Alex sold us a CX5 new Mazda.. He went beyond a sales person , he gave us his personal cell phone number for any questions.. which being little on the old side , was a big help!! Technology is not one of our strong points .. We made several calls n a trip out to Spreen to have him go over more things .. Weeks later I had a question about a flashing red light .. Called Spreen and a very nice girl answered ( Donna) who was extremely patient with me She had me send a screen shot of the problem n gave me to service dept .. They explained it in a quick manner .. In the meantime Alex ( that I left a msg) call me and explained it in more detail.. THANK YOU ALEX AND DONNA! Because of you two , when we get that matching Miata , it will be at Spreen with Alex. ! read more

Matt, Adrian, Ezequiel, and Staysi helped us through the process of buying our first Mazda, and a new one at that. We found them very informative overall and are quite pleased with our purchase. At the end of the day we felt like we were shown respect and received a good deal, and I don't know what else one could ask for from a car dealer. read more

I recently had to turn in my Mazda cx 5 lease and was looking to get into a bigger model with third row. I first went to riverside mazda because I live in riverside. I was completely dissatisfied with the customer service there. After the sour taste I had from riverside I looked for another mazda dealer to help me. Marcelino and his team at Spreen Mazda we're super helpful. Their customer service is A+. He heard my story and asked why I didn't want to go back to riverside. This in my opinion is key for customer service so you know not to do the same. I ultimately did not get a mazda for my next car but I would definitely recommend these guys. Extremely thorough in follow up and not in a pushy way. Thank you! Ps they even emailed me after they knew I had a new car with someone else. read more

I took my Mazda to get an oil change and inspected. The employees were very friendly and made sure I was taken care of. I did not mind waiting inside until my appointment, the chairs were very comfortable and I was able to charge my phone while waiting. Afterwards, they sent me a video link of what I should be cautious from the battery to tire tread getting low! Very helpful and I will definitely be coming back! read more

I came in here to return the car I had leased from them. I've had it for only a couple of months now and it is in perfect condition, with only a couple thousand miles. I wanted to return my car from the lease and so I called Spreen Mazda prior to me driving out to their location (it is the closest Mazda dealer to my home). They told me that they would be able to return my car with no fees and no hassle. When I arrived at Spreen Mazda they told me that I'd have a ton of fees to pay. When I tried to sell them my car they tried to offer me only 19K for it instead of the 26K that Kelly Blue Book says it's worth. I wouldn't have an issue with this if they could even match the amount of money left on the car (21K). The sales representative we worked with told us we wouldn't have to pay any fees then tried to charge us fees. He also told us that he wasn't trying to "low ball" us. I do not appreciate the way that the salesperson acted following this interaction as he was very rude. If you want a car do not go here!! read more

Yes! If you are in the market for a used car, this is the place for you. My husband and I bought our car here today and we could not be more pleased. We worked with Dario who was kind, pleasant, and funny. During the test drive we were allowed to drive it on the freeway. It was so nice to see how the car accelerated and dealt with a little bit of traffic. When it was time talk about the price of that we were going to pay, it was pleasant the entire time. Same thing when we working with Tony the fiancé manager. If you're looking for a car, head to Spreen! You won't regret it Thank you Dario and Tony! read more

Purchased a Mazda CX-30 yesterday at this dealership. I initially inquired through their website and Ezequiel promptly emailed me to schedule an in-person visit. I informed Ezequiel that I would need a Spanish speaking salesperson and it was accommodated appropriately. Ezequiel showed me various CX-30 models and I found the perfect car I was looking for. We negotiated over the price and the sales manager Jimmy came in to close the sale. Staysi was also able to speak spanish throughout the financing process which was a plus. Overall a great customer service experience beginning to end. If I'm in the market for another Mazda, I'll be sure to stop by and have Ezequiel and Jimmy help me out. read more

Took my Mazda3 in for diagnostic of a transmission problem, was greeted promptly and professionally by Phillip G. at the service department. I advised Phillip of my problems, he processed my concerns and advised me of the diagnostic process, he then offered me a loaner car, I was in and out within 15 minutes. I had dropped off my car Saturday, I received text, emails or phone calls of the status of my car daily, and today, Tuesday, I recieved a text that my car was ready for pickup. Arrived in the afternoon, returning the loaner car and Phillip had my Mazda3 waiting, he explained the services completed, advised me the service was under warranty and answered my questions promptly. Good day all well I did enjoy going to the service center for my Mazda 6 until my last visit.. Issue I have is the following I have a white interior, when it was given back to me after a rear brake job my interior had a lot of black grease marks in my interior.. secondly my windshield was cracked a bit prior to my service I asked to get my wind shield wiper replaced I was given back my car with a large crack on my wind shield with no comments stated to me sorry your windshield crack has gotten worse Along with that the tech broke my tire monitoring system to my front tire Didn't say anything to me about breaking it And 2 months later my tire was flat and I had to spend 60 to replace something the tech broke and didn't say a dam thing about it Don't take your car here at all They are disappointing and not trust worthy at all I will never take my car to this dis honest people again read more

Great staff, very friendly and look out for their customers. He was so professional, kind and I could tell he really cared about helping us and not trying to take us for our money! Thank you so Marcelino we are soooo happy with our new car! read more

