Though I have reviewed this Chili's once before and loved it. They continue to deliver. The attention to detail in cleanliness, precision, quality of product they serve is far above the standard. You can tell there is good leadership but also an incredible crew thriving there. Today we were met at the door by Skyler. She wears smile and even when we didn't like the first table she showed us. Gladly, Skyler directed us to another table. In the many visits to this place I have NEVER seen her without a smile. Great greeting! Our waiter, James, was great as well. He got our order quickly, was personable but not intrusive. * I want to make a special note about Jacob. This young man was just delivering our chips and salsa. When I asked his name he turned and asked our names. He did a great job! Apparently, he had just started but he is going far. He is surrounded by greatness there! Now for the food... fabulous as always We ALWAYS get chips and salsa (do their Chili's club thing you get them free!).... Then I nearly always get Chicken Fajitas... they keep good in the fridge for leftovers... (also get double beans and guac with mine) He-man (husband) got... Chicken Bacon Quesadillas.... I have to be honest, I've never really liked chilies. Aside from the southwest eggrolls I never thought their food was very good. However, we stopped in today close to 11 and the place was completely empty. We were promptly seated and our server was wonderful. The restaurant was clean. The bar was setting up. We ordered the three for me with the crispy chicken sandwich, fries, and a side salad. When that side salad came out, we both chuckled and looked at each other. It was so tiny. Certainly shouldn't be called a side item. Although it still tasted good there just wasn't enough of it. The crispy chicken sandwich was really pretty delicious and so were the fries! I don't know what's going on Chili's but you may have just changed my mind. read more

We needed a place to eat before the plays and this looked good. Hadn't been here before. One of the hostesses opened the door when we walked up. We were greeted by 3 employees and tanked for coming in. We were seated right away and Darrell( our server) brought menus and took are drink orders. They have a large menu but I settled on the bacon cheeseburger and my wife went with potato soup and a side of mac n cheese. After we're ordered Darrell pointed out tht if we did it as a combo it would save us some money. We very much appreciated tht and his tip reflected tht. Our food was out it what seem like a few minutes. Cheeseburger and fries were cooked and seasoned well. My wife's soup was extra hot as requested and the Mac was nice and cheesy. The place has the sports bar atmosphere with big screens all over. Darrell kept checking on us and when we were done he thanked us and appreciated our business. Great stop for dinner. read more

Despite not being big fans of chain restaurants, we decided to try this place because it's oddly busy every time we drive by. The cheese dip was room-temperature pudding consistency, and we never received silverware. When I asked the waitress to remove the macaroni from our bill because I couldn't eat it without silverware, she ignored me and I ended up paying the tab and leaving. The burger was slightly warm, the cheese slices were unmelted, and the entire burger, bun, and all, was squished as if they used a press to quickly heat it. It was bland and nothing special. The cheesefries were the only hot item on the plate, probably because they were served on a cast iron skillet that had been sitting under heat lamps. Microwaving and hot plates likely keep this kitchen pumping out food, so it was a waste of money, and I won't be back. read more

We had a to go order. I hate that to order online you have to pay more to use door dash. Even if I'm driving myself to pick it up. I have to pay more and door dash doesn't offer many ways to customise menu options. And everything is $2-$3 more that way. Eww. Chilis DOES offer ordering via their app but I haven't messed around with it. I was able to call restaurant and order over the phone. Employee was super knowledgeable and was able to get everything perfect. Super professional and super efficient. I'm here for it. Our food was ready to go when we arrived. I had a great experience with the actual restaurant. BUT, it is obvious chilis is using pre cooked food that they just heat up in the kitchen and shove on a plate or to go clam shell and try to make it look homemade. My sliders tasted like plastic and the southwest egg rolls were sub par. (Shout out to the cooks for adding extra ranch for me!!). My wife's chipotle bowl was 'ok'. The menu really needs to disclaim how spicy it really is. She couldn't finish it- her nose was running so much. So so much rice and only four shrimp. Cool. What used to be a $30 to go meal for us cost over $47 and that is so so sad. We learned our lesson. Hopefully chilis kitchens (corporate) will make some changes soon. I'll say it again. Went tonight. 10 days after opening day. Super nice and new inside but small. There were so many staff. Almost felt like more staff than patrons but that's to be expected during the first so many weeks of opening. Service was great. I placed an order for pickup on Friday 1/30. Received the notification it was ready and went to get in my car to go get my order. Realized my car battery died and I had no one else at home to jump the car. I felt so defeated and called Chilis where I spoke to the sweetest manager ever! She offered to drive my food over to me. I tried to tip and they told me not to worry. I literally want to give each of them a hug personally for making my entire week!! Also the food was still hot and really good!! read more

The service is always good when I go! But, the food is a hit or miss. It's never consistent, the Texas cheese fries are always super salty and taste old. The molten lava cake tastes like it has freezer burn and every time I order the corn, it comes out burnt Every. Single. Time. If you want better food, I'd recommend the chilis in Yukon. read more

First, Chilis is my favorite national brand restaurant. I love that everyone can get something in my family plus the drinks are my fav. I have literally had every one of their monthly margaritas since they started them. Minus any pineapple or green apple drinks. The environment at this particular location is perfect. Small town feel with lots of choices, very attentive wait staff. Plus when we arrived the line was out the door and we were set within 15 mins. My only dislike was my food. The first order was completely wrong so they took it back. When they came out with my actual order , I was starving, and it was over cooked. The wings were extremely dry. I told wait staff and they offered to bring me another without over cooking. When they brought the next batch... they were over cooked. I literally spoke to my husband and stated that most likely they cook them first and when someone orders them ,they flash fry them for crispness. After returning that order, the manager came over and stated exactly what I thought. They bake the wings first and then basically reheat when it's time to eat. Not knocking the process, however overcooked wings are extremely hard to eat. Takes the flavor out of the food. Nevertheless, my family ate and we had a pleasant night. I just went home hungry.
