Two weeks ago, I stayed at Tysons Corner Hilton for a week while attending a work conference. While the experience at the hotel overall was less than stellar, the Harth dining experience was quite the opposite. My team arrived at this establishment on Thursday at 6 PM with a party of 13. While my team didn't have a reservation, the establishment was able to accommodate us within 5 minutes of us arriving. After we were seated, we collectively ordered every 'small bite' possible. However, I tried two of those that were ordered, which included Hunters Board and the Calamari. Hunters Board: This board had cheddar, Asher Blue, Providence Goat, beef salami, lomo, Chesapeake salami, and olives. I was "wowed" by the Asher Blue. This cheese had a slightly pungent, mushroomy aroma and was earthy and mild. This cheese also had a creamy-crumbly texture as it has a semi-firm consistency, being soft, dense, and hard all at the same time. I actually ate a whole wedge off of one of the boards that was ordered. The lomo was also a standout for me as it was tender, juicy, and slightly salty. This paired well with the Asher Blue. For folks who haven't experienced lomo, it's like beef tenderloin, which is one of the most tender and leanest cuts of meat. Calamari: The slightly charred calamari was perfectly crisp and tender. The combination of cumin and peppers was 'punchy' but not overpowering. Main Dish: Aside from the bites, many main courses were ordered by the group. I ordered Casarecce Pasta with shrimp. I thoroughly enjoy a good casarecce as its shape makes them perfect for holding sauces. The sauce for this dish was perfect as the Mascarpone cheese was slightly sweet and a tad bit tart, which balanced out the garlic used for the dish. As a group, we ordered just north of 1k worth of food and drinks. The service we received was timely and pleasant. If I were in the area again, I would frequent this location again.

Not so good scallops. Their breakfast buffet this morning was much better.

I came here during a business trip with some colleagues. The scallops were gritty with sand and foul smelling. They were exchanged for the shrimp pasta, which was better. Shrimp was overcooked but the pasta was cooked perfectly (al dente). My food = 2.0 stars. My coworker's mushroom flatbread pizza was 5 stars -- very flavorful. Breakfast buffet this morning was much better than dinner, consisting of bakery quality baked goods and healthy choices, as well as traditional fare. 4 stars. Friendly, attentive service. 5 stars. Beautiful, high quality ambience. 5 stars. Overall: 4 stars

Harth is located in an extremely beautiful hotel that elicits a new wave, futuristic vibe, and the restaurant, Harth, is situated just to the left of the hotel bar, far enough removed that you will not be bothered by any noise from the lobby/bar. My girlfriend and I were in a rush to make a night bus tour of the DC area so we split a charred broccoli salad. It was very unique as it had no lettuce! Just a bunch of healthy greens, some fruit and / or pecans, topped off by adding the protein of chicken. The chicken was warm and very delish. To our surprise it cost $10 to add the freaking chicken! All in the salad was close to $30!! When you are on vacation you are meant to spurge, and I enjoyed everything about this stop in before the DC night tour and if you are in the area definitely recommend stopping in to experience it for yourself. As always people SYOY!!!

I'll start off by saying this place is getting 4 stars from me considering it's a hotel restaurant, otherwise it would get 3. The restaurant itself is nice, quiet, simple and modern. The staff are all super nice and really make you feel like they're taking care of you. We went and I guess there was some audition taking place at the hotel and the night felt like chaos. The service was extremely slow and even the manager had to come and apologize everything was taking so long. She offered us a free dessert, but we were there so long we just wanted to leave. Anyways on to the food, the broccoli was pretty good! Interesting take on broccoli! The flatbread was nice - not too hot or sweet. My husband enjoyed his steak and thought the chimichurri was a nice touch. I had the sea scallops that were pretty good, but was not a fan of the purée and fixings. For a hotel restaurant, the food was better than expected. Also more expensive than expected.. basically spent what I would've going somewhere in DC! Check them out if you're staying at the Hilton, otherwise there's better spots in McLean!

