    Biscuits and Gravy
    Stephen F.

It's a step up from Denny's or IHOP. The location is clean, though the decor/ambiance is nothing special. The staff were very friendly, very prompt and very helpful. The food portions are very generous.. i had the biscuits and gravy. It was a massive serving, the biscuits were huge and they were generous with the gravy. The flavors were a but bland for me. All I could taste in the gravy was black pepper. That being said, as an early morning breakfast spot on a roadtrip, I would eat here again.

I've always wanted to try this place because it's under the Pilates studio I love! Plus the one in Tucson is good and great service. We came here for breakfast! They somehow forgot about our food and people who arrived After us were given their food. Multiple parties.. so annoyed, why not be honest and tell us instead of saying "we're still working on your food" the server brought us a chocolate chip muffin , literally 4 tables of couples got their food before us. All simple dishes. 2 of the people even ordered the exact same plate as me.. made no sense. We probably won't come back to this location for a while... The drinks are good. Food was good , not worth the wait.

    Pickle Bloody Mary

The service was top notch. Very friendly and attentive. I had a hard time deciding on the Bloody Mary but happy I went with the pickle flavored, it was delicious! Our breakfasts came out rather quickly and the food was good, the pork green chili was very flavorful!

I have dined at this establishment numerous times, and it consistently offers excellent meals and exceptional service. It is my preferred breakfast destination hosting out-of-town visitors who seek a chill experience. On this stop I went with the following food option. Aunt Linda: A OMBRE Nito Cold Brew: A+ With the super friendly staff and great food I will keep this location in my rotation of regular stops.

Good service and nice big open seating area (as well as a patio option). Food was good. Kids menu was very nice too. Prices just seem to skew a bit on the high side. Especially if you are ordering pancakes or French toast for example and want to add eggs/meat. Adds up quickly.

Denver omelette sub egg white and no cheese & hash brown

Bisbee BC never disappoints! The service is still very much so on point even on a slow weekday. When I arrived, I was immediately attended by a server to take my drink order. 5 minutes later, she came back to take the food order. The food came out after 15 minutes. I was very impressed by the size of the omelette my husband ordered (pictured). If that was the size of it substituted with egg whites and no cheese, I can't imagine how their normal egg with cheese one would look like then!! Also, this is the first time I tried their green chili pork. I love spicy food, so I like how they marinate the pork with a kick but without making it too salty. My scrambled egg was a bit bland, but it balanced well with the pork and the crispy, well seasoned hash brown. The whole experience was so smooth! We were in and out within an hour. Love it!

The latte and Popeye scramble are so good

When I walked in, I was immediately greeted. There was no one seated in the front but when I was taken around the corner, there were several tables seated. The staff was sweet and attentive. She brought me water and gave me a moment to decide what I wanted without hovering. I got the popeye scramble with a side of potatoes and a biscuit. I also got a hot caramel and white chocolate latte. The scramble was really good. The potatoes had way too much rosemary and the texture was off. Like maybe they needed to be cooked a bit more. The biscuit appeared to be made in-house and I was excited but when I tasted it, it seemed like it came straight from a microwave. The latte was good until I got to the bottom. There was a sweet, thick, and grainy substance sitting at the bottom that made my throat itch. The place is spacious and clean. I'm not sure if I'd come back since there are so many other breakfast options where I can get the same food but better quality.

This spot is really good! We came here for the first time and got seated right away. Love that they have their own coffee and latte area and you can order yourself a coffee Togo with a nice danish. There were many options to choose from for breakfast and everything sounded good! Everything came out delicious as well as our drinks. It's good to go early as by 11am it started to get packed. Definitely will be back!

From the moment we walked in, it felt like we were an inconvenience rather than welcomed guests. There was a group of servers standing around chatting, and no one acknowledged us for several minutes. After being seated, it took about 10 minutes before a server came over just to offer water and ask about drinks. We placed our drink order, and while the coffee came in a carafe, it wasn't even hot. The rest of the drinks trickled out later. Then it was another 20+ minutes before the server came back to take our food order. We ordered two simple build-your-own breakfasts and an Ultimate Grilled Cheese (no fries), plus two Cobb salads to go. Nothing complicated--yet the food took a long time to come out. During that entire wait, our server never checked on us once. No updates, no refills, nothing. When the food finally arrived, we ate, and again--no check-in, no "how is everything," no refill offers. Eventually, she dropped the check off without a word. We had to remind her about the two Cobb salads we ordered to go. She said they'd be right out, and a couple minutes later they showed up with a revised bill. Before leaving, we checked the salads--and that was the final straw. For $18, they were basically side salads. No cheese, no grilled chicken, no avocado, no croutons, no green onions, and not even any hard boiled eggs--just iceberg lettuce, a few tomatoes, bacon, and ranch dressing. Completely unacceptable for what's supposed to be a Cobb salad. We waited at the table for about 5 minutes for someone to come back--no one did. So we went up front and stood there another 5 minutes while multiple staff members ignored us, continuing their closing routines. Not a single person asked if we needed help, and our server was nowhere to be found. At that point, we left the salads behind, paid for the rest of the meal, and walked out. Terrible service from start to finish, and the food quality didn't make up for it. We won't be back.

The French toast does have that fried flavor to it which isn't my favorite but it was good. Definitely a different type than typical smashed looking French toast dishes at breakfast spots. The service stood out immediately--our server was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything arrived quickly and exactly as ordered. The food itself was hearty and satisfying. Always hoping a local recommendation turns out great. *Service: the service was fair. Our waitress spent most of the time sitting in the booth across from us on her phone and checked in occasionally. A few times we had to ask for things we needed. Nothing rude, just not especially attentive or engaged. Definitely didn't feel like her #1 priority. *Food: I ordered the tuna *melt*. It was alright, but nothing to write home about. The tuna itself was relatively cold (should have been warm on a melt) and lacked flavor, the cheese wasn't melted (it's a "melt", right?), and the bread was good. I dipped and drenched in salt, pepper, ranch and hot sauce to give it some flavor. The fries were good, hot and tasty. Overall, it felt like a mid-level café sandwich made by a basic "cook", not a well curated restaurant sandwich. My lunch buddy ordered a smothered omelette that looked great, and he said it was very good, so that was good. *Ambiance: the atmosphere was decent. Very basic, a bit cold feeling, café-like, casual, and reasonably comfortable. Nothing stood out strongly other than it seemed pretty clean and bright. *Value: my tuna melt and fries, with no drink, was $16. Not great, not terrible. It felt like an $8-$10 sandwich max for what I got, not a standout value. I posted a picture of their specials board so you can get a feel for the value. *Overall: everything here was fair, food, service, and ambiance while value was not great. Nothing bad, nothing memorable. A three-star experience for me. I wouldn't rush back, but wouldn't avoid it if I was in the area and others wanted to go. *Update: I have a strong reputation for detailed, honest, and trustworthy reviews. What we experienced is accurately and honestly captured in this review. There were no misunderstandings, our experience is captured exactly as reviewed.
