What a pleasureable brunch! Loved the crowd, loved the club music, loved the outdoor patio (so the furbaby could join us, basking in the sunshine)! Of course, I didn't have photos of the 32 oz Bloody Mary cocktail (and you can make it with all sorts of delicious things such as olives, sausages, gherkins, peppers, celery sticks, which essentially is good as a meal in itself!). That will be on my list to try on our next visit. Hash Kitchen is also owned by the people who own the Sicilian Butcher (which I reviewed as well). Today was my first time visiting Hash Kitchen and I was so excited to finally get a taste of the 'brunch life'. Right when you walk in it's a beautiful scenery, the outdoor deck looks cozy and nice and the music is entertaining, but not too much. Our waiter (Ivan) was super sweet and very informative with a nice, easy-going spirit. The menu is very diverse which I like however our food was cold. The cheese on the cheese melt was thick as if it had been sitting there for a while and although our waiter offered to remake the food we declined considering we had already been sitting for an hour and have other engagements. I was sadly disappointed because as I waited for my food I looked around and saw steam coming from other guest plates and forks so to get my food and it's a little less than warm was a downer for me. read more

Finally got to try this place after a couple times trying to come here, I got to say I was a bit disappointed. I don't think it lived up to the hype that everyone has put on it, we waited for a bit which seemed normal as every time we drive by there's a huge line. Which doesn't really effect my opinion, just an observation if you're trying to time your events. We walked inside and there was a DJ playing music, which we thought was a bit odd as he was just standing there swaying and it was Sunday morning. We came here with a group of people, about 7 or 8, and we were kind of squished together into a booth with a chair on the end. Our waitress was nice enough but was a bit rude at times. She brought our menus and gave us adequate time to review, I can really only speak on behalf of my dish and my husbands, I was not impressed with mine. I got the chicken and waffles and was surprised at how plain and bland the chicken was. I enjoyed the light fry of it but it didn't taste like I thought it would, especially seeing other dishes going out that looked AMAZING. I was honestly bummed, the waffle was fine but I wasn't given enough syrup for my dish - in the phot it looks huge but it's about 2 tablespoons if tha, but the waitress took too long to check in on us I just used what I had. i have been here before and it was as great as i remember! my boyfriend said he wanted to go somewhere that had hype energy brunch and this was it. he said it exceeded his expectations. we did a mimosa flight that come with the most popular flavors (orange, blueberry, pineapple and strawberry), then we both ordered the hashes (carnita hash and potato skin hash) and then we had to try the cannoli pancakes which we shared (i wish i would've gotten a picture). food is incredible as always. we came on a saturday morning around 10am and it was busy. thankfully we didn't have to wait long because we only had a party of 2, but this place is popular so be prepared to wait a little especially on the weekend. this joint always is pretty loud, they have a dj in there playing music but it's definitely what makes the ambiance so fun!! our server david was awesome and made the experience great! shoutout david! we will definitely be back here soon! thanks hash!! read more

