Place can get busy quickly and there isn't much seating. Today we ordered mostly breakfast. Everything tastes great. We have never had any issues with the food or the service. I didnt/couldn't eat the toughest flavorless way the heck over breaded and as usual the worst i ever had. I told the waitress, she said she tried to eat one a few days ago and it was the same way. Paul has definitely perfected his biscuit recipe, and the gravy was just as good. Next came the eggs, potatoes and sausage. Once I cut into the eggs I knew they were farm fresh! Paul told me he buys his eggs from Kansas specifically because they're farm raised. The yolks were dark yellow almost orange. The home fries or cut potatoes were seasoned using Paul's "Kitchen Sink" seasoning that he sells. The mini sausages were extra tasty. I didn't need any salt or pepper for anything I ate. Paul also makes homemade cheesecake, banana pudding and coconut cream pie. I took one bite of the cheesecake and I could tell it was homemade. It was delicious. I'm glad I got to experience Paul's cooking this morning, and if you're in Blanchard, OK, you need to stop in and have one of the best meals, whether it be breakfast, lunch or dinner.
