    Shout out to Rene and Sherif! When I called in first thing in the morning, Rene was very helpful and sent me photos and videos that I requested. He was able to quote me an out the door price with no dealer add-ons, no BS. He was even able to reduce the MSRP pricing for us. Right away we could tell that this car dealership was different. Every other dealership had these crazy mark ups and were unwilling to remove the things we did not need. Ken Grody Ford is definitely an honest place of business! Rene was unable to help us once we got there, but Sherif took care of us. He was professional, friendly, and kind, and made our experience much better than majority of the other dealerships we went to. He even tried to see if he could get us a better rate than my bank. Turns out my bank had a better rate, but I still appreciate him trying. This XLE actually came with some upgrades which we were pleasantly surprised about. This one had the upgraded leather steering wheel with a heating system in case your hands get cold during the winter. This car also came with heated seats, blind spot monitoring, and the upgraded backup camera. This was an excellent deal and we are so happy everywhere else was trying to quote us for basic models nearly $4000 - $5000 more than what we got this car for. We shopped around for a whole month before deciding on a car, I wish we came here from the get-go! If we ever need another car, we will definitely be coming back here and recommending this dealership to our friends and family!!

Our visit began with Kyle, who welcomed us warmly and made us feel as though we had stepped into his own home.     I took my car in for an oil change. $130 and they didn't even wash the outside or vacuum. I got past that. I'm writing the review because I told them I had a rattle by my door and at pick up they said they didn't hear it. My husband hear it and it was apparent. Low & below 2 weeks later I get a recall for the front door arm reinforcement welds that can crack and cause.... You guessed it! A rattle. Parts are now available. I'm sure I was not the first one to complain about the rattle. Just tell me there is an issue and I can bring my suv in another time. Do not act like there is not a rattle issue.

    From initial inquiry to the final signing of documentation, this whole first experience has been so easy. Not only was this my first experience buying a Ford vehicle, but also my first experience doing most of it online!When I first inquired about this particular Dark Horse on the lot, Joe Picasso reached out to me to get more details, ensuring this car fit my wants and needs. I informed him of the kind of payment packages I had in mind, etc., and that I had a pre-approval from my bank already, which made things easier. From there, Joe did everything within his power to ensure he could put together a competitive pricing package to beat or exceed any other dealerships I was also looking at. Jesse Ramos, also joined this effort and empowered Joe to ensure I was happy with what they were offering. Finally Josh in finance took the time to patiently go over different finance plans, and even found a lower offering than what my bank, Chase provided, which was already pretty good. During all this time, all of your staff took their time to explain things, were very patient, and took the time to get to know me and what I was looking for. They ensured that I was comfortable with the deal they provided and never made me feel pressured. I am very happy to have come away with a dream car that checked off all the boxes!     Does Ford offer loaner vehicle for recall parts, I was told my repair of 2 parts would take 2.5 days and I would receive a loaner vehicle for only 2 days but I don't know how accurate this is?

And the good news is that George is totally focused on management and customer relations and supervision of his technicians, and he doesn't do any of the actual repair work himself, so he doesn't have that grumpy, overworked, and irritated attitude that you will find in so many service stations. I was struggling so hard trying to get my car smogged, and George actually took time out of his busy schedule to encourage me and advise me on that, and he even volunteered to scan my car's system periodically to assess my progress in getting my vehicle's monitors to clear. Wow. So unbelievably nice! I actually think that it was his positive attitude and his encouragement that kept me going and kept me from feeling totally defeated. And it was that infectious positive spirit which enabled me to finally succeed in passing the smog test. His guys have also voluntarily filled my tires whenever they have gotten low. They will go the extra mile for you, which is refreshing and super impressive for such a small neighborhood shop!     This shop is the only place I'll take my cars to for the rest of my life. My car was deemed…read more"unfixable" by Firestone in Redlands due to the frame being bent. I told George over the phone what the problem was and he was able to diagnose it over the phone. This is after my car sat there for 10 months due to me believing it wasn't fixable. George got my car back on the road in 3 days. Ever since that happened we've been coming here. They will fix your car without it being too pricey. George goes above and beyond for anyone and even gave me his personal number if I had any other issues. Highly recommend this shop.
