My wife ordered eggs over medium with crispy hash browns, crispy bacon, and a biscuit with gravy. Her only disappointment was the biscuit and gravy. She thought the biscuit was difficult to cut and the gravy needed more flavor. Naturally, I decided we also needed a pancake to share! It was spot-on, and one pancake was the perfect size for the two of us. Taylor, our server, was fantastic--friendly, helpful, attentive, and easy to talk with. Bottom line: Rocky Mountain Grill is what a classic neighborhood diner should be--good, honest breakfast food served right. If you're looking for a great breakfast spot, give it a try. The waiter brought our food quickly but forgot to pick up our drink order from the bar. This just isn't the place for us so we will skip it next time.