I went to this place twice. Once for dinner, due to me staying at the hotel, and just needing something and once for breakfast, because it's at the hotel. Let's discuss breakfast first. In hindsight, I should have gone Avocado Toast because it probably had seasoning. Instead, I chose the omlette with egg whites, spinach, and mushrooms. I also went with the wood fired hash browns (it's an included option) and added a bagel toasted with butter as an add-on. The omlette came with tomatoes, which wasn't on my selection and no mushrooms. It's a regular size omlette but I always eat only 50%. It had zero seasoning. Zero flavor. The hash browns were greasy and just not good. Four bites and move on. They have only plan bagels. PLAIN. How is this possible, when I've been to a Hilton in Turkey that had an everything bagel and other options. The best component of said breakfast - the bagel. Dinner. As a flexitarian limited choice awaited, since a mussel or clams, which uh there is this thing called the bay near you that has them wasn't on the menu. Shrimp was a no-go, either. I went with the Honey chicken breast with root veggies. I selected this because it was my only choice being a flexitarian, and I didn't want the 100% veggie thing that would have worked. Just needed some protein. Plus, it lists it as wood grilled or on their flame thing If I hadn't read on another Yelp review that the honey comes from their own Honey Bees thing on the roof, I'd have no idea. The chicken had that nice honey flavor and was very juicy. But had I not read, it was wood grilled, I'd have no idea. I should have tasted every so slightly that smoked flavor, IMO. Anyway, it was good. Large portion. I ate just 50%. The root veggies were heavy on brussel sprouts, which were Charred and not in a bad way. What's with the love of these nasty buggars? Just say the dish is Brussel sprouts and call it even. I couldn't figure out if the light sauce that was on the other veggies, green beans, and whatver else veggie was there, was the walnut dressing they added to the arugula that had the chicken on, because my server had no clue. I asked if the veggies were sprinkled with some light Parma cheese or something like that because it was hard to gauge. He didn't know. I got sick afterward, back in the room, and my gut (no pun here) tells me it was whatever was on the veggies, it might just be that walnut thing, and an allergy hit, but it was something in that liquid. At least I scored a weight loss for the meal. In that case, thanks???

Only dined here for breakfast and they have a good selection to choose from. I'm a sucker for buffets, and this one didn't disappoint, albeit wished they offered one other dish to warrant the $28 full breakfast buffet: smoked salmon. Almost all of the the same level of hotels do offer this in their breakfast buffets. Their continental buffet is above average if u want to eat pastries and cold items like yogurts, parfaits, cereal, and pastries table. As others mentioned, this restaurant is very nice key decorated with fire abound and lots of bright natural light coming in. Our server was very attentive, got our drink orders and also mentioned we can get cook to order eggs and omelette. Score! Over medium eggs and omelette were great. Same with the abundance of bacon and pastries. We were very pleased and will come back next time!

I liked the convenience of the restaurant being in the hotel since I was only there overnight. I dined here alone because I was traveling for work. The space itself is very beautiful really enjoyed the atmosphere there. It was a quiet early evening. I ordered a smoked old fashioned and it was okay. I've had a lot of old fashioned drinks and this one hit the mark on its booziness but not necessarily on balance. I think maybe it needed to be stirred or perhaps there was a little too much of one thing or just what my pallet wanted? Again, not bad but not amazing either. I only had one. I had the burger with no bun and ordered it medium. It was a little too pink but I like things rare so it wasn't a dealbreaker and it tasted great. The side of vegetables were REALLY good. Their cappuccino was a great nightcap although I asked for a decaf but was up all night so not sure if it actually was decaf :P The best part of my experience here was the staff, as they were extremely friendly. I loved that I never ran out of water which is something I have come to appreciate.

