Well, it's been about a year since we're here. Last time sat at the bar again. Service is awesome. They're right there for everything. Coffee was filled. Water was filled always checking on us. I had the meat lovers omelette with tortilla and coffee and my buddy had the cowboy skillet which you really loved will be back place is nice and clean kind of like a 50s restaurant but more upbeat check it out you'd love it

We arrive on a Saturday morning and were greeted and seated immediately. I relaxed vibe and simple Americana decor. We decided to try the farmers skillet and steak and eggs. The food was tasty although two mis-steps. One, my steak was overcooked as I ordered medium rare and was cooked medium. Two, the farmers skillet contained a small amount of cheese and we ordered it with no cheese. It seems they started adding cheese and then noticed it was order no cheese. It would be more of a concern if no cheese was ordered due to dairy allergies although it was due to preference. Good food and service. Recommend.

WEEKLY BRUNCH AND YAP AT SUNNY'S Great diner vibe, very chill on Monday around 12. They also have a diner style breakfast bar which I loveee to see so classic. Super quick and attentive service! We ordered a mimosa flight which I felt was the best deal if u each want 2 mimosas. Coffee was tasty as well! My partner has the chicken fried steak which he gave 5 s. I had the biscuits and gravy w 2 eggs. Eggs were great, gravy kind of had a semblance of hot dog taste to it. 3 s. Overall had a great brunch and yap here and I want to try their pancakes next!

As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the staff and sat down. The staff were friendly and attentive. I received my beverage very quickly and had some time to go over the menu. I ordered the biscuits and gravy with scrambled eggs. It was a lot of food and the food was good. The eggs could use a little seasoning but nothing I couldn't fix myself. The prices were very reasonable too. The lighting inside could definitely use an upgrade but there is plenty of seating for families and singles alike.

New Mexico Omelet is swimming in their pork green chile. Really good.

My second visit here and I am looking forward to something yummy. Kinda busy this morning but thats cuz we arrived later than I would prefer. This is the breakfast crowd hour so there was a wait. Hostess prepared to seat us and was kind enough to offer to dispose of my coffee. Uh, no you cannot dispose of my drink. So shuffled that out to the car to finish later. Apparently they enforce 'no outside drinks'. On this occasion I started with a Cape Cod beverage. A little juice to preface a hearty breakfast that followed some exhausting yardwork and sun overexposure of AZ in June. I ordered the New Mexico Omelette and my dining companion ordered the Meat Lovers breakfast. This place seems to have ample seating and a bonus counter area. Oh, can't forget there is patio seating as well AND well behaved pets are allowed on patio. It's not overly or unnaturally bright in here. The entrance area is dim and seating behind hostess is dimmed by the shades along the South facing windows. The winter time lighting does not really change the lighting. Meals are substantial. Prices quite reasonable. Food is high quality. Overall our experience has been very positive every time we've dined here and well received by our guests too.

We were seated pretty quickly for our party of 5 people and we appreciate it was a table for everyone to sit comfortably, good breakfast selection and that's appreciated with different tastes and diets. The atmosphere was average and not loud and not quiet either, we went here on a Saturday around 11:30am and the place was pretty full. Our waitress was attentive and we didn't have to ask for anything twice, she was very nice (thank you) me and my Mom are currently visiting Chandler from Las Vegas since my Brother recently moved here and we absolutely love it here and she is already looking at possibly moving here in a year or 2 since it's not as busy as Vegas. I only have 4 stars instead of 5 because tbh my Cowboy scramble was a bit bland, I had to put ketchup on it to give it some flavor but, that's my only complaint.

My French toast with fruit and cool whip ... Sensational!

Bring your furbsbies and go have breakfast! I suggest going before it gets too hot because, although there are fans on the patio, I didn't notice any mist components. The location is hidden but not hidden if that makes sense! You wouldn't even know it was here as mentioned before but I've gone here a few times and still am impressed! The service has improved meaning that the staff on board were noting but amazing! They give you so much for for the price so the portions are very nice!!! I had the French toast (which I normally never really get from any restaurant) and extra bacon. When my meal was being delivered to our table, I did my food dance! If you know, you know! There's plenty of free parking onsite and it's next to a bank therfore, you can meet pals here and not have to worry about them telling you to pay because; they didn't bring cash! Haaaa jk but not really Yes I'd go again and yes I recommend you going as well! Tell them that I sent you!

    Garden Omelet missing home fries
    Emily H.

