Did a on line order while actually sitting at sonic. Came out pretty quick. Order was correct. Read reviews and we haven't had any bad experience with Sonic. We always order the footlong cheese coneys and tatertots. Food as good as you would expect for fast food. Not alot of newer reviews so maybe a change of managers improved it. Workers seem friendly. read more

Sonic Drive-In - Burgers Near Me - Mustang, Oklahoma

The carhop worker, Lacey, was so rude and told me to speak up because she couldn't hear in such a rude tone and she has to come out to the car and take my order and she still got my order wrong. There was mustard on my burger when I asked for nothing on it. She completely ruined the mood. Also the sign didn't take card so I had to pay with cash. The ambiance was fine. read more

Sonic is pretty good in a pinch. The food is decent and hits the spot when you're craving it, and the employees are always working hard and super friendly. The layout can be frustrating when it's busy since the drive-thru can block the stalls, but overall it's a convenient option--especially if you have a coupon. read more

My family ordered food from the Sonic @273 E Hwy 152 in Mustang today. I ordered the Chicken fried steak sandwich and my wife and son ordered the Smasher burgers. When my sone got home with the food the Chicken Fried steak sandwich was missing and there was an extra fry. Thanks! My son's smasher burger had ingredients spread all over the inside of the box and the fries were only 3/4 full. This is not the first time the quality control has been subpar. i hadn't even tried my drink yet. But, the drinks usually taste like watered down dishwater. I know, redundant. We would like for there to be a higher standard in the food-service industry. But, until the pay allows a worker to make ends meet, we will probably never see it. I like to use local businesses because, even if they are a franchise, the franchise is often owned by a member of the community. But this kind of service makes it hard for me to keep supporting them. There a couple of Sonic drive-ins just a couple of miles farther away. I guess I will have to support those business or other similar businesses when we want to eat out. read more

has taken an hour to get my food. did your staff fall asleep? This is the second sonic that I've had a wait this long.

Seriously, just close the doors to the company. You're a disgrace to what you use to serve. Took forever for a drink and fries to come and the fries are nasty. Just close the doors, sale the property and retire. You guys suck! read more

1st visit. They got my order wrong and I didn't know until I got home but the drive they girl was super sweet and the food was hot.

You have got to be fan-freaking-tastic to get 4 stars out of me for a fast food chain restaurant. As far as fast food goes, first of all I'm a Sonic fan. I love their corn dogs. I stuff my burger with tator tots. And I want my diet cherry limeade with light ice. I get all this at the Sonic in Mustang. Is it lightening fast like McDonalds? Nope and I don't want it to be. A little bit of extra time means someone didn't nuke my food. They lose a star because the guy on skates doesn't work there anymore. If you have carhops then you need at least one on skates. read more

Not gonna lie pretty place clean but when i ordered food the man told me they don't wear gloves when they make the food i lost my appetite plus the food was burnt i cant even eat sonic anymore but the cherry limeade was pretty good read more

Order on the app for speedy service. I wait longer than if I pulled up and ordered. Cars pulled up after I did, placed their order, got it and left. I finally saw on the screen that the carhop was heading my way with the order. 4/5 minutes later, nothing. I get out and go to the patio speaker and press the RED BUTTON. I'm told my order will be right out. NOPE. 3/4 minutes, I go to my car and leave. They got my money but I got no food. I'll be fine. Just won't be back to that location. I'll drive the extra miles to the one on Mustang Rd & I-40. Only reason I gave it 1star was zero stars wasn't an option. read more

This long time establishment here in Mustang has really gone down hill... No tomatos! I got tomatos... on a Beacon Cheesburger... (no Burger Buns) Made with Toast? The girl repeated my order correctly...twice. I told her it that this was not for me...and I wanted to make sure it was correct... No...it wasn't. They don't listen to you...they don't care about you. I grew up in this town. My little brother worked there when he was a kid. I am so disappointed that these people do not seem to care at all. Yet they want 15.00 an hour? Wake up! (not going back there ever!) read more

Order on the app 10 min before my lunch break started. Get there wait an additional 15 minutes for the screen to say carhop on the way. Then 7 minutes later no one showed up. So I press the button and then someone comes. If I would have known it was gonna take 22 minutes for me to get my food I would have gone somewhere else. No to mention my drink literally was soaking wet when she handed it to me. read more

Gave me a small jumbo popcorn chicken when I ordered a medium. Do they not know how get get the food size right?! Worst sonic I have been to. read more

Poor customer service combined with hastily prepared food make for a poor comment! I'll drive further into town to another Sonic before I ever use this one that's a block away! read more

It's national hotdog day and Sonic was offering $1 hotdogs. I should have know better because I quit going here years ago. Called in the order picked them up and brought them home and sure enough 4 out of the 10 I ordered was wrong and they were cold. It's sad this place used to be good. You might get a good drink here but the food sucks and has for a long time, they just don't care. I'll continue to drive out to the Reno and Mustang road location when I want Sonic. read more