Let's talk Härth at the Hilton McLean Tysons Corner. I saw their ad in this group for a three course meal for $49 per person. We went to the restaurant and were welcomed by Rachel, the food and beverage director. We were the first customers tonight and it turns out they have only recently opened for dinner with a new French chef, Laurent Hollaender. We ended up not ordering from the prix fixe menu, even though it's a great deal with the filet mignon itself being $49. It will be there through July. We shared the excellent calamari and I saw tarte flambee Alsacienne on the menu but the waiter didn't know much about it. I wanted to know if it was anything like the Flammkuche or Tarte Flambee we know from southwestern Germany and the Elzas. Chef Laurent himself came to our table and he actually grew up in the Elzas (it's where my husband's family comes from). He personally vowed the tarte flambee is authentic and it is! I can't tell you how excited we are! We have not *ever* found a true Flammkuche in the US! The charcuterie plate is all locally sourced cheese and meats and Laurent is clearly excited about everything here. To end our meal Laurent and Rachel sent a plate of scallops and they're amazing! The carrot puree and capers, pine nuts and other ingredients we didn't recognize are the perfect companions. Other things that we learned is that their honey is very local. They get it from the bee hives on the roof of the hotel. Besides that they have their own hydroponic herbs. We love the sustainable cooking, Chef Laurent, and all we ate. Go check out Härth!

I have been here many times over the last 2 years and they are a solid 3. 1. Location - good Well they are located inside the Hilton hotel, so they have a lot of the guests dining there, so they don't try too hard to get business. However, if you know better, there are way better restaurants to eat than here in the neighborhood. 2. Service - bad They are super slow to seat you. Why? because no one is ever at the stand to get your info and seat you and you cant just go in and seat yourself because the servers will keep telling to go back and wait to be seated. That will take forever and anyone who values their time will get annoyed right away. Once seated, servers aren't that nice and rushed despite NEVER ever being full. I expect to get more attention when you have only 2-3 tables to serve. I would understand if the place was ever packed, but Harth is not popular enough to be in that state. 3. Service is indifferent at best at the bar too. So where you sit really doesn't matter. 4. Food - not that good, beautiful display I think I had the entire menu at this time and they taste okay, nothing special especially for the price. 5. Ambience - romantic, intimate, business appropriate You can definitely have a romantic date to business meetings here. However, like I said, the food isn't that good!

Harth restaurant is one of the stylish restaurants, just like most places I used to visit in South Beach. I don't usually eat at gorgeous restaurants but I stare at them, that's my meal right there. However we ordered four appetizers that could probably feed four people. The table bread came with a nice homemade jam. That was pretty good. Then we had mixed garden salad, octopus salad, calamari and Peruvian chicken flatbread. Of all the four apps, I liked octopus salad and flatbread the best! Octopus in the salad was tender and pretty delicious. The flatbread had the best cheese on top of it. The mixed green salad was ok and the calamari we could do without. The hostess and waiter were professional. The service was great! Thanks!

I made a reservation for a party of 8 for a holiday gathering of friends for dinner at Harth in December. I was pleasantly surprised upon arrival to find that we were seated in the private dining area which is stunning and quiet enough that we could all hear each other from each of the table. The service was fantastic, the wine recommendations spot on, and the food delicious. The fact that we didn't have to fight the crowds and traffic by going to a mall to meet for dinner was a huge plus! There is plenty of free parking at the hotel. read more

I came here for lunch and upon entering, I was greeted very warmly by the host, tho I have failed to remember his name at this time. The server (Ivan) was very sweet as well and greeted me within 30 seconds of me sitting down. I ordered the roasted beet salad with chicken and it was amazing! Everything was very fresh too. I really love that this place, they now have paper straws compared to plastic straws. These are much better for the environment! I would def come back here to dine the next time I'm at this hotel. read more

I give this place five stars tonight because every morsel we devoured was delicious, the service amazing, and the alfresco ambiance relaxing. We shared the scallops starter, the mushroom flatbread, and sweet and sour Brussels sprouts ad I am anticipating a return visit soon to sample more yummy flavors. The wine by the glass selection delivered as did the beer selection as we sipped and knoshed by the outdoor flaming Harth. read more

