Just had a breakfast at Over Easy and I'm convinced their omelettes deserve their own fan club. I ordered one thinking "yeah, eggs, cheese, cool"... nah. This thing showed up and showed out. Fluffy, packed with flavor, and so loaded it felt like it had a backstory. Every bite was basically a standing ovation in my mouth. And let's talk about the service it is top tier. During a recent on site trip to the Phoenix office for work, my team ordered via DoorDash so I cannot speak to the layout or comfort of this location. I ordered a build your own omelette and appreciate the ability to substitute toast for cottage cheese. Overall, it was a decent meal but nothing standout flavor wise. I am never disappointed in any of these locations. This one has a really nice patio which we were able to enjoy this morning. I got the California omelette with sweet potato tots. Delicious. Our waitress was super sweet, friendly and helpful. She checked in on us several times. Also, the other servers were friendly and helpful as well. I love their in house made strawberry preserves. If I could rate my experience today at the chandler Over Easy with infinite positive stars, I would. The wait was about 30 minutes (they have a nifty "join the wait-list" button on their site) but it was absolutely worth it. For starters, the service. From checking in to paying my tab, this was one of the BEST experiences in recent memory. I left my hearing aids at home and everyone went above and beyond to communicate. My server, Jonathan, was patient with me when communicating and even sat across from me to make it easier. He *intuitively knew* how to interact and it just blew my mind. Hats off to you, Jonathan - you deserve a raise. I ordered their over easy iced coffee, which was described as: Press cold brew, sweetened condensed milk, cinnamon, and cardamom. This was OUTSTANDING. The warm spices mixed with the sweetened condensed milk really filled out the drink. It was really good and I will absolutely be ordering it every time I come here. For my meal I went with their OG Wolfpack, which was 2 eggs, bacon and choice of cheese, between 2 layers of crispy hash browns. I chose cheddar cheese and scrambled eggs. They do have a choice to smother the stack in a sauce, but I chose to keep it as is to try at first (I did add some green cholula, and that rocked my world). This was pretty solid! I usually ask for my hashbrowns to be extra crispy, so it's on me that I didn't, but the hashbrowns could have been crispier. When I reheat my leftovers (the portion was HUGE), I'll crisp them how I like. I would also change my egg style to over medium. IMO, a runnier yolk would have been better. Next time! All in all, yeah... This place is amazing. I see why a reservation is needed, and I do recommend making one cause they're hoppin. I'll be back! read more

The service wasn't bad or insufferable but the lack of communication with regarding how much re fills cost with orange juice. The overall quality of the stores ambiance wasn't bad so far you may be thinking what's wrong with this place it sounds amazing well the food is the worst of what the restaurant has to offer the chicken fried steak was a very chewy and cheap cut with very light to no seasoning tasting like a cheap Walmart steak cooked like a amateur made it, the eggs were just fine but the poor steak and honestly the very cold gravy made it all worse specially the thin fried batter that falls apart making the steak sound visually unappealing. And the hash browns that aren't in the photo were appealing were dry and tasted like they were made in a dishwasher. To improve this restaurant I recommend a different chef and retraining for the servers. read more

Stumbled upon this and discovered it was featured on DDD with Guy Fieri. The restaurant did not disappoint. The service was attentive and very inviting. We didn't feel rushed where we felt they were trying to turn the table. The coffee is sourced from a local spot called pressed coffee. It's very smooth and balanced. We've been to quite a few Over Easy's 20 locations and a third of those in the Valley, and this one is just as clean, as tidy, as well laid out, as much great attention, a staff that is great, and the selections is excellent as usual. As I have said in the past, it's one of best and most consistent breakfast joints in the Valley. With an elaborately decent menu, their selections are usually above reproach. Again, their occasional or seasonal offerings are terrific... I unfortunately have an issue at my last visit here 12/19/24! I believe something happened in the kitchen that appears to be most unusual for Over Easy! Although I cannot state our meals of Chicken-Fried Steak: with House Redeye gravy, along with 2 any "over easy" eggs, and hash brown potatoes tagged along with some very good, nicely toasted toast, or Loko Moko: a hamburger patty (medium rare), a sunny side up egg, layered with some crispy onions, smothered in mushroom gravy over a bed of sticky rice were bad, we were somewhat surprised - they tasted relatively on par with previous meals at Over Easy, but there was a subtle disturbing after taste... that of rancid oil from each fried item! We're hoping that this a one-off... we may be back to find out. read more

So good! Best brunch I've had in a while. Big place and not that busy at 9 on a Saturday. We sat outside. Also we went for a hike before so this was a nice treat to top it off! I loved the chicken and waffles. The chicken strips were perfectly fried and juicy on the inside. The breading had flavor and was not greasy, the waffle was cakey and melt in my mouth good. It was buttery and sweet and not your typical waffle. It was delicious. One of the best I have had. I enjoyed the fresh squeezed orange juice it was sweet and delicious as well. It was around $17, which was a good price for the size and quality and it also came with natural maple syrup! Which is usually extra, at least at places in NJ. The waitress was very friendly and attentive. This place was on diners drive in and dives but I didn't get the dishes that were on the episode. I would definitely come back! read more

