At Boomarang Diner, it feels like home the moment you step in. The welcoming atmosphere combined with friendly staff makes it the perfect spot for a casual meal with friends and family. For my lunch, I chose their famous Chicken Fried Steak, which was cooked to perfection. The crispy breading on the outside and tender, juicy meat inside made each bite incredibly satisfying. Served with a side of creamy gravy, it was a delightful explosion of flavors in my mouth. As if that wasn't enough, I also sampled their Fried Pickles and Fried Mushrooms. The pickles had just the right amount of tanginess, and the batter provided a satisfying crunch. The fried mushrooms were equally impressive, with their golden exterior and tender insides. Both appetizers were the perfect complements to my main course. If you're in the mood for some good old-fashioned comfort food, I highly recommend paying a visit to Boomarang Diner. Not good. - Wife and I went on Friday night at 7pm before karaoke starts. We each had the cheese burger basket; the burgers were good, but the fries and onion rings were horrible. Just could not eat them, excessively oily and not fully cooked. - The beers were great, nice and cold. Long story short, we used to enjoy going to Murrel's because of karaoke, the food, the staff, and the people. We have given Murrel's 3 chances since new management has taken over. Between the smoking and food quality, I am pretty sure we won't be returning to Murrel's.

We were there over an hour waiting for our medium rare steaks to come out. When the meal came out the steaks had no seasoning on it not even salt. The potatoes were thick no butter or seasoning in them just a little bacon and we had to ask for extra of it and some cheese. No sour cream on it or chives. The only thing that had flavor was the garlic bread. My sons chicken stripes were black from the oil in the fryer needing changed. The waitress was nice but the service was not great. The food was not good. Would not recommend.