It's a shame that the food is so mediocre as the staff and the restaurant itself are lovely as hell. My dining experience was quite the opposite, however - bacon jam was tasty, but not good enough to save me from bland calamari and olives and a completely run-of-the-mill mushroom flatbread. Equally disturbing was the fact that after eating half my flatbread, the plate was whisked away from me with no one asking if I wanted a box. And, ironically, I didn't really care - it'd already left my mind. For the price and the scene, I was gravely disappointed at the lackluster food. read more

Had a Margherita flat and a Dark & Stormy. The drink was great - wish that was offered more widely. The flat was delicious - great crust and fresh toppings. Really well done. The only thing keeping 5 stars is the price. Slightly elevated for what it is, but a great option if you're here on business. The atmosphere and finish is superb. read more

An excellent restaurant all around. The menu is relatively small and focused and the few choices are so good that it is still hard to choose. For starters, the bread basket is very good and comes with butter and BACON JAM. The latter is perfect - it balances the salty, savory pork and the sweetness of jam perfectly. The seared halibut with succotash was exceptional if a bit small. The flatbreads are wood fired and very delicious. We finished off the evening with pastry covered in fresh fruit with a scoop of ice cream. The wine list is not very long, but it was very reasonably priced and had options for 1 glass and 1.5 glasses for most wines. The service is very professional and polite. read more

I dined yesterday with my monthly supper club and we thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The decor and ambiance are fantastic. Their homemade bacon jam is OUT OF THIS WORLD. I'll be ordering a few jars as gifts for some foodie folks that I know. Our group of 9 dined at the beginning of the lunch service, so we didn't have any of the chaos that other Yelpers have referred to during very busy periods. This place is phenomenal. The food and service impeccable. Homemade BACON jam with bread? Never had anything like it. Flatbreads delish. Desserts amazing. Interior decor fabulous - outside patio could benefit from tall shrubbery since the view is the hotel driveway/entrance. Will absolutely be back!!! read more

Had an excellent meal and good service on a Wed. night. Bacon jam was incredible and waiter brought us a little jar (free) to take home. Grilled octopus appetizer was fabulous; puff pastry app was pretty good but I wouldn't get it again. Papardelle pasta was very good once we added some salt and pepper. Mushroom soup was great; ditto crab cakes; ditto sticky toffee pudding. Only downside was finding the place; as there is another building with a big, lighted Hilton sign and two people in our party went there (and found it locked). Luckily someone happened by who could direct them to the Hilton with the Harth. Oh, and the hotel lobby and restaurant are really pretty. read more

First time visiting and we definitely be back for more of their flatbreads. Bacon jam is delicious. Problem is, you cannot stop eating it! I had the pear flatbread and it lived up to the scrumptious description. Do not skip on the carrot cake. At $12 a slice, i thought that it was a little expensive until you take a bite. Worth every dollar of heaven hitting your taste buds. Atmosphere is very sophisticated and made a great date night. Next time we are going to ask for an outside table since to fireplace adds even more romance. read more

Beautiful atmosphere! Food was OK! It could have been better. They put this "bacon jam" on the eggs Benedict.... Yuck! It was just strange tasting! In the other reviews customers were very happy with the service... Well today those servers must have been off because it sucked! Some people sitting in the back corner were very upset and the waiter actually started to argue with them lol! read more

Harth is a beautiful restaurant, a great place to have an ambient, romantic dinner or lunch. I've never been let down by the menu options, everything is delicious. I highly recommend that everyone try the Shrimp Scampi Flatbread as an appetizer. For those looking for a new place to lunch in the Tyson's area, this is a good choice as long as you have extra time to spare as the service is always very...very slow. I'll def. be returning and bringing my friends to enjoy! read more

The meal was wonderful and beautifully prepared and served. This girl from the Deep South enjoyed the Harth's version of shrimp and grits. The crab cake was full of chunky crab and cooked to perfection. While most Hiltons provide top notch service, this Hton is a step above. I can't say enough good things about the restaurant and the hotel. read more

I've heard good things about this place and was unfortunately unimpressed. From the appetizers to the dessert, the food was nothing special whatsoever. Everything was somewhat tasteless, not to mention that our order more than 45 minutes to come out. Our waitress, despite being kind and friendly, was often hard to get a hold of, as she rarely checked on us and passed by our table very infrequently. read more

