We stopped here on our way to Wichita because it seemed like an easy and off place to stop and we are happy we stopped! Food was delicious and service was great! I wanted to leave a better review but unfortunately we were greeted immediately with a disgusting head shake from the cook in the back. There was 46mins left until they closed which is 12pm. I'm sorry but it's hard to support small local business when they are just rude and unwelcoming. We wont be back. My sons brought me here about a few months ago. Anytime we get close this will be our spot. As a former GM of fast casual restaurants I tend to be hard to impress. The chef knows good food and is very hands on. Our server was very good. The food came out as ordered hot and delicious and quickly. His green chili is just yummy! Hands down the BEST place to eat in Oklahoma. First experience was over 10 years ago at their original location before they moved. The breakfast is amazing here. HUGE PORTIONS!! Bring your appetite for sure. My go to is the scooter breakfast plate. My family's favorite is anything that with a pancake or the biscuits and gravy on the side. Small family owned diner in a strip mall. Food was very good. I had the Tia burger. It's topped with green chili sauce. I love green chili and this is a good one. Especially over the fries. My had had the burger special and she liked it as well. There are about 10 tables. We got there at 1130 and by noon the place was almost full. Prices were cheaper than expected. This is painful. I really like this place, but today shows anyone can have a bad day. Maybe I jinxed them with the string of bad luck I've had with breakfast joints the past week. What's the old saying: Bad things happen in threes? I proved that. I wanted to order the Scooter, but practically every review was of a couple splitting it. Call me crazy, but that's a red flag that the portion is too damn big. One person would be down for the day trying eat that much. Since everyone's splitting it anyway, cut the portion in half, charge $6 and you're making an extra dollar on the $11 you charge to share. So since I wasn't going to get the Scooter, and because I love green chiles, I decided to order the smothered burrito and a pancake. But the waitress talked me out of the pancake, telling me the burrito was huge and using the international five-dollar-foot-long sign to illustrate. It takes a lot to totally dissuade me, so I ordered a side of hash browns. I should have stuck to my guns. The burrito is freakin' huge. Let's get the positives out of the way real quick: the green chile sauce is good without being overpowering. And I like their coffee. That said, the sauce was the only thing lending any flavor to the burrito. There was a decent amount of sausage, but it and the very minimal bacon wasn't enough to help the eggs, cheese and hash brown mix. It screamed for seasoning, and I found myself salting and peppering every bite. The burrito really needed something to lend a little texture. Then there were the hash browns themselves... I've had them before and they are up there with the best in the OKC metro. Today, the insides were cool when they arrived, and what had been a crispy outer layer was chewy. Actually, chewy describes them pretty well. And I'm thinking all along that something sweet - like maybe a pancake - would have been the better choice. I'll accept this was an outlier. Please don't let this keep you from trying RMG. read more

Met up for breakfast here recently with a few guys from church. This is right off the highway but around frontage road. Hidden it seems but well wI read a good review talking about the green chilies sauce. So I ordered a breakfast burrito but it wasn't like other places. This was huge! Looked like they busted out the 14inch tortillas! So much, I couldn't eat it all! Packed with eggs and cheese and a bunch of other stuff. Very good food. Hot temp food, coffee was really good. Service was great. Small place so there wasn't a wait. Can't wait to try some other dishes. read more

Hands down the best breakfast spot in Edmond. (And maybe Oklahoma). I always get there as smothered burrito and it is HUGE so I'd recommend splitting it with someone. I occasionally add a side of the green chili sauce in case I end up saving 1/2 of the burrito for the next day, since the sauce is so delicious that I always end up using most of it the first day, and not having quite enough for day 2. read more

We finally remembered to try this awesome place. Loved the restaurant decor and staff. My husband had pancakes that were over the edge of the plate, of course he used his trick cutting a circle in the middle of the stack and pouring his syrup in the hole!!! Then you eat your pancake from the middle out. We took our enormous cinnamon rolls home to have the next morning. YUMMY. Going to go next week for hamburger basket. And then. This felt like a true mom and pop place. If I had to guess, Dad was the cook, Mom was in charge of desserts and the front area and their daughter helped Dad in the kitchen. I had the mile high burger with fries and thought it was a great burger. The chef actually uses a method to dry out the jalapeño and habanero peppers before adding them to the hamburger, so they mix seamlessly into the meat. You get all the flavor without the mess! The fries weren't the super skinny ones, but they were still crispy which I liked. Hubby had the chicken fried chicken with mashed potatoes and green beans. He thought everything but the green beans were perfect (they just lacked some flavor...). Hubby was pretty excited about the banana cream pie, but as it turned out, we had just missed the last piece, so that will have to wait for another visit.