I had the Garden Omlet with home fries and wheat toast. However, as shown in the picture, home fries were not included with the omelet. It was pretty disappointing especially since it also shows on the receipt home fries. The omelet was good with tons of veggies, although it did need some salt. I also had some French Toast which was simple yet delicious and soft. I'm not a sweet breakfast person, but the French Toast was yummy. We ordered for take out but the restaurant appears to be big and nicer than the Tempe location. Hopefully my next visit, food won't be left out!

Super friendly service, and I love what they've done with the interior. The hand written display is lovely and the seating was very comfortable. We stopped in for breakfast and I got the signature waffles- wow they did not disappoint! The fruit was very fresh, and the waffles are clearly something they do best. Did I mention the coffee? Amazing. They sell their own beans here I believe, and I'm sure they're just as amazing as the first cup I had. We will most definitely be back!

This place was amazing from the server to the atmosphere and even the food was awesome. We walked in and were immediately seated offered drinks and time to read the menu. Our questions were answered and imperfections were corrected quickly. Our waitress knew exactly how to get the job done.

There is a parking lot and indoor/outdoor seating. I love the decor and ambiance of this place, especially the lighting in the dining room. They have a separate area with a small shop and cafe with desserts and some grab and go items. I will be back to try a coffee! My friend and I came here for the pre-set restaurant week menu. I made a reservation the night before, but it wasn't too busy while we were there on a Tuesday at 530pm. Our server Allison was great and very attentive. For appetizers we tried the whipped goat cheese spread and wagyu meatballs. I thought the goat cheese spread was delicious! For entrees we choose the pasta pomodoro and the farmers market pizza which were both very tasty. The pizza had so much flavor l, especially the crust, and the texture of the pasta was perfect!! For dessert we tried the affogato and apricot cheesecake. Oh My Gosh that cheesecake was the BEST dessert I've had in a while!!!! You have to try it and I can't recommend it enough!!!! When I arrived and spoke with spouse he had already been waiting 20+ minutes. When I checked in with hostess to see if there had been any changes I was promptly schooled that "he was told "XYZ" and there's one table ahead of us still... I disregarded that vibe, figured because it was "busy" or because it was "Saturday evening" and everywhere is busy... I felt the senior hostess was curt when I inquired about the status of our wait, so I tried to brush it off. Just inefficient all the way around. From seating and neglecting to ask about seating preference (could there have been a shorter wait?), initial greeting by server, or was it a bus boy?, beverage order and wait for food. Couldn't even get a full glass of water poured or full carafe brought to the table while we waited for service. It was all very disappointing and I feel completely led astray by the ratings and reviews. I truly can not believe we waited 1 1/2 hrs just to be seated so we could eat pizza. Oh, but wait! It's pizza on 130 year old sourdough yeast?! Whatever. The pizza was alright, but the entire experience certainly didn't improve the taste of the pizza. Tourist trap? Maybe. Trendy? Because it's located in downtown Chandler? And then there's the parking scenario. If you're staying at the San Marcos or the other hotel downtown, walking here will be quicker than trying to find a parking spot. Carpool would be my other suggestion because parking really is a premium. And I want to add, the hostess never came to let us know a table was ready. We were only offered a table when my son went in to check the status. Only then did he get asked if we would be open to outdoor seating. Maybe Brunch has something more to offer. IDK. But I'm certainly not inclined to recommend or dine here again.

THE BRICKYARD DOWNTOWN is credited for the first place that I ever tried a CLOVER CLUB, a pink, frothy cocktail with fruity, citrusy, velvety qualities. You can also see the outdoor seating from the parking lot, and it was filled with a couple families. The walk in directs you straight to the smokehouse/restaurant. You order at the counter, and then you either get a seat number and choose a seat or wait at the counter for pick up. There was a decent sized menu of bbq options, sides and drinks. The dessert display was filled with what looked to be DELECTABLE goodies! :) (this is what I'd try when I come back, FOR SURE!). I ordered the double meat platter with a half rack of ribs and brisket. The sides were chose were baked beans and Mac and cheese. The platter came with the two rolls, as well. This was to share with one other person. I'd say the ribs were okay, not my favorite! The brisket, on the other hand, had a PERFECT Smokey taste. The Mac and cheese was okay and so were the baked beans (they were super sweet, if that's what you're going for!). Add the regular bbq sauce on the side for dipping and you've got a tasty meal! After dining, we were able to go around the antique shop in the back. It was HUGE! And it kept GOING AND GOING! There here vendors of all sorts from furniture to home goods to jewelry to clothes/shoes. There's a little something for everyone here! There was even a hidden (I guess not hidden if you know about it), second hand, vintage clothing store in the very back. I didn't walk out with anything, but it was as worth the window shopping! The exit was through the antique shop near the cash wrap. Overall, the experience was lovely. The food was in the mid range for me, but I'd come back for dessert and the shopping.
