I was the only one eating in the restaurant and had to sit at a table that hasn't been cleaned. All the tables/booths were dirty with leftovers from previous customers. At the same time the three employees were busy laughing and enjoying themselves behind the counter instead of doing their jobs. The shift manager should be called upon for letting this happen. read more

My friend and I dropped by for an early dinner yesterday (8/10/23) at around 4:15pm. My friend had said she wanted a Big Freaking Taco Salad but messed up her order and so she said Big Freaking Taco instead. When the order was ready for pick-up, my friend realized her mistake. When my friend told the manager about what she really wanted, she asked how much more money we owed. The manager was very sweet, he had a Taco Salad made for my friend with no additional money needed. This franchise consistently finds a way to disappoint. They're slow, they'll get your order wrong, and the quality is poor. Today we ordered the whole lotta box. The bean cups were half full. Every taco shell was crushed. Every bean burrito was half filled. And all of the chips were chewy or burned. So, everything in the box except the salsa was sub par. This franchise has been this way for years. We quit going there for over a year hoping it would get better. It hasn't. At this point I have to conclude the owner simply doesn't care. read more

We ordered a taco salad and carne asada tacos during lunch and The meat was dry and tasted like meat that had been sitting out and the tortillas were old that they were basically in pieces. My daughter suggested we pass on this location because she has had several bad experiences, but we were getting cream cheese chimichangas, I told her that those would be good there- the guy at the window warned us to be careful bc they would be very hot! We but into lukewarm ends and cold middles. We definitely won't be back. Sorry to say because it's in a great location. Too many disappointments there. read more

Me and my fiancé stopped there for a quick lunch and we had to wait about 5 min for someone to come and take our order and it ended up being a young lady on her break. Food came out quick and hot but as I dipped into my queso I pulled out a hair pin. I took it to the counter and waited again and was asked if I wanted another one or money, I said money as I had lost my appetite, I received my money back but had no apology or sense of concern about an actual hair pin in the food. My daughter and I went to have dinner around 6:30. There was 5-6 cars in the drive thru and 1 person in front us inside. It took 15-20 minutes to get our food. There were no lids and some of the drinks were out of syrup. This location is consistently slow and not very friendly or attentive to customers. I stood at the counter 2 different times trying to ask for a lid. I don't know why I keep going back but I prefer Taco Bueno over any of the other Tex-Mex restaurants. I never leave negative reviews but I'm honestly just so annoyed with the mustang location. All the other ones are great. First of all when I drove up to the window the guy who took my card had a dirty mask which looked stained with food. Which tells me he touches his face and goes back to what he's doing. If nobody told him his mask was dirty I highly doubt they're switching out gloves between customers. And then I got home and didn't have all the right items. And this happens anytime my family orders from there. I don't get why this one specific location is so below the bar of every other location I've been to. read more

I've restrained making any reviews on this location until today, and after about 40 consecutive drive through orders that have had something missing, yes even after they were kindly informed and still couldn't get it right. I must give warning. Make sure you inspect every item before driving away. Even after having them correct an issue, still check that your guac, chips salsa and flatware are in the bag. All burritos and cheese cake chimis, since these are items I order regularly and continually have issues. We pay for every item and should get every item. read more