DO NOT COME HERE FOR A CAR SALE. Sales person(Dario Mendez)and their manager (Rylee Kropp) will playing typical dealership game with you which offering you an aggressive price and put on additional accessories on you. A door safety guard for $999. Would give you a negative 5 star if i could. I called in this morning to request a quote, Dario gave me an really aggressive price (MSRP-1000). When I asked if they have any mark up or dealer accessories. They said they don't have any mark up, and usually they would install some accessories. But they would like to earn your business to waive all accessories. I told them I don't want any, Dario said he will remove it, but in their process he still have to mention it. Okay, b/c of the aggressive price and he promise to remove it, I decided to drive all the way from irvine to here. Once I get there, he started with running my credit.(1st game) so I asked him give me the final price before doing that. keep in mind that it would hurt credit. (2nd game)Then this guy pulling out the price sheet starting introducing their program. Okay, since you mentioned you have to introduce this, i let you to do so. Security + door guard + 5year warranty + other 3 end up with 483/month for 60 months with I pay off my car???? I am not an idiot, they dont have break down for each item, but with car pay off, you have to pay 483/month for 6 months just for those programs? You can buy another car with those programs price. Man... (3rd game) I told him no, I dont need any of them, I just need the car. This guy went back one time with saying here you go this is the price which includes $999 door safety guard. I said no, i dont want it, can you wave that. He said ok, let me talk to manager, then he walked away helping another customer. Few minutes, come back with same sheet, told me thats the price. I asked him to wave that, hes becoming angry no, im not avoiding that. Then what you promise on the phone. You are making me driving 1.5 hours traffic, didnt take my dinner to make these deal. Now you cannot do what you promised to me. Wasting my time. The OTD price is same as what tustin dealer offered. Dude, no wonder you guys doesnt have customers b/c you are playing your customers and didnt respect their time asking them to make the trip. I can have the same OTD price at tustin why i am driving here. If you cannot do it, just let your customers know, it is fine, I still respect you. But if you are playing games with you customers, you will eventually lose all your business. For those ppl who see this review, please be aware DO NOT WASTE TIME HERE. I will post later on where I find good deal and sale person. read more

1st time new car buyer & I had a great experience at this dealership. I went to the dealership and originally asked for Noe because he is the person that sent me some Internet quotes. He wasn't there but I was greeted by Jessica. I told her I was only there to get a final quote as I would return with my cosigner (didn't want to drag him everywhere) to sign paperwork to whichever dealership gave me a best price. She took the time to show me the vehicle and gave me the lowest quote on the Mazda CX-5 (I had visited 2 other mazda dealerships). She was customer service oriented and she gave me tips about the car. She really knows her cars. I would def recommend her!! She's so down to earth and is NOT pushy!! Unfortunately, my cosigner backed out and my bank would only finance me 80% without a cosigner. So although I got great customer service here and an amazing price, my down payment was too high if I would have purchased a CX5. I will definitely recommend and keep this dealership in mind. read more

Complete waste of time. Would not help with our price point. We made a reasonable offer too. However, they didn't want to budge on the price. Called us back, decided to meet our offer and we were willing to go 2k over our budget. Drove all the way back out to San Bernardino/Redlands (30miles) to sign paperwork, then they want to tell us, "sorry it was priced wrong, its going to be 1-2k more." C'mon! Seriously!? I went to Spreen Honda to get my battery replaced in key for my Mazda3. Bill in the service department really helped me. The dealership I purchased from Mazda from was in Fontana. Just came in the other day to check out a new Mazda 3 and was quickly helped by Ezequiel who was incredibly accommodating. I was able to test drive the car, get an appropriate trade in value on my current car, do the financing, and take home the new car that same day. Tracy Vong at Spreen Mazda just made my car buying experience the best ever . That's after owning at least 9 cars over the years and buying from dealerships around the country . If you purchased a new car from this place, please do a very thorough check and make sure it's spotless and free of blemishes during the final inspection and walk through and before you drive it out of the lot or else that issue will be your responsibility. A new car should not need an acid bath, clay wax polish or be taken to their body shop for further fixing. You are the customer, do not be afraid to stop the sale and make sure they meet your demand to resolve the issue. If they cant, cancel the contract as another dealership will be more than happy to take you money. This is what happened to me, I noticed a few blemishes on the paint of the new car i wanted. After two trips to their "detailing" shop to buff out the blemish and several manual tries with a cloth and compound by the sales guy and his manager. The issue was still there. At this point, I was not happy with the final walk through inspection and was even more irritated with their solution to how to resolve it. I cancelled the contract and the next day I was in a new car from another dealership with no issues. read more

We purchased our 2 Mazdas at Spreen and have had them serviced there ever since until Mazda of Claremont opened up very close to where we live. Brought it our 2 vehicles for service there thinking it would be worth the short distant drive and saving on gas (Spreen is 40 minutes from us and the other is 10 minutes). WHAT A Mistake!! I feel so frustrated that I didn't take the extra drive time and gas to go see Phillip Guest in Service and Spreen as he has ALWAYS been honest and helpful and offers to service our vehicles with only things that are due to have done. BEWARE! BAIT AND SWITCH. Quote was fine until we went into the finance guy where he upped the price of the car by $1,000.00. He said the quote was "amount financed" not the purchase price. (He took the liberty of assuming $1,000.00 down without discussing it, then changes his story and states that is the difference in the sales tax rate in my city.
