Came for the detroit style pizza and was excited for their beer and cider menu. However, their staff is not well trained and had to take a sip of a beer before I realized this absolutely is not the cider I ordered. I had to tell the server I ordered a cider and she gave me a pilsner, and then had the audacity to argue with me that I ordered a beer off the cider menu. I said i didn't order this, so maybe the menu is incorrect? Either way, the server didn't apologize and didn't offer to take it off the bill and was just irritated at her own mistake. Asked another server if they have flights and they do not (unlike other breweries) but they allow 3 tastings per person at the bar (not at the table where we were). We had a caesar salad where the lettuce was soft and wet. It doesn't seem like they properly dried the washed lettuce, so I ended up with soggy rather than crispy bites. The pizza was like a dry focaccia with not enough overcooked toppings. The forager was probably the best one thanks to the truffle oil and had a proper cheesy crust. The other two pizzas we tried didn't have enough cheese to have a crispy crust, were too thick and dry, and weren't hot enough for the burrata to melt. It's not clear to me if these pizzas are par baked or just reheated but they were not good. Would not order again. read more

Service: Very friendly, attentive, and patient with my supervisor indecisive guests. Beer: Its really cool that you can taste 3 different beers before selecting one. Detroit pizza: We got a half pepperoni and half normal. This really punched above it's weight flavor wise. I really liked it. Definitely the star of the food. Burgers: These got mixed reviews, from the cook being off and the patties being on the smaller side. Nashville Fried chicken: Impressive looking and it inspired a bit of FOMO. Its very crispy, but otherwise nothing special. I found the chicken to be a too thin IMO. Fries: These were great. Next time I will stick with the pizza and I want to try the pretzel. read more

I hosted a team event at Level 99 + Victory Brewing Company for about 40 people that included food, drinks and games. The expereince at Victory Brewing was good: Bar They had a very good selection of beers, most of which were local. Dark beers are my favorite and the Storm King was really good. Plus a full bar churning out some tasty and cool looking drinks. The bartenders were great with engaging with everyone and turning out the drinks quickly. Food We had the caprese skewers, korean fried chicken sliders and pepperoni pizza. Overall it was just ok. Nothing really to write home about. It's really cool that Victory Brewing is integrated with the Level99 space. You can pause your time at Level99 to take a break, have a snack, have a drink, and socialize with your crew. I got a "painless painkiller" mocktail. Tasted like a piña colada and even though I wanted to savor every sip, I drank it so fast because it was so delicious. Made me feel like I was on an island somewhere on a beach! If it's helpful to know, we forgot to close out our tab but thankfully they close tabs every night with an automatic 20% gratuity. read more

A great addition to the mall right next to Level 99. My party stopped by to try their food after we had just finished playing at Level 99 around 8pm on a Thursday. There were a good amount of people at this time mainly at their bar area. We ordered quite a few drinks, some beers and cocktails. The Thai Tea Old Fashioned did not taste like thai tea to me. If anything there was no tea taste the borboun washed out all the flavor and the only spot on "thai tea" thing about this drink is that it's the color orange. The Salted Caramel Espresso Martini is a good choice if you don't like the overpowering taste of alcohol. It was perfectly balanced but nothing unique about this drink here that you can't get anywhere else. As for food, the highlight of the restaurant is the pizzas and I would return strictly to get the pizzas only. Any of the pizzas are probably good but we got the roni roni one and the chicken bacon ranch. I prefer the chicken bacon ranch out of these two since it has a drizzled sauce on top and isn't as salty. The pizzas had a balanced amount of toppings and were cooked well. We also ordered the americana wagyu burger that was just okay as in the beef didn't taste any different from regular beef. The reason for the 3 stars comes from the preparation of their food. We ordered wings as an appetizer that was not cooked all the way through. This had to be sent back and was taken off our bill and we left the restaurant full without eating the wings we had ordered but the experience would've been different if that didn't happen. Their prices are also a little steep for what you're getting but at the mall this is understandable. $15 cocktails is pushing it and those wings were $17 for about 6 pieces. read more

I wholeheartedly enjoyed these wings and I think I ate almost every single one. Even the blue cheese ranch was really good as well and I'm not a huge blue cheese person. I really liked the set up of the restaurant and the entertainment all in one. It made it really accessible to go from one to another. The service was OK. Think Dave & Busters, but not as good. We stopped off here on our way to the movie theater, expecting a brew pub experience. We realized, too late, that Victory Brewing was designed to be more like the restaurant part of a D&B's, where flavor and quality was compromised to cost. The service was slow and cumbersome. It was almost as if we were in the middle of a soft opening where the staff was till trying to figure out their jobs. I ordered there "Roni, roni, roni" Detroit-style pizza. My friends ordered burgers. To their credit, the pizza looked like a Detroit pizza. However, the cheese layer was thin as can be, while their focaccia base was too thick and oily. The good news is that one of their pizzas could easily feed four to six people. The bad new is, that food just isn't that good. My friends told me their burgers were "meh." The did offer a bunch of beers and my lager was OK. If I was to come back I would have a burger but I'm not planning on coming back so that won't be an issue. read more

I'm not exaggerating when I say this might've been the best pizza I ever had. The chicken bacon ranch pizza was so good. Love how thick the dough is. The drinks were okay but a little inconsistent. The vibe is soft and the staff was somewhat friendly. We ordered at the walk up so I can't say much about them. read more

Whoever came up with the idea to attach a brewery to a family fun gaming and activity venue is an absolute genius. Being attached to Level 99, which I also recommend for both family and adult fun, you have direct access to food and drinks in between games or while you wait for your time slot to enter Level 99. The bar staff is very attentive, and you can order from your table using a QR code. The food is good for refueling or preparing to do activities in the gaming venue at decent prices. I highly recommend and cannot wait to return. read more

Having been to the Downingtown,PA restaurant I was a little disappointed about the food. It was tasty but not as good as the food I had at their Pennsylvania location. read more

After playing at Level 99, we went to Victory Brewing for dinner. We had a reservation but had to wait about 5 minutes to get the table. No problem. We ordered an appetizer and our meals and specifically asked for the appetizer to come out first. It was just a pretzel. After waiting more than 10 minutes , we asked about it and she checked. She said it should've come out. After waiting longer, everything ended up coming out at once and I wonder if she didn't enter it right but wouldn't admit it. The food all tasted good. At the end, our server went missing again. It took more than 20 minutes to just get the check and leave and that was after I had to flag someone down to find her. No apology or explanation for the disappearance. There were even fewer tables seated at this time so no idea what happened. Even the table next to us was waiting and looking for her. While the food was good and convenient, I wouldn't recommend this place because of the slow service. read more

My husband and I visited Victory Brewing following a fun time at Level 99 in Tyson's Corner. I booked a reservation earlier in the day. When approaching the hostess, she was not pleasant and did not greet us just asked for the name, no eye contact whatsoever, not even a smile. We were passed off to another hostess and seated in the back by the kitchen...where they were cleaning tables. We waited a couple of minutes and looked over the menu. I noticed after about 4 minutes in, no one had greeted us or took our order. A group of men came in and the main hostess seated them near us but in a large booth. She spoke with them and even shared jokes. Their waiter came over to them immediately. I pulled out my phone and started the timer, as I wanted to make sure that I wasn't misjudging the time. After another 5 minutes of no contact, we left. Tyson's Corner is known to have higher clientele, but people of my skin tone are also patrons of the area and mall. I'm hoping that this was not a race thing, but it felt like it. They will not get a penny out of me. Food looked good though...service (or lack there of) left a bad taste.
