We came here for the first time because we heard great things. This is not the experience we had. We got a table and we waited about 15 minutes before we asked a waitress if we could get some help. She said she'd get someone over there. We waited about another 20 minutes and we got up and left. When we first went in we asked if they were serving food and we were told they were. I also asked if it was bar service only and we were told wait staff was still serving tables. We'll definitely try again but they weren't up to par tonight. read more

Went here with some friends on a Saturday night and I was so surprised I've never been here before. It has a very country western vibe to it, but that's not all there is to it. Between musician sets they played the Cupid Shuffle and the Wobble so there were a lot of people on the dance floor at pretty much any given time. Since it was towards the end of my night, I had a Dr Pepper and split the baked cheese appetizer with my table. When it got to us, (which was fast!), the app only lasted about 5 minutes before it was devoured. I guess dancing makes you hungry! I have been here several times so when my family came into town it was the perfect spot to hang out listen to music get some apps! I absolutely love the bake cheese app, unfortunately it came out completely cold so we had to send it back. When it came back it was very good and we all enjoyed it and love the pesto bread it comes with! Everything else was wonderful and the jalapeños cheese wontons were insane. We had to order another bath of them!! This place is a nice place to get out of the "typical bar food" area while still giving that feel! We stopped here on st patricks day and it was poppin!! The great weather and the great vibes made for a fun patio party! We took our drinks to the large grass covered area in between the stillery and another restaurant. They had live music and some outdoor game and other activations for the holiday. While the music wasn't great, what ruined our entire night--and what everyone needs to know about this establishment--was the unacceptable behavior of the staff and security. ​One of my friends suffered a medical emergency while we were there. Instead of offering basic human decency, assistance, or empathy, the bouncer kicked our entire group out. He actually told us that we "shouldn't have been there" and forced us to leave while my friend was in medical distress. Treating customers facing a health crisis with callous hostility is completely appalling and crosses into clear discrimination. ​We will never return, and I strongly advise others to think twice before spending their money at a venue that treats its patrons with such disrespect and disregard for safety. read more

What a shiz hole!!!! We have been a few times. Gave chances to make a better impression. We go in after eating a great meal at DC STEAKHOUSE, we get a table after 5-10min we ask a buser to send a server over. He says *I got you" another 5 minutes and nobody. A bald guy looking like a supervisor of some sort walks by and I ask him if he can send a server over for drinks. His reply "we don't have any servers available, no food or drinks. You would be better off going to the bar. What a complete loser to act as if he couldn't get us a server or take our drinks. We watched more than 6-8 different girls taking orders, drinks and food. On a quick weekend trip to AZ and decided to go here for dinner. We made a good choice! The main reason we came here was because they have live music. The performer was awesome! They actually flew her in from Nashville and she did not disappoint. Started off with a couple drinks, they have a great selection of whiskey especially rye. Ordered the deviled eggs and brussels sprouts for apps. The deviled eggs were delicious and had prosciutto instead of bacon which was a nice substitute. They were really good! The brussels sprouts were so good, they use hot honey as a glaze instead of the usual balsamic. If you like crispy brussels sprouts then get these! We decided to split a burger and salad. The salad was a wedge and omg I've never seen so much bacon on a salad before, seriously. If you like bacon this is a must! The whole salad was delicious. We got the Sonoran burger which had jalapeño, caramelized onions, bacon, pepper jack cheese, and a garlic aioli. They lettuce wrapped it for us. It was cooked perfectly, well seasoned, and super flavorful with all the toppings. Got it with a side salad just because we didn't want fries. Our server was quick and on top of everything. Food came out pretty quick as did the drinks. Great atmosphere, basically a country style bar and restaurant with plenty of space, a dance floor, live music, lots of spirits, and a cool patio if it's cool enough to sit outside (it was 109 when we were there and they do have misters running outside). We finished off the evening playing some darts on their electronic dart machines. The games are cheap and there's tons of different types of dart games to choose from. We stopped in here for brunch and it was fantastic! For brunch they have $2 mimosas, they also have love bands a lot of the time however it wasn't when we were in for Brunch on a Saturday morning but they have a strange and dance floor so we will check it out on a weekend night! The music, the atmosphere, and vibe are so much fun if you're looking for a great country bar to come dance at. They have line dancing on certain weeknights and they have live music featuring different bands in the evening. During the summer it can get a little bit toasty if the doors are open to the patio The food here is a average ( the Mac and cheese and the nachos were mediocre) . The pizza was pretty good but at times the food feels like it could use a little bit more flavor and spice. I would definitely try out one of the yard jar cocktails. Service wasn't the best. I would've given a 3 overall but the service has just been so bad each time I've come I couldn't go hire than 2. We've had decent experiences when we bring folks by from out of town during the holidays as its a good place for larger groups that are into live music. However, while the music is great its usually too loud and thats true even when sitting outside. The bartenders have been pretty good but the waitresses we've worked with have been subpar. The food has been ok and I will say everyone is a fan of their mac n cheese with chicken. If I'm in the area I might stop in for a beer or two but I'd probably rather skip and head to the next spot for a drink. read more

We stopped in at The Stillery in Chandler with friends to grab a drink before heading home. It was our first time there, and overall it appeared to be a fun place. The music was bumping, and it was super crowded. After waiting at the bar for a while we ordered our drinks and were able to find a table on the outdoor patio. At the end of our night, my husband paid our tab, and we left. The next day, when we tried to pay for dinner at a different restaurant, they told us our card was "declined," and that's when we realized the bartender at The Stillery had given us someone else's card. I get that mistakes can happen, but if they are going to "require holding a card" for the tab, the bartenders need to make sure they are giving the customers back the correct card. Because of this, we had to cancel our credit card and order a new one. I'm sure whoever got our card had to do the same. Super frustrating and inconvenient. read more

The Stillery in downtown Chandler is a great spot for a night out. Quality live music, a decent size dance floor, and huge garage doors that open up to a large outdoor patio. When the music starts, they clear the tables and most of the bar chairs, turning the place into a perfect space for dancing. Drinks are on the pricey side, but the fresh pizza/pies are worth it. Their food is hit and miss... we primarily come for the drinks and entertainment.
