    My brother drove from Texas to visit my family and I, due to a work emergency he had to fly back and left his car in our care. THIS is exactly why he chooses to live in Texas and not Cali. So embarrassing that Ford couldn't have done a better job. Crapy customer service! I'll never hear the end of it now. Thanks Ford. Service department needs to get it together! Over two weeks to fix a blend door actuator and valve cover replacement, all covered by extended warranty. My husband is a mechanic and had to specifically tell Ford to look at the valve cover due to smoke coming out of the exhaust, because they looked with their eyes at the exhaust and couldn't figure it out, HUGE RED FLAG! That's something a FORD mechanic should know! A week in, we get a phone call asking if we have a spare because they lost our keys, thankfully they magically showed up a few days later. We called a few times to get updates and either it was a runaround, excuses about pictures and sending out to warranty, yet the truck had been there a week, or simply just no callback. My husband had to show up and surprise them and asked to look at the truck just to ensure everything was OK. Customer shouldn't have to show up to get a status on their own vehicle! Over 2 weeks for a blend door actuator and a cracked valve cover. If you know anything about cars, you know it would not take over 2 weeks to do this simple work! When you pay for extended warranty on a Ford raptor, you don't do these things yourself, you expect good customer service from Ford! Also our back window isn't going down and we also needed this fixed. The answer we get is "it's working when I do it" so we still have a window in our truck that doesn't go down and of course would have been covered by warranty as well, but when you don't care about customer service and doing your job, this is how customers walk away, unsatisfied! AND THE DARN BUTTON THAT "WORKS" IS NOW COMPLETELY BROKEN! We'll have to go to another Ford dealer for this! Definitely not going back to this incompetent lazy dealership!

    2026 Ford Maverick

    Went in looking to check out the Ford Maverick. John Rodriguez greeted me and was friendly enough to show me what was in stock or other options. It was my first time going to a dealership and dealing with all the shenanigans. Without John knowing this he walked me through everything and listened to my concerns.     Recently purchased a vehicle through Liz, and I couldn't be more pleased to go through the whole process with her. She was very kind, helpful and straight forward to give what the customer wants. My wife and I looked and see what options they had out on the floor and was treated perfectly while looking. Not too pushy or nonchalant. The perfectly amount of space that is needed.     Stand behind your product don't take 20 months to fix a recall on an oil pump. Finally getting rid of it and not buying another Ford was loyal to Ford since 1989. But no more, moving on to a manufacture who stands behind their product from manufacturing, Sales and Service instead of blaming each other within the Ford Motor Company. By the end of the Day you all our still FORD.

While I was shown images through Cody Myers, the footage provided was unclear, poorly lit, and taken in the shade--making it extremely difficult to properly assess the condition of my vehicle. Given that my bumper is entirely black, visibility under those conditions is significantly compromised. After owning the truck for approximately a year without any prior damage, I find the lack of clear documentation both concerning and unacceptable. I specifically requested additional angles or footage taken in better lighting conditions to accurately evaluate the situation. However, both Jonathon Robles and Shannon (head manager) were unwilling to assist further and declined to provide any alternative views. Limiting the review to low-visibility footage raises serious questions about transparency. Additionally, one of the images appears to show a white residue in the area of concern, suggesting that there may have been an attempt to wipe or conceal the damage. Without clearer footage, this only adds to my concern rather than resolving it. Frankly, the level of customer service I experienced was disappointing. A company that prioritizes its customers would have no issue providing comprehensive, clear, and transparent documentation--especially in a situation involving potential vehicle damage. I expect a more thorough review of the available footage and cooperation in providing clear, well-lit images from multiple angles. This matter has not been handled appropriately, and I am requesting that it be addressed with the seriousness it deserves.

They took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and presented us with several options that matched our needs. After discussing everything, we chose a vehicle that was actually located at another dealership but Matin personally went to pick it up and brought it back for us, which we really appreciated. The service was outstanding. There was no pressure to add extras, though they did clearly explain available options so we could decide for ourselves. The finance team was efficient, and the whole process was smooth we were in and out and driving our new car in no time. If you're looking for great service and competitive pricing, I highly recommend Metro Hyundai. We'll definitely be coming back in the future. Thanks again to the team!

    12/23/2025 Purchased…read morea new Hyundai SUV this year, so came in for a oil change. Made an appointment online for 10:00am. Arrived a bit early, but they did not take it the car until 10:07am. Service given: Oil & filter change, tire rotation, software update, multi point inspection, courtesy car wash. - Was staying for the entirety, they said the wait time is about 1 hr 30 mins. I waited a little bit more by 4 mins. - The waiting room was clean. There was a large leather sofa and a couple of comfy leather arm chairs. Also, two large desks with a divider as well. Cold and hot drink stations were there and snacks were available for customers. - Limited internet connection. No music, which is a good thing. Because random radio station music playing is the worst! - There was a large tv screen and finally staff turned the tv on to the Food Network for the customers in the waiting room. - Customer service was very good! Friendly and courteous. They came in and updated long-waiting customers on their cars. - As any waiting room for car service, there was light AC, so bring a jacket if you get cold easily. Also, there were double doors right next to the arm chairs and it never fully closed every time someone walked outside, so there was a cold draft coming in. Today's weather was gloomy and windy too, so that didn't help. But overall the ambiance of the room was clean and it was a good space to wait in. - Car was washed and vaccummed too, but they did not wipe down the whole car, as they anticipated there will be rain. So it was just dripping wet with water. But it would have been nice to walk outside to a nicely wiped down, clean car. - Given my overall experience, I would return for other services. Recommend booking online first, so there is no additional wait time!