I never leave reviews, but this time I had to. I'm currently sitting in my car waiting on my food. I ordered four small snack items. First of all, when I pushed the button they didn't even answer me the first time. I took a phone call in the midst of waiting. I had to push the button again after like five minutes. Obviously they're a little busy, so I wasn't too mad about waiting. What really got under my skin, was watching this carhop leisurely doing her job. I wouldn't have been as upset as I am writing this review if I saw her keeping pace. Efficiency is the best policy, and I just don't think Sonic hit the mark today. Will try again another time. read more

Sonic is getting way too expensive. And, you have to make sure you get your condiments before you pull away. Service and food quality is going downhill. read more

Placed emphasis on getting extra Reese's in the ice cream even talked about the price difference still no extra Reese's. Asked for cheese dip with the pretzel even though I shouldn't have to because cheese comes with pretzels... but no cheese.. got their new loaded chili bowl literally came with 5 pieces of Fritos, no cheese, no sour cream... tell me what is it supposed to be loaded with?? Chili with a side of chili? ... asked for a glass of water after paying for all of this food but I would have to pay for water?... I just spent $20 on food and I can't get a glass of water are you kidding me?? #chiliwasgooddoe read more

The service was excellent. Far above most Sonics I have recently been too in the area. The carhops were very nice and they were so joyful. The food came out so quick and it was pretty busy so I was surprised. Definitely a 10/10! read more

The crispy chicken wraps are my absolute favorite. They are always fresh and crispy. The carhops are always super friendly. 10/10 service level. read more

Yet another wrong order at Sonic on Highway 152. At least 50% of our orders have been wrong. Ive tried to be patient, but I've given up. Beware of this Sonic on 152!! Sorry - you lost a customer. read more

Rude employees who just roll their eyes and give attitude if you even pull into this location.

never fail to disappoint me. i've never come here and not waited at least half an hour, just to get rudely spoken to by employees and wrong orders. this sonic sucks ass read more

I've been here for 20 minutes, downloaded the yelp app and am now blasting them for trying to bring me someone else's order. Not a lot of options in mustang, but you can do better than this. read more

This is the WORST Sonic you will EVER go to! I cannot emphasize that enough. They have a bunch of children working here, and it shows. I placed an order at 5:39, and didn't get my food (a hotdog and fries) until 6:01. NEVER has my order been correct. I always have to tell them they forgot something, or return a hot dog or corndog because it was burnt to crap! They overcook everything, and always forget condiments when you ask for them. I could go on and on, but hopefully I got my point across. ALWAYS CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU LEAVE, SOMETHING WILL BE WRONG WITH YOUR ORDER. I really wish Mustang had another Sonic, because I would never go back to this one. read more

The Sonic in Mustang off HWY 152 has poor customer service skills. The staff is rude, and constantly gets your order wrong. I have waited at the drive thru speaker for over 10 minutes with no response from anyone, then pulled to the drive thru window, knocked on the window and was ignored. This place sucks!!!! read more

They are so skimpy on EVERYTHING! All fries, tator tots etc are filled 1/2 full they skimp you on everything!!! This sonic sucks!

This is the 2nd time I had to clean up puke tonight from my kids eating at this location. Back in September they had gotten sick. I will never eat here again. Someone needs to look into this, I have heard of others getting sick early this week. read more

I'm sorry to say it but our sonic is TERRIBLE. We have given it many tries, but the food is bad. I've ordered burgers and the patty was ice cold and hard as a rock. Then we told them about the problem and they gave us another burger that was warm and hard as a rock. It tasted as if it had been on the grill for 3 days. The only thing worth buying is their drinks or frozen treats. Food is bad bad bad. read more

Every few years I suffer from memory loss and goto this sonic. I am then promptly reminded why, they must NEVER change the oil in the fryers... if they do anything at all I assume they must only drain a portion out and top it off with fresh when it gets too old to use anymore. Reason I say that is EVERYTHING thats put in the fryers tastes the same, it tastes like what I would imagine a burned onion ring thats been living under the couch coushins for 6 months absorbing fart dust would taste like. The drinks that they advertise on their own menu escape them, order a medium frozen lemonade get a regular lemonade, order the exact same masterblast 3 nights in a row (nothing fancy or extra added just one of flavors they have listed on the menu) and get 3 vastly different concoctions of what you actually ordered. Fries and tots are always half full and most of the time your shake or malt or blast or whatever else only fills 3/4 of the cup and are only partially mixed leaving sand traps of malt powder in your malts and poorly mixed in fixins in your sonic blasts or fixins that are still at the bottom of the cup because they put those in before the ice cream but again only partially mix it .. and again thats if they even get the fixins right most of the time they forget how to make a cherry vanilla dr. pepper or frozen lemonade or a limeade or a waffleberry brownie masterblast so you wind up with a cherry coke, regular lemonade, a cherry limeade, and a waffleberry masterblast with no brownie but about 10,000 chocolate chips for some reason ?? I cant comment on the other food items because I gave up eating there years ago. My recent visits have been for drinks and as you can see they struggle with drinks so theres no point in going here. The sonic logo draws you in but its more like going to a sonic thats owned by the mad hatter. read more
