Before we returned home my brother sister and I wanted to have together before my brother and I returned back home to Texas. The atmosphere of the restaurant gives the 50's to 60's vibe. It's was very clean, and organized. We, were promptly greeted and we seated ourselves. Our server was Ms. Kennedy, who have very nice personality, sweet smile, and very attentive. She took our orders efficiently and doubled check to ensure she correctly took down our order. My brother ordered the Chicken Fried Steak Breakfast, for $12.99. My sister had the Big Breakfast, for $9.99. I had the Ultimate Patty Melt, for $9.99. We also had Biscuit and gravy, for $3.29, to go for my brother -in-law. We also had 2 cups of coffee for $2.49, and a glass of orange juice $3.49. My patty melt was very juicy and delicious as well as the tater tots. My brother and sister really liked their food too and stated it was very tasty. I found this place to be very nostalgic, warm and fun. I look forward to visiting this place again. Insure hope to see y'all there. Ms. Kennedy was truly awesome. Thanks Ms. Kennedy.

Great place to grab a quick breakfast. Affordable prices and decent options for a quick bite. The service was friendly and the biscuits are buttery and flaky! Great place to sit down and take a cruise down Elvis lane with the iconic Elvis statue in the middle of the diner.

All secondary roads are still snow packed so at 11:30 there was only one other couple in the restrauant. The Press is in an old (1920's ?) repourposed building. The interior is comfortable, charming and a bit whimsical. We started with an order of cheese sticks. They were very good and large. I liked that the cheese sticks did not have Italian seasoning in the breading. Jan ordered the chicken fried ribeye with mashed potatoes, cream gravey and green beans. Jan loved it. I took a bite of the chicken fried steak and it was excellent. The green beans were very good. They were loaded with garlic, which I love, but if you're not a garlic fan, I would suggest another side. I ordered the grilled chicked sandwich with waffle fries. The sandwich was good and the waffle fries were excellent. The portions are large and the food quality excellent. The prices reasonable. The menu has variety. You can't go wrong by dining at The Press.

I've been here twice and each time leaves me looking forward to my next visit. Adriana was our server last time and did an amazing job. Quick to keep our coffees topped off and full of information about the food items I was considering. I had the Big Boi Burrito, and it was very filling and yummy. My friends chose the Press Cobb and Breakfast Bomb. They were both very pleased and stated there was many options on the menu they would be interested in trying.

This place is awesome!!…read more Came in about 930 on a Friday morning & it was PACKED!! We grabbed 2 seats at the bar and were quickly greeted and given menus, place settings & ice water by one of the bartenders After about 5 minutes our order was taken - I didn't see the gluten free pancakes on the menu so I wasn't hopeful but when I asked the employee said that they do in fact have gluten free pancakes! I ordered pancakes 3 ways - creme brûlée, blueberry with lemon & a pig in a blanket along with 2 scrambled eggs & the candied bacon Hubs got the breakfast tacos, side of bacon and an Irish coffee Candied bacon came out with the Irish coffee quick - both were so good! I'm not a pepper fan so when I saw it on the candied bacon I was nervous, but it didn't overpower the flavor at all Next came the tacos & my smazing plate of gluten free PANCAKES!!!! The tacos looked good, but in all honesty I didn't ask if it was good because I was SO focused on my plate :) The pig in a blanket was my fave - the bourbon syrup was so good, there was a little spice to the sausage which was a nice balance The blueberry lemon was great - light, flavorful and just yummy The creme brulee which I was anticipating the most - was good, but wasn't my fave - maybe I was too full by the time I got to it but it wasn't as nummy as I'd hoped I'll be coming back next time I'm in town
