When i got home I saw all the good reviews and i got to try it today when my friend had time before work and I must way the reviews are completely deserved, when I walked in the waitress was tending to a regular she knew by name and it made everything seem so much homier. The inside was so cozy, it felt like a little time capsule, I would come back just for how comfy it was in there. We already have plans of coming back when its colder!! The food was FANTASTIC, the eggs were cooked perfectly, the sausage patties were perfectly soft on the inside with a perfect crunch on the outside, and the french toast tasted perfectly homemade. This place has absolutely ruined other breakfast spots for me, I am absolutely coming back for lunch soon!

It was all really nice and hot when I picked it up and when I got it home, which is rare. This little gem is hidden away but deserves so much recognition. Cheeseburger was just okay, a little better than McDonald's. Patty didn't taste fresh. We asked the waitress what was on that special and she couldn't tell us. She said she "didn't know anything about that one" and she made no attempt to find out either. Service was decent. Food was hot . My order was wrong. I ordered the veggie omelette that comes with aside. I chose grits. What I got was a veggie burrito and they charged me almost 5 bucks for the side of grits. You're talking about 3/4 of a cup of grits. While the burrito was blazing hot, it really did not have any flavor at all. The great thing is that it seems to be just the owner cooking and then a waitress, and the food is cooked to order I believe. Mistakes happen so I'm not faulting anyone. I just ate the burrito any way without saying anything I would just never pay that much for a bowl of grits lol! Also, you don't get to see your ticket before you pay. You don't get that until you've swiped your card. I'm sure we'll come back and try the lunch items sometime.