First time visiting here. We arrived on a Saturday morning about 8 AM and the place was very empty which I found odd. Upon ordering, I specifically asked that my pancakes be cooked very lightly. The server made note of this and told me that they would not be overdone. I don't like dark and overdone pancakes. When the food runner brought the food out, the pancakes were exactly what I DIDN't want. I opted not to send the food back because I wanted to eat with my friends and I was hungry. My friends felt that their food was overcooked as well. The prices were relatively high in comparison to other like restaurants, food quality seemed institutional, and the silverware cheap like the stuff you would find in a dorm. My family and I stopped in here for a quick bite to eat on our way to Phoenix airport from Tucson. Luckily, we got there early because I'm sure this place gets packed especially on a Sunday. I had the breakfast sandwich which was delicious, the eggs were cooked perfectly with your choice of cheese and meat. I loved the sourdough English muffin, It seemed homemade to me. My husband had the biscuits and gravy, which come with two eggs, and your choice of potatoes, he also added a ham steak for three dollars, he said everything had great flavor, but he did mention his hashbrowns could've been more crispy. My daughter had the two egg breakfast, which was a great simple breakfast. She loved the bacon. Went in this morning with a friend, the place was packed inside and out. Our waitress Ashlyn, was friendly, helpful and prompt, as mentioned it was a very busy time and when our food arrived my waffle was cold. I called over Ashlyn and just asked to throw it in the microwave and heat it up. She decline, instead they made bother with waffle and chicken over and it was delish! The vibe is cheerful and relaxed--great for weekend brunch with family or friends. We tried several dishes: The mini sweet donuts dusted with powdered sugar and topped with fresh strawberries were a perfect starter--warm, soft, and just sweet enough. The corned beef hash with an egg on top was hearty and flavorful, drizzled with their house sauce for a nice kick. The chilaquiles were excellent too--crispy yet saucy tortilla chips, rich red sauce, and a fried egg on top, sprinkled with cheese. The place is super cute and bright inside. I came on a weekday morning, so it was fairly empty. We were seated and the hostess and waitress David were really nice and attentive. It was my first time here, so I tried their seasonal drink which was the pumpkin chai latte, and it was really good. I wasn't a big fan of their mango lemonade, it wasn't very sweet or tasteful to me. For breakfast we ordered the "As seen on TV" banana nut French toast. That was pretty good. Sides come separate so I ordered bacon and an egg with cheese. We also tried "The Crying Pig" omelet and it was really good. The flavors and side of potatoes were good. I really like Over Easy and I'm so glad that they opened a location less than 2 miles away from my house! The decor from the furniture to the walls sparked so much positivity. I was seated inside, but I peaked and the outdoor furniture was in the same color theme too. The food was great. We went as a party of 5, and everyone besides myself had leftovers to take home. The portion size was perfect. I was just hungry, alright? LOL! I ordered the breakfast tacos with the crispiest tater tots I've had in a while! The service has met expectations. The orders came accurately and within a decent amount of time. Understandably, we are one of the last round of tables seated after the actual brunch rush, so the server forget a few small things until we asked again. Overall, 4.5 stars. My husband and I have come to Over Easy every Friday for the last 6 months or so. Every single time we are greeted by warm and calm people. There is an atmosphere of peace in the restaurant, largely inspired by its general manager and her leadership style. The staff are friendly, accommodating, thoughtful and professional. The food is always good, and the coffee is one of the highlights of our day. We can't get enough of it! Over easy is a spot i just found using Google that happened to be easy distance from the freeway we needed and rated well. Parking and distance to the freeway were really optimal and easy. I very much appreciated this as a vacationers in the area. Easy to find is such a help. Upon entry, I realized from signage that it had been featured on food network before! So cool. We were there at a non peak time so we were seated immediately. The staff was super friendly and helpful, which was really great because I always get nervous bringing my toddler somewhere new if adults will be inviting to her and understanding of her or not. The staff here definitely handled that part very well. The menu was wide enough to be interesting but narrow enough to make it easy to decide what we wanted. I loved that the kids menu had wiki stix instead of crayons, such a unique and easier to use thing for my kiddo who's only 16 months. We loved the bright colors and well maintained aspect of this place. It looks cared for and clean from the walls to the menus to the floors and bathrooms. Anyways, the goods. I got a breakfast sandwich with breakfast potatoes and my husband got a burrito. Both of which were delicious and well balanced. The kid had French toast, fruit, and I think scrambled egg. She ate all her egg, all her fruit, and a few bites of the toast. Success! The plate was divided which i thought was fun. I appreciated they had both nonalcoholic and alcoholic kombucha.