We had dinner at the Harth last night based on the recommendation of a friend. 1) the decor was very modern and open. It invite you to come, brick oven and open kitchen is a nice concept. 2) the service was very good and friendly. The staff were very helpful and our waitress wine recommendation was excellent. 3) we choose to share and try all of the small plates they had. The shrimp and grits, the meat balls, and the mussels are must have. We also tried the margarita flat bread. The bacon jam with the bread with the bread is excellent. Had great time and we will definitely go back. read more

I really like Harth - it's a great addition to the Tyson's area. Ask to speak with the Chef and you will be well taken care of! Try the bacon jam and the honey (that comes directly from the beehives kept atop the building - did you know Chef is also a beekeeper?) I wanted to love this place after reading all the reviews, but came away just kinda liking it. The space is beautiful and the patio lovely. The service was warm, but mediocre at best. The bread basket comes with house made, to die for bacon marmalade. Great cocktails and an okay wine list with high markups. They do provide nice stems for your wine. The menu was interesting and varied. The problem was execution. Pork belly appetizer was excellent, but marred by an over salted slaw/salad. Pork chop was flavorful, but overlooked. Overall, not bad but not quite a destination. read more

Do not eat here. Came here the other day for my fiancés wife's dinner. Location was cool, staff wasn't bad, but the food was totally sub par. Everything was cold, poorly made and nothing tasted fresh. I now have food poisoning. My guess is either from the duck breast or the mussels. I've been sick for the last 3 days. Definitely reporting this to the health department. read more

My employer has a quarterly dinner with everyone in our department to catch up on things and have a good time. This quarter we selected Harth. It was fantastic and we will probably be back sometime soon. The service was always nearby and took care of our large party without any issues. The wine selection was great and the food met everyone's expectations. BTW - the bacon jam is excellent and you cannot leave without trying the butterscotch pudding for desert. read more

I have to say I've ordered from the Harth menu but eaten in the lounge area. Best steaks I've eaten at Tysons corner. They always cook it perfectly. Salmon was spectacular. Meatballs are delicious. Harth continues to be one of our favorite places to eat during cold or inclement weather. We love the large glassed-in gas fireplaces and appreciate the warmth! We got there between 5:30 and 6:00 PM on a Saturday evening and had no problem getting a table without a reservation. Juan, our server, was very friendly and accommodating. He is terrific! I had the seared halibut for my entree, and it was delicious. My wife ordered the filet mignon but asked that it be prepared gluten-free... unfortunately it came with potatoes which were not. Harth was very good about taking the plate back and preparing a new one to ensure no adverse effects, and Juan comped us our drinks for the inconvenience. Bottom line, we had a bit of a wait, but my wife enjoyed her steak so problem solved. Oh, I almost forgot... don't miss the bacon jam that comes with the bread. It sounds a little weird, but it's addictive!!! Expect to pay about $30 per entree... my personal feeling is that's a bit on the high side but I guess you're paying for the food quality, the upscale decor, and the fact that Harth is in a hotel. Portion sizes are not overwhelming like some places, but I found them satisfying (especially with the bread and bacon jam!). read more

