We'd made a reservation ahead of time, which I think helped because the place was pretty packed by the time we sat down. Lots of natural light coming through the windows. Made it feel relaxed without being a whole thing about ambiance. I got the giant buttermilk pancake, mostly because it kept coming up whenever I looked the place up. It's genuinely big. Soft through the middle, not too sweet, and the salted butter on top does a lot of the work there. My colleague had the grilled cheese and I tried a bite and honestly considered ordering one myself. The sourdough had good crunch, cheese was properly melty, and the fries were still hot when they showed up, which sounds like a low bar but isn't always. We have eaten here twice and food was good. Food I would give a 4 star. Service is a 1 star from the door staff! No hospitality or customer service at all. This could have been handled so differently each time. We have been there twice since and this is what has happened. 1 time we walked in without reservation there were just 2 of us and several seats available including bar top. We were told we could not eat because we did not have reservations. We asked if we could possibly take a bar top or outside the waitress said no. This time we had a reservation and arrived 30 mins early when we got there we gave them our name and the waitress said it would be 45 mins. We asked if we could possibly get seated early since we were there (9:30 am) without looking at the schedule or the room she replied "No 45 mins". We turned and left. We had not been gone 10 mins and got a text saying our table was ready. I canceled the reservation. We ate at one of the hotels downtown and it was lovely. I did book this reservation a day early. I mean, I would say this was like between a 2.5 and a three like it wasn't terrible, but it wasn't good. We got the four biscuits to start which we're just OK. Then I got a kitchen salad with steak and bacon and my husband ate the steak and he said it was OK but the bacon was super burnt and greasy the salad itself was completely doused in dressing and like drenched in blue cheese. I knew I should've gotten those on the side also. We also got the really fancy grilled cheese, which I did think was like the best thing that we had on the table. But it was just a sandwich by itself like there were literally no accompaniments so we did get some fries on the side after the food arrived, but those were kind of dry and stale also. Our brunch Mates got chicken pot pie, which they said it was pretty good and a breakfast plate which, and that bacon was like basically burnt beyond ability to be eaten. Kitchen No 324 is easily one of the best brunch spots I've been to in my life. Everything here was fantastic. Be sure to get a reservation if you go, because this place gets slammed. The pickle Bloody Mary is delicious. I've never had a Bloody Mary with pickle vodka before, and I'm not sure I'll ever be able to have one without it again. The giant pancake here is a showstopper. If you like pancakes you have to get it. It's perfect for sharing. The salted butter on top was great, too. Finally, the sweet potato sandwich was elite. We had a 12:30pm brunch reservation at Kitchen No. 324 on a Saturday in January. We arrived a bit early, soon after landing at Will Rogers Airport, and were so glad to have a reservation. Although downtown OKC was a ghost town due to frigid temperatures, Kitchen No. 324 had an overflow crowd. Still, we were seated on time and quickly greeted by our server, who remained attentive throughout our dining experience. My son and I shared a Giant Buttermilk Pancake. Giant is an understatement. I have never had an inch-thick pancake but that is what Kitchen No. 324 delivers! Flavorful, light and yet filling. It did not need any butter or syrup, although both were provided. I also enjoyed a Sweet Potato Sandwich - a lovely vegetarian sandwich with goat cheese, roasted sweet potatoes, arugula, and spiced red onion marmalade, on sourdough. Loved every mouthful. It was a great blend of sweet and savory! The sandwich came with an ample side of fries. My friends and I went here for brunch and first off the inside is beautiful the ceiling and the walls and the details of this restaurant are just beautiful. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and very proud that this is a place where everything is made from scratch in house. My friends and I tried breakfast as well as their famous chicken pot pie. Everything we had was very good. The quality of the food was wonderful. It was a little pricey, but nothing too crazy. I love they told us there would be a 45 minute wait but it was only 20 minutes to get in. We did not know you can make a reservation and that would've been more helpful. I stopped into Kitchen No. 324 for a late breakfast after checking into my hotel in downtown OKC. I had seen they were highly rated on Yelp, so I was excited to give them a try. Since I was dining alone, I grabbed a seat at the bar, which was convenient as they offer bar seating. I ordered a cold brew and the No. 324 Omelette. A quick tip: if you want bacon and cheese in your omelette, make sure to ask for it! The omelette was excellent--perfectly cooked ,full of flavor and had a great cheese ratio. It came with a full croissant (which was flaky and buttery) and crispy potato wedges on the side. The cold brew was also fantastic, and I found out it's brewed locally, which was a nice touch! Price-wise, it was super reasonable for the quality and portion size. My entire meal came out to just $23, which is great for an upscale brunch spot in downtown OKC. If you're staying downtown and looking for a delicious breakfast or brunch spot, Kitchen No. 324 is a must-visit. Highly recommend! read more

So we had read great things about this place and wanted to try it while in OKC. We attempted to go on Saturday; but after we were told it was a 45+ minute wait, we opted to make reservations for Sunday instead. We were seated immediately upon arrival; so that was a plus, and the food was truly delicious with generous portions but there are a few things that missed the mark. First, the seating is way too close to other parties. When I'm dining out, I'm not looking to make friends with the people next to me, and I felt awkward even talking with my husband across from me because I felt like I was interrupting someone else's conversation. The service was not great. Our waitress kept disappearing on us, and my husband had to ask multiple times for a coffee refill. By the end of our visit, our waitress had acquired a shadow, so maybe she was in training or just having a really bad day. But we were shocked by this considering the high demand for this restaurant. Another odd thing, there was no juice on the menu. Usually upscale breakfast places have a plethora of juices to choose from.
