We've always had great service at Copperstill, but Saturday night was next level because of Stormy. We rolled in with about 25 people and no reservation and she handled it like a pro. Super calm, super on it, and just good energy all around. Not once did a drink go empty without her already checking in. What really got us was how she remembered faces and drinks for a group that size. That kind of attention is rare. And the food? Absolutely fire. Hubby & I had dinner here Friday night. We hadn't been here in years, & now I know why. We were seated right away, & service was fine. Hubby's beer was ice cold & good. My "Tito's" & cranberry was fine. However, we question if it was really Tito's. We got the pretzels. They were large, but neither one of really liked them. The outside was soft like the inside, not how pretzels are supposed to be. We also didn't care for the beer cheese. It was thick & chunky. Hubby got the wings with AZ gold on the side. The wings were crispy, but the AZ gold sauce was nothing like AZ gold sauce. It was reddish & had a kick to it. It was also running. I got the cheeseburger sliders with onion rings. The onion rings were good, but the ranch dressing was super runny. The sliders weren't like sliders I've had before. It was like a hamburger patty was cooked then placed on the slider buns. The meat did not fill the buns. A couple of the buns hardly had any meat on them. We don't have any reason to go back. read more

We have been coming here for six years 2 to 6 times per year so irregular regulars. We always loved their food but this time there was something off. The fish & chips is one of our favs along with the moonshine grill marinated chicken tacos. We orders both of those for our lunch on Saturday. The fish was overcooked in fact one of the pieces the fish was actually cooked into chips. The taco had the regular great flavors but they weren't hot which was surprising since they weren't very busy. We've had better meals there and we will again I'm sure. We also had the whiskey flight and three of the five tasted a bit watered down, disappointing. read more

Stopped in for dinner here on a Saturday night. It wasn't very busy so I got a table right away. Simple layout with lots of televisions and a large bar. Tried the Scorpion burger. It has a thick coating of dry rub on the outside which I think was too much as it affected the texture and mouthfeel of the meat. I enjoy spicy food, it wasn't very spicy for all that rub. It has been 10yrs since I last came here. Whoa. Tonight, in my old age, I decided to get a moonshine flight. I'll tell you what, I ain't in my 20s anymore. I got Hunch Punch, Blackberry, Sour Watermelon, and Sour Razzin Berry. The Hunch Punch sent me into flashbacks. You know the thing - you drink it and it instantly connect neurons of that one time you drank too much and did the liquor-in-liquor-out bit. Yep, so all I did of that one is a sip. Ha! This place is our go to if we want to watch some sports and eat some food. They have a huge menu with lots of options (not all of which are fried foods). I highly recommend their grilled vegetables as a side. The service is quick and friendly and the atmosphere is sports bar / family friendly. Went to this place during happy hour with my wife. Beer selection was pretty good but they ended up being out of one of my first choices (honestly I rarely have a place say they've run out of a beer they serve). We ended up grabbing some of the happy hour snacks like the fries, boneless wings, and the fried pickles. I think the fries ended up being probably the best out of the bunch followed by the pickles. It was relatively crispy but we've had better at happy hour and given how it wasn't super packed, was expecting it to be crispier and hotter. Even though it was happy hour, I feel like the price was pretty high compared to other local happy hour places that serve similar. If you're looking for a good happy hour place and don't mind paying a bit more I would at least give this place a try. Hopefully they don't run out of your beer choice though :). read more

Finally tried this place located in a strip mall. It's a nice sports bar with 15 TV's so it's a good place if you like watching sports. We went with a couple friends and ordered: Bacon Cheddar Burger with fries- hubby was not impressed. I had a bite and it was ok. I liked the fries it came with. 2 Cheeseburger sliders/wing combo- the sliders were ok, was not impressed with the wings. Greek Salad- came with grilled chicken- my friend said it was fresh. Nachos- my friend had it and he liked it but I've never heard him complain about food either. The service was good, but towards end of the meal I felt rushed. It's a nice casual bar but the menu was pretty limited and everything tasted just ok, so I probably will not go back for the food. I might go back to have a drink if there was a game I really wanted to watch. read more

On my way home I called and placed an order of meatball grinder and waffle fries but was told they're out of waffle fries from their vendor so I chose fries as my side. My order was completed very quickly as they had told me and when I got it home, it looked good but as I went to grab the sandwich it fell apart and I had to eat it with a fork which was very disappointing. It was however flavorful and the fries were tasty. Everything was great except for the sandwich falling apart. My friend and I have become regulars here over the years and have gotten to know Bree pretty well (sadly she was not our server that day). For lunch, we ordered some stuff we had not tried yet, the Meatball Grinder, which is a new item, and the Fish Tacos. My friend said the grinder had good flavor but was dry and needed way more sauce (his side was waffles fries; 10/10 recommend every time). My fish tacos were ok. The breading was more than the fish but overall a good flavor (I got a side salad, also 10/10 recommend it; they don't mess around with the cold side salad). I'm glad we tried something different from our usual wings, burgers, and chicken tacos. We will be back soon! read more

Fun Tuesday night trivia! So...BECAUSE it was trivia night (that starts at 7 which is getting close to my bedtime on a weekday lol) I ate before I came here and only had a beer, but I did sample what my friends got and everything tasted good! The mozzarella sticks were creamy & cheesy and the sweet potato fries were good. The beer selection is pretty good and the prices are great! I plan on coming back more regularly for trivia night and trying more food. It's a cool little sports bar atmosphere with lots of TVs. I like that it's not TOO big and spread out. Solid local restaurant that was different than your normal sports bars. Not a ton of seating so be aware that there may be a small wait. Bar layout is very unique. I thought there were a ton of options on the menu so no matter what you're craving, they have it. There were a few specials they had going on with certain food items. The Cajun chicken pasta was fantastic and highly recommend while they have the special available. The only small complaint was feeling a little rushed at the end when they were trying to turn tables fast. read more

Not a big on bar and grill but it was close by at the time so I thought I give it a try. Staff was nice and friendly, restaurant seem clean but the men's bathroom had this weird funky gross smell. Ordered mozzarella stick as appetizer which wasn't bad Ordered scorpion burger which had "spicy dry rub" fresh jalapeño, lettuce, tomato, I think pepper Jack cheese, and spicy mayo. Upgraded the fries to garlic fried for extra $3.25. Ordered bacon cheese burger also with tator tots. Scorpion burger was pure disappointment. It was very blend, lacked in flavor and it was not even hot at all... Patty had the texture like soy burger didn't get the satisfaction of bitting into a burger. Bacon cheese burger seemed to have bigger patty and actually had better flavor. Tator tots was nice and crispy. Garlic fries ended up being full order which was nice.. Fries tossed with garlic, olive oil I think, bacon, parmeson cheese, and sprinkle of parsley.. Fries were crispy outside but over all the flavor was not that good. Ordered one drink and bill was around $60. Service was great but over all the food was very blend and it was just ok.. I would not be coming back here for food. read more