This is the new and improved restaurant in the new and improved Hilton. Hilton is making this property their flagship in the area, as corporate just moved in next door, and we're all reaping the benefits. We were here for three days, so I had the breakfast buffet every morning, and had lunch and some samplings from the small bites menu on other occasions. The breakfast buffet is truly wonderful, though pricey at $22. They offer steel cut oats with an impressive amount of toppings and additions to choose from, Greek yogurt with a variety of fresh fruit (which was actually ripe and sweet), scrambled eggs and potatoes that are perfectly cooked and delicious, bacon, sausage and french toast, really wonderful croissants and an Italian country style bread that you slice yourself to make toast, fresh squeezed orange juice and muffins. There are little 2 oz. glasses of fresh juice on the buffet; today they had carrot, a fruit juice mix and a green juice that I didn't try so can't identify for you. I managed to cover quite a bit of the buffet during our 3 day stay, and it was all great quality and delish. For lunch I tried the New England lobster roll, and, being from New England, I can attest that this is the real thing; fresh and tasty lobster salad on an oversized hot dog style roll that had been slathered in a little melted butter and browned on the flat top. Doug had the turkey sandwich, which had roast turkey (the real thing, not sandwich slices) on a whole grain bread with caramelized onions and bacon jam. That's why he had to try it, the bacon jam, and it was terrific. We've tried two of the flatbread pizzas that they offer on the small bites menu, and they were good, although the chicken one was a little greasy. We also had the smoked oysters, which were great, although small at a petite 3 oyster serving. It's not cheap, but the food quality is worthy of the splurge, especially in this area of higher end dining establishments that rarely live up to the hype. The decor manages to be both modern and inviting, and the service is great...friendly without being at all stuffy. Loved it. read more

While they have a limited winter menu (thru March 2) for the weekend, they were able to execute the mussel appetizer, the mixed green salad and the vegatable curry quite well. The vegatables were all fresh and, while the curry was quite mild, it had a good flavor. We will be back after the March 2 transition back to a full menu. read more

Came here for date night on a Friday with my husband. Excellent dining experience from start to finish. Chef Tom greeted us as we walked in and later gave us a taste of the honeycomb from the rooftop beehive. I would describe the place as a swanky hotel restaurant -- heck they even had iPad cocktail menu. The cucumber basil martini was delicious as well as the Harth flame; a mixture of sweet and spicy. We ordered calamari (not fried), crab cake, Caesar salad, and an heirloom tomato salad. All were light choices and packed full of flavor. Don't forget to request the bacon jam and bread. The ambiance is very casual and there's no table service. Rather than ordering through a QR code, place your order at the bar and then you'll get a text alert when the food is ready for pick-up at the long table closest to the bar. The line is always pretty short and you can get a drink within 5-10 min, the food takes longer and even up to 1/2 hour for fries. I would stick to the beer on draft, the cocktails can be hit/miss depending on the bartender, the draft drinks tend to have better consistency. The Wildberry Mule cocktail and Pina Colada Sangria and Peach Seltzer on draft were my picks while the Bourbon Smash, Passionfruit Mojito, Pina Colada Mojito, and the Passionfruit Seltzer were misses. On the flip side, the bartenders poured a generous amount of Prosecco for Mimosas, much appreciated! The bottled Angry Orchard apple cider is generally my go-to. There's always a mocktail on the menu (came in handy when I was pregnant!) The new battered fries are so much better than last year! The menu is limited with simple bar food (bbq pulled pork sandwich, burger, grilled cheese, hot dog, fries, kettle chips). Wish there were more vegetarian options like charcuterie board, hummus and crackers, nachos, mac and cheese, etc. While I give credit for having a Veggie Burger on the menu, it's sad and disappointing. It has a very smoky meaty flavor (from the grill, not the patty) with lackluster toppings - the vegan cheese is disgusting. I would swap out the kettle chips and pay the upcharge for fries. The doughy pretzel sticks are quite salty and a step up from the movie theater. They are good for absorbing the alcohol! Despite these minor complaints, I love coming here with family and fries. So glad The Perch opened up, Starr Hill Biergarten is a great spot to kick back and relax with a beer or 2!

The other two pizzas we tried didn't have enough cheese to have a crispy crust, were too thick and dry, and weren't hot enough for the burrata to melt. It's not clear to me if these pizzas are par baked or just reheated but they were not good. Would not order again.

He was warm, attentive, and made sure everything ran smoothly without ever feeling intrusive. You can tell when someone genuinely enjoys what they do -- and that was definitely the case here. The rest of the team was just as welcoming and professional. Our tables were set up in a perfect location, which made it easy for everyone to talk and enjoy the evening together. The food was fantastic (as always) -- fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented and the happy hour price are so affordable for the amazing quality, the flatbreads were awesome . Not a single complaint from anyone in the group. What really stands out about this location is how comfortable they make you feel. It's that rare mix of polished service and relaxed atmosphere that makes you want to come back again. We'll definitely be hosting more gatherings here. Thank you to the GM Matt his team and Ben and the entire team for consistently taking such great care of us!

