I was completely dissatisfied with the customer service there. After the sour taste I had from riverside I looked for another mazda dealer to help me. I came in here to return the car I had leased from them. I've had it for only a couple of months now and it is in perfect condition, with only a couple thousand miles. I wanted to return my car from the lease and so I called Spreen Mazda prior to me driving out to their location (it is the closest Mazda dealer to my home). They told me that they would be able to return my car with no fees and no hassle. When I arrived at Spreen Mazda they told me that I'd have a ton of fees to pay. When I tried to sell them my car they tried to offer me only 19K for it instead of the 26K that Kelly Blue Book says it's worth. I wouldn't have an issue with this if they could even match the amount of money left on the car (21K). The sales representative we worked with told us we wouldn't have to pay any fees then tried to charge us fees. He also told us that he wasn't trying to "low ball" us. I do not appreciate the way that the salesperson acted following this interaction as he was very rude. If you want a car do not go here!! read more

Purchased a Mazda CX-30 yesterday at this dealership. I initially inquired through their website and Ezequiel promptly emailed me to schedule an in-person visit. I informed Ezequiel that I would need a Spanish speaking salesperson and it was accommodated appropriately. Ezequiel showed me various CX-30 models and I found the perfect car I was looking for. Issue I have is the following I have a white interior, when it was given back to me after a rear brake job my interior had a lot of black grease marks in my interior.. secondly my windshield was cracked a bit prior to my service I asked to get my wind shield wiper replaced I was given back my car with a large crack on my wind shield with no comments stated to me sorry your windshield crack has gotten worse Along with that the tech broke my tire monitoring system to my front tire Didn't say anything to me about breaking it And 2 months later my tire was flat and I had to spend 60 to replace something the tech broke and didn't say a dam thing about it Don't take your car here at all They are disappointing and not trust worthy at all I will never take my car to this dis honest people again read more

DO NOT COME HERE FOR A CAR SALE. Sales person(Dario Mendez)and their manager (Rylee Kropp) will playing typical dealership game with you which offering you an aggressive price and put on additional accessories on you. A door safety guard for $999. Would give you a negative 5 star if i could. I called in this morning to request a quote, Dario gave me an really aggressive price (MSRP-1000). When I asked if they have any mark up or dealer accessories. They said they don't have any mark up, and usually they would install some accessories. But they would like to earn your business to waive all accessories. I told them I don't want any, Dario said he will remove it, but in their process he still have to mention it. Okay, b/c of the aggressive price and he promise to remove it, I decided to drive all the way from irvine to here. Once I get there, he started with running my credit.(1st game) so I asked him give me the final price before doing that. keep in mind that it would hurt credit. (2nd game)Then this guy pulling out the price sheet starting introducing their program. Okay, since you mentioned you have to introduce this, i let you to do so. Security + door guard + 5year warranty + other 3 end up with 483/month for 60 months with I pay off my car???? I am not an idiot, they dont have break down for each item, but with car pay off, you have to pay 483/month for 6 months just for those programs? You can buy another car with those programs price. Man... (3rd game) I told him no, I dont need any of them, I just need the car. This guy went back one time with saying here you go this is the price which includes $999 door safety guard. I said no, i dont want it, can you wave that. He said ok, let me talk to manager, then he walked away helping another customer. Few minutes, come back with same sheet, told me thats the price. I asked him to wave that, hes becoming angry no, im not avoiding that. Then what you promise on the phone. You are making me driving 1.5 hours traffic, didnt take my dinner to make these deal. She took the time to show me the vehicle and gave me the lowest quote on the Mazda CX-5 (I had visited 2 other mazda dealerships). She was customer service oriented and she gave me tips about the car. She really knows her cars. I would def recommend her!! She's so down to earth and is NOT pushy!! Unfortunately, my cosigner backed out and my bank would only finance me 80% without a cosigner. So although I got great customer service here and an amazing price, my down payment was too high if I would have purchased a CX5. If you purchased a new car from this place, please do a very thorough check and make sure it's spotless and free of blemishes during the final inspection and walk through and before you drive it out of the lot or else that issue will be your responsibility. A new car should not need an acid bath, clay wax polish or be taken to their body shop for further fixing. You are the customer, do not be afraid to stop the sale and make sure they meet your demand to resolve the issue. If they cant, cancel the contract as another dealership will be more than happy to take you money. This is what happened to me, I noticed a few blemishes on the paint of the new car i wanted. After two trips to their "detailing" shop to buff out the blemish and several manual tries with a cloth and compound by the sales guy and his manager. The issue was still there. At this point, I was not happy with the final walk through inspection and was even more irritated with their solution to how to resolve it.
