We received so many compliments from our guests about how amazing everything tasted, which is something people are still talking about. Staff even accommodated our son (who is 4) and made a small kids burger with fries. We are so grateful to the entire Hidden House team for making our wedding day so special and memorable. We decided to share a meal tonight so started with their Loaded House Salad, which they split for us. We loved this salad! Their tarragon ranch dressing was perfect with the mixed greens, the grape tomatoes, pepitas, and bacon crumbles...such a good salad! We shared their popular short ribs (they charged $2 for plate share) which were cooked to tender perfection and served over a creamy white bean puree. Delicious for sure! We finished with some of their Black Forest Cake which was the bomb! Tender, moist chocolate cake rounds with the best tasting whip that has vanilla bean in it and then some great cherry jam to set it all off. What a great meal!

We all shared the fries sampler that included garlic/Parmesan fries, sweet potato fries, and regular fries. My son and husband shared the strawberry milkshake and my daughter and I shared the vanilla bean milkshake. This is a walk up and order restaurant. You order, you pay, and they deliver your food and drinks to you. There are tables inside within the restaurant, and they have a nice outside area with generous picnic tables, shade, misters and smaller tables for the younger guests. We had a party of five adults and two children. It was literally 100° outside, but we sat outside anyway, and it was fairly comfortable with the shade and the misters. We moved over one of the smaller tables and our grandson enjoyed his breakfast and his very own table. I enjoyed a side of Belgian waffle ( for a side it was still really big ) and two over medium eggs. Our daughter shared the regular Belgian waffle and eggs with her son. My son and my son-in-law both got the big breakfast with everything you could imagine on them- eggs, pancakes, bacon, sausage, biscuits and hashbrowns. The gluten-free hubby had a vegetable omelette. All the food tasted amazing, came out hot and satiated our hunger. The staff was friendly and made sure we had our drinks, our silverware and napkins, and overall were happy. When we come back, we'll definitely come back here for a breakfast again!

Wife had an Amaretto Sour, which is made with Disaronno and she loves that drink, saying it's well balanced and she likes that they don't use the egg foam on top. She also ordered off the Crabby Hour menu some scallops on the half shell and some roasted brussels sprouts. This place knows how to roast spouts so that they are tender and toasted and not overdone. So yummy! The scallops are served with a light ponzu sauce drizzled over which complimented the tender scallops. Delicious! From the Restaurant Week menu, I chose the crab & Artichoke dip which we love and it isn't typically on their menu. It was so good and I had to ask for some extra toast points because there was so much dip! I also got the stripped bass, which was cooked to perfection although a smaller portion than the one you get from the regular menu. They do bass right! And for dessert, chose the Pumpkin Pot de Creme, which was my first taste of pumpkin for the season. Creamy and so good although I took off most of the whip cream because it was a lot. Overall another wonderful meal at our favorite fish restaurant!
