zero stars I would have. Don't waste your time or money getting your vehicle serviced here. We purchased our vehicle from them and figured we would have them do all of the maintenance on it. My husband swears by proper documentation and reputable mechanics. Well this place is not it. The first few services were fine. However we later took the vehicle in because the brakes were squeaking. They said they checked the brakes and the brakes were fine.Only after a couple days my brakes were metal on metal. We took the vehicle back in and because of one more week of no breaks we had to replace the rotors. It was later determined that they never checked the brakes obviously! After speaking with the service manager he quickly corrected the problem. The next issue we had was a brake light. We took the vehicle in to get the brake light fixed and informed the service tech that the brake light was not completely out that it would go off and on and we believed there was a short somewhere. The service technician told us just to wait until the light went out completely and then we can order a new one. I told the service technician that that did not make any sense and I wanted the light fixed. The technician then ordered a very expensive tail light and I'm guessing never checked for a short or other issue because it's out again within a few months. This place is a joke and if you care about your vehicle or the safety of your passengers don't get your vehicle serviced there. read more

I went here for some warranty work and had a rough time. Didn't think much about it till the sent me a few coupons. I decided to give them a second chance................. BOY was I wrong!!!!!! 3 days later. I took my car in for new brake pads and an oil change. I was never offered a loaner, never offered compensation for the countless Uber rides I had to manage around town without my car for 3 days. I wasn't offered any discount for my troubles. I wasn't even given good customer service, just a head nod and a pen to sign the paperwork. Needless to say, Hatfield will NOT be getting any of my future business. read more

Showed me the car my wife had in mind, I didn't think I would actually buy a car but the wife and Kiddo approved we sat down in Greg's office, no bs or let me talk to my manager he went straight to the price got us what we would pay and said here is what we can do. Being a sales guy myself I loved that, of course I tried to get the price lowered, he answered all questions walked in at 530pm looked at cars and left before 7pm, In that time we test drove the car, he drove it off the show room and went to go put gas in that time frame. This is the kind of dealership that you would find 20 or 30 years ago, where the salesman will be happy to stop and shake your hand on the street after selling you a car. They have been around since 1913!! I recently purchased a vehicle from them, and from the initial phone call I made, to a follow-up call a few days after my purchase, the staff was extremely helpful and willing to go out of their way to make sure I was happy and fully accommodated during the process. They even helped get me pre-approved for financing before I even stepped on the lot. From the moment I met my salesman, Rod, I had a good gut-feeling about the guy and didn't catch any sort of skeevy vibe. He looked me in the eye when talking, was straight-up about the price and payment options, and made sure I was happy with my vehicle purchase. I wasn't buying cars back in the 70's, but I think if I had this would have been a similar experience. When I say this was the best one I dealt with, it would be an understatement. Rod, the sales manager, answered my questions over the phone, and then met me out in the parking lot when we arrived at the dealership after a 75 mile one way drive. It was no pressure, and "the way car buying should be" as Rod says. We put a deposit down, and came back a few days later to finalize. Rod even came in later after the dealership closed to close everything out and sign the paperwork since we lived so far away and couldn't get there during business hours. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I'd drive out there again the next time to buy a vehicle. So I'm here picking up my car that needed an entire new engine replaced.I was told it would be done by last Thursday, Friday at the latest. My husband called on Friday and tried to pick it up and was told that the person who made the contract was not in that day and wouldn't be in until Monday (today) and he couldn't see the notes or what we were to be charged so we couldn't take our vehicle. Mind you, we were told the car would be done by Friday the latest 2 WEEKS AGO when we originally brought the car in so we only rented a car up until Friday. We had to scramble to borrow cars for work over the weekend. When I came in today to pick up my car I told this to the gentleman I was apparently waiting for to pick up my car because he wrote the contract and apparently I can only pick my car up from him (I've never heard of anything so ridiculous, shouldn't it be all in the system instead of relying on one SOLE GUY to know my contract???) he didn't seem sorry at all, explained he was out of town, gave me my contract to sign and rung me up. Didn't get a discount, coupon, a sorry. Nada. Then he went to get my car and took it to get washed so now I have to wait even longer. We have come here before with no issues but what crappy service this time. So unprofessional and not even an apology or an attempt to rectify the situation. Won't be coming back. UPDATE: they brought my car, apparently washed it from the outside(more like a quick rinse) and was covered with dust on the inside. Was my car sitting in their lot with the windows down/doors open for the two weeks they had it?? . They kept my car longer than needed for no reason at all, the least they could do is clean the inside for me. I can't even believe it . read more

I was going to let this go but no...I'll write an honest review on my deplorable encounters. I recently had a new addition and require a new car so since I've been taking my cars for service here since 2011 I thought I'd give Buick a chance and found a certified pre-owned I liked. We talk trade and sight unseen I get a ridiculously low appraisal on my car. Understandable . So I bring it in. This is where it gets interesting . Used car appraiser comes over and rudely says "Name" as I'm tending my baby. I jokingly say "is this the booking counter?" Because that seriously what it felt like . He replies" This is how we start the used car process". I dismiss his tone and continue . He comes back a half hour later and gives me another lowballing trade that was 300$ higher. I begin to show him KBB and NADA appraisals and tries to tell him if he met me anywhere in the middle I was willing to sign today but he wouldn't even let me finish a sentence and continued with talking points . He must of cut me off 4 times. When he told me if I didn't like his number that I should consider selling my car to Carmax it was confirmed I was wasting my time here. Never have I ever had a dealer talk business AWAY. He then began continuing to say "I'm trying to discount the car they're selling but I'm demanding top dollar for my trade. We never even talked price on the other car in fact the car wasn't even talked of at this point. Talking points.... 2 weeks prior to this incident one of the servicemen crossthreaded my lug on my car . I know this because they've been the only people besides 2 other occasions to rotate the tires on my car. The shop I had prior rotate my tires asked who did my tires last because the lugs were over torqued and one is almost stripped. When I had my car in last for service James tells me one of my lugs is stripping out. I tell him what the other mechanic said and his reply was literally verbatim: " These things happen on these foreign cars. Those lugs can be like butter". This was their way of denying any responsibility for a stripped lug bolt. Now I sadly have to find another service shop because they've lost my trust. As for their sales department I won't badmouth ALL of the sales staff but the ones I dealt with were horrible hence I'm taking my business elsewhere and will never come back here. read more
