    Their reasoning for squeaking and excessive brake dust on my rims.

    Initially I thought I'd leaving this dealership a raving review. However, within 14 days of purchasing one of their "Blue certified" used Mercedez I informed them the brakes were extremely squeaky. I drove over 60 miles back to them to have the brakes fixed. They simply sprayed a bunch of lubricant on them...they still squeak. They claimed it was due to it being a luxury car and that their brakes squeak (mind you this is not my first luxury car). Fast forward, after they service the brakes my rims immediately begin to be covered in brake dust (silver rims turned completely black within a day of operation.) They refuse to do anything about it. They says it because it's luxury. Then they claim it's because I drive it too much. Then they claim it's because don't drive it enough. The brakes are an issue that I have communicated to my salesman from the beginning of taking it home. This isn't something I am trying to "scam" them for. A 2021 Mercedez with 45k miles should not be having this type of issue! I've owned 5 cars and never had my rims caked in brake dust. I'm absolutely disgusted in how they are trying to gaslight me into thinking this is normal.

    Shout out to Rene and Sherif! When I called in first thing in the morning, Rene was very helpful and sent me photos and videos that I requested. He was able to quote me an out the door price with no dealer add-ons, no BS. He was even able to reduce the MSRP pricing for us. Right away we could tell that this car dealership was different. Every other dealership had these crazy mark ups and were unwilling to remove the things we did not need. Ken Grody Ford is definitely an honest place of business! Rene was unable to help us once we got there, but Sherif took care of us. He was professional, friendly, and kind, and made our experience much better than majority of the other dealerships we went to. He even tried to see if he could get us a better rate than my bank. Turns out my bank had a better rate, but I still appreciate him trying. This XLE actually came with some upgrades which we were pleasantly surprised about. This one had the upgraded leather steering wheel with a heating system in case your hands get cold during the winter. This car also came with heated seats, blind spot monitoring, and the upgraded backup camera. This was an excellent deal and we are so happy everywhere else was trying to quote us for basic models nearly $4000 - $5000 more than what we got this car for. We shopped around for a whole month before deciding on a car, I wish we came here from the get-go! If we ever need another car, we will definitely be coming back here and recommending this dealership to our friends and family!!

    I took my car in for an oil change. $130 and they didn't even wash the outside or vacuum. I got past that. I'm writing the review because I told them I had a rattle by my door and at pick up they said they didn't hear it. My husband hear it and it was apparent. Low & below 2 weeks later I get a recall for the front door arm reinforcement welds that can crack and cause.... You guessed it! A rattle. Parts are now available. I'm sure I was not the first one to complain about the rattle. Just tell me there is an issue and I can bring my suv in another time. Do not act like there is not a rattle issue.

    THIS DEALERSHIP LETS THERE MECHANICS DO UNDER THE TABLE WORK WITHOUT LETTING THERE CUSTOMERS KNOW BEFOREHAND. First time I picked the car up it was just to fix my squishy brake pedal issue. I get the car back and brakes feel the same and they left the lug nuts loose on my car so the wheel was wobbling bad about to fall off causing my wife to have a panic attack while following me. I take it back again for the squishy brakes and they make me replace my abs block and it's still the same issue and on the way home I noticed very bad grinding coming from my front left wheel I get it home and take the wheel off and notice they left all my hardware loose calipers and mounting bracket. I tell him just give me a refund and I'll work on the car myself from now on. He says "the mechanic agreed to give you $150 back" I said fuck no he left all the hardware loose I need it all back. He says "I'm sure there's car didn't leave like that" I hung up and went down there, just for the parts and service director to tell me it's not there responsibility.

    Does Ford offer loaner vehicle for recall parts, I was told my repair of 2 parts would take 2.5 days and I would receive a loaner vehicle for only 2 days but I don't know how accurate this is?
