I ordered the lemon ginger latte and a pack of three energy balls. The latte was really good: sweetened just right, served at the perfect temperature, and not overpowering. The energy balls were filling and had the right amount of chocolate chips and coconut shreds. The biggest downside was the wait time. It felt like I waited around 15 to 20 minutes for my latte, and when it was finally ready, they asked if I had received my energy balls yet. I had not, so they gave them to me then. That was a little frustrating because I had just come from the airport, was hungry, and had not had breakfast or coffee yet. Another issue was that the bathrooms had low water pressure while I was there, so I could not properly wash my hands or use the restroom, which was inconvenient. Overall, the coffee and snacks were very good, but the slow service and bathroom issue took away from the experience.

I immediately called the store, and they apologized after reviewing the cameras and confirming the mistake. I was told I could stop by later for the correct order, and since I was unable to return that day, I was assured it would be noted for me. After being out of town, I called the store to confirm I could still pick up the replacement order. This time, I was told there was "no board," that no one named Amanda worked there, and that "they don't give away free coffee." At that point, the issue was no longer about coffee. I expected to receive what I originally paid for after the store acknowledged the mistake. Instead, I was made to feel as though I was asking for something free or dishonest. As a regular customer, the experience was disappointing enough that I've decided to take my business elsewhere.