Don't let the long wait fool you - it's absolutely worth it!!! The food is delicious! Big portions, so don't be afraid to split a plate. The drink selections are so fun - mimosa flights, overly exuberant Bloody Mary bar, they even drop off a little pot if you order coffee! How nice is that?!? I don't get how this place has so many good reviews. I have given this restaurant a couple of chances and each time I was incredibly unhappy. Today I ordered a Cobb salad to go and when I got home FOUR items were missing from my salad! I basically paid $13 for about eight pieces of lettuce, eggs, and ham. How is that even a Cobb salad? It was absolutely disgusting and the dressing was more of a dip rather than a salad dressing. The last time I dined in, I ordered the avocado toast and the pork that came on it was overpowering mush. The space is huge with plenty of tables plus seats at the bar and seating outside. The large windows let in a ton of light and the restaurant has a nice open feel to it. Bloody mary bar right as you walk in. I don't drink bloody mary's but this is genius! I would want a bigger glass to put all the goodies in if I was getting one though (it comes in a small mason jar glass). The DJ is right in between the bar and bloody mary bar. It was a bit loud when we walked in especially with all the crowd chatter but it seemed to turn down a bit and was just right as we settled in. I'm not going to ever complain with a DJ spinning classic 80s hits and all the jams from the 90s, 00s to today. I will take a live DJ over pandora station any day. I'm in heaven and singing every word...makes me just want to get up and dance. Way to put me in a great mood to start my day ...thanks DJ C-Los!! We only had to wait a few minutes to be seated. It's 1030am on a friday and the place is still packed! We are on vacation so it's understandable why we are there, but I am impressed with how busy it is on a weekday (do you all have off today?) Glad we checked it out today so we dont have to fight the weekend crowds, but it is worth it if you do have to wait. When we sat down I was most excited about the size of the mug on the table. I love big mugs and to get one at a restaurant with breakfast is rare for me. So I was stoked to get a nice hot tea with my meal and I was even more excited when it was served with my very own hot water pot. Bonus points for also having individual carafes for the coffee!! And no, it's not an excuse for the server to be lazy and not have to refill our cups...Angelina checked in on us frequently and filled up our waters and made sure we were satisfied with our meals multiple times. She was fantastic. With how busy it is, it would be really easy to get ignored after the food comes but that wasn't the case at all and she was amazing. The food came out relatively quickly as well and it was nice and hot. My gut instinct was to say it was small portions for the price but I don't need massive portions and was pleased with how filling the food was. I got the veggie scramble. The eggs were airy and cooked thoroughly and the veggies were fresh and crisp. The hash potatoes were so aromatic I could smell them as soon as the plate was delivered. Loved the seasoning and how crisp they were on the outside with a nice soft center. Hubby got the biscuits & gravy with Italian sausage and he took a bite and says holy sh*t that's good. The sausage was a little over cooked but the skillet was an awesome way to serve the dish and keep it all hot. Biscuits were light and fluffy, savory and slightly sweet and the eggs were cooked to perfection. The snap a selfie station by the front door is such a cute touch and great idea to spread the word on social media about this hot spot and keep the millennials entertained while they wait to be seated ;) At the end of our meal she offers us to go cups for our hot drinks. Hell yea that was the icing on the cake. I didn't want to keep a table occupied to just drink my tea, so being able to take it to go and enjoy every last drop was sweet!! This actually should be been written a few months back. First time visiting a Hash Kitchen and maybe my expectations were a bit high. Surprisingly large restaurant within this shopping center. I found my corned beef hash to be okay but not repeatable. Certainly not for the price of the meal. My companion also wasn't in love with her breakfast choice so we returned to our regular haunts First Watch and Crackers and Co. Cafe. A new Hash Kitchen location opened close to me - so I'll read the reviews recommendations and give it another go. read more

This was our first time to #hash and honestly our expectations was great. I love that this place is dog friendly!! We brought our pup for the his first outing and everyone was so nice and friendly with us and our dog. They provide a water bowl for him which is great especially in this AZ heat. I ordered the chicken tinga not have favorite, however I will order something else next time I come. The chicken was dry and chewy the bed of egg it was laying out didn't have much flavor, the hash browns that come on the side were dry and cold. My fiancé got the chicken and waffles and said it was very good. So I believe it was just the thing I ordered. I don't take it out on anyone or the business it just might be my test. My family and I loved the atmosphere here. They seated the 15 of us immediately on a Saturday afternoon. We heard there is usually a DJ but on Saturday there was not but the music was still really good. The music was modern and family friendly. The food was so good and so aesthetically pleasing. I took more videos than pictures. I personally had the Birria burrito and it was soo good. The Kendall Jenner drink wasn't the strongest but it was still good and pretty to look at. Too stunned to speak... I had to take a couple days to gather my thoughts after my last visit to Hash Kitchen. Not only was I treated like a queen but my entire experience was beyond elevated by the insane staff here. A group of my friends went last Saturday morning and of course it's packed (it's saturday brunch hun) so we waited for our table at the outside bar. Weather was incredible but Steven, our bartender, was even better. Huge smile on his face while he juggled multiple orders and still made time to have a good banter with my crew. He made our drinks with love (you could taste it). Once our table was ready we were sat by the GM and he set the expectations for the rest of our visit. So kind and funny, really cared about our experience. Finally to wrap up our time at Hash Kitchen, Ivan was our 11/10 server. So cheerful, so intuitive and an all around good time. Ivan's classy and down to earth vibes were such a pick me up and highlight to my weekend. Hash Kitchen will forever be in my top 3 places for brunch! The food? Delicious! Try the cannoli pancakes or the hangover skillet. The drinks? Absolutely over the top but I love it! These seem to rotate but the tropical breeze (think adult capri sun) and the build your own Bloody Mary bar are fantastic! Also if you can get The Becky, do it! It's giant and delicious! The service? Never had a complaint! Friendly and attentive, even when they're a full house. And the vibe? *chefs kiss* On the weekends, think of brunch with the gals meets dance party!