Don't even know where to start... I'll start from the beginning. Made reservations for Fathers day, got their at 11:30 AM for our reservation was seated after standing in a line full of people with and without reservations at 11:56 AM. The ONE person who was at the hostess booth help up the line because she kept answering the calls that came through and she would stay on the phone with them until she got their reservation and then hung up. Did this 2 times while I was standing in line. We finally got seated, as we sat we kept hearing most of the tables complaining and asking for the manager... that started worrying us. (heard things like "our food is still not here yet" " this dish is extremely under cooked"). It was extremely hard to get out waiter to come back and check on us in a timely manner. We then were looking in the menu to order, in there BRUNCH menu and they had a total of maybe 4 actual breakfast foods... and when we got ready to order the waiter now decides to tell us OH btw about three things on this menu you can't order today.. one of which was part of the brunch menu. Waiter had to be told to please refill our drink and bring fresh coffee... we had to tell him to please bring butter after he brought us bread!!! Food finally came out after 30/35 min and it was DISGUSTING. I'm sorry but my sisters quiche looked someone ate it and then threw it back up!! The best food in the place was the bread and the jam! We complained and the manager was so monotone and mellow and this stupid smirk on his face was so annoying!! We told him we're never coming back here again. The only thing he managed to do right was reduce our bill amount. Either way, I DO NOT recommend this place until they do some serious changes in management, kitchen staff, etc... read more

Oh my GOD! The food was absolutely phenomenal- went there for Thanksgiving 2017 and they far surpassed any Thanksgiving meal I've ever had. The mashed potatoes were creamy with little bitty chunks of potato. The green beans- ALWAYS mushy at other restaurants I've been were boiled to perfection and had a slight crunch. The candied yams with the ooey gooey goodness of marshmallows PLUS pecans, the best yams I've ever had. The cranberry orange sauce was phenomenal- hands down the best cranberry sauce I've ever had. Tiny seeds at the bottom, fresh orange rinds inside, and fresh cranberries that just burst in my mouth and made my taste buds dance. Oh and the desserts!!! The tiramisu was better than I've had at even Italian joints. They brought out a "cupcake" which tasted like a fresh brownie out of the oven with a sweet surprise of vanilla cream nestled inside! And the STAFF!!! They were wonderful! Fred was amazing, our server (I can't recall it now will have to edit this later) was great too. They were very caring, and everyone seemed to LOVE their job. EVERYONE down to the hostesses were super friendly! We were so impressed with this meal we personally shook hands with the head chef & the staff that I want to take this to corporate and commend them on such a fine dining establishment! Harth rocks!!!!! The best meal I've eaten out in a very long time. I will be back for their "regular" menu as well but if you want to dine out on Thanksgiving leave the cooking to Harth you will not be disappointed, you will be delighted! read more

The atmosphere is great and I loved the decor of elegant white booths and flaming fire walls. The flatbreads and bacon jam are delicious. We also enjoyed eating the lobster tagliatelli pasta, grits and chicken noodle soup. Pork shoulder small plate and steak were a little tougher than expected. And don't forget to try to the carrot cake - biggest and best I've ever had. Overall a great experience and good for a fun night out. read more

The food was really great on Thanksgiving. Looking forward to the Easter feast. Thanksgiving buffet was the best I've ever had. I wish I could afford to eat here more, but you pay for quality and the servers are the most friendly. read more

This is where I take all my client out to lunch. They did a wonderful job with the décor remodel. I love all the fireplaces. They serve amazing flatbreads and wonderful Salmon. read more

Here in VA for my Dad's Memorial Service at Arlington Cemetery. Had 2 dinners here and they were amazing!!! Highly recommend when in McLean area. read more
