I recently moved to Mustang and I've been to this McDonald's a couple of times. I've seen some bad reviews , but I haven't had a bad experience yet here. I've dined in and used the drive thru with no problems. The first time I dined in I did have a problem with the wi-fi to order on the app , but after a couple of tries I was successful. On the tables they have numbers and says you can order and have brought to your table , but the one time I tried to do so I couldn't get it to do so on the app so I ordered for pickup at the counter and got it myself. Everything I've gotten has been freshly made and presented properly. Every year when the McRib comes out I go get it at least once and when I got it here it was made proper and had plenty of sauce on it. I've had it in the past at other places and a couple times they were a little stingy with the sauce. I also tried the Frozen Fanta Berry Mix for the first time and if you haven't had one , give it a try , I liked it. I got the Filet of Fish here once and again it was freshly made. You can tell when a Filet of Fish has been sitting in a warming tray. The only complaint I can say is in Las Vegas where I moved from , I would order a Plain Sundae and add Mini M&M's for like 40 cents extra and it came in the plastic sundae cup. Well , here on the app you can't do that. You have to order a Mini McFlurry and it comes in like a cardboard milk carton like back in grade school. I'm not a fan of that and I liked it better not mixed up in a McFlurry. My daughter in law says the same thing. This location seems to always be pretty busy in the drive thru and the lobby. I have to say I was impressed to see the last time I dined in they had one of the crew on a ladder taking down each of the ceiling air vents and cleaning them. I worked at McDonald's in high school during the early 80's and we were always cleaning. I've noticed over the years that many McDonald's don't seem to keep up with the cleaning standards we did for the lobby , bathrooms , and counter area much less what we cannot see in the kitchen. This location seems to be on top of things. The parking lot is small for the amount of business that comes here , but I don't see any trash blowing around it looks to be in order and the flag flying high each day. I go to this McDonald's maybe once a week. I always order on the app. The point system is pretty good. They could have better rewards. When you order on the app, you get your food really fast. i happened to order at the wrong location and this is not my go to mcdonald's so i was actually dreading this experience, however, way worse than expected. i ordered online and came like 20 min later, and they said they didn't have my singular order of fries. they scrolled through my email receipt and accused me of screenshotting a pervious order and reusing it. bro how low could i be to steal an order for less than $2. anyway, i stood there for another 10 minutes before asking "where are my fries" but with a slight attitude bc this worker was so mean to this little girl who just wanted 2 sweet and sour sauces (she only got one). she then basically ignored every customer asking for stuff and threw the bag of my fries at me and did not say anything. i am not mclovin it read more

If I could 0 stars I would, this McDonald's is not teaching their employees how to take orders, they are not polite, they are not sociable, and they are not followings the sop's for how to take orders. Specifically the curly haired scrawny kid taking orders for lane 1 (not the guy taking cash) needs to be written up and retrained or just out right fired for the tone he's taking with customers. read more

I tried again for about a 2 months period off and on. Nothing has changed. Bad staff, unfriendly, bad language, etc. When asked if they had a price hike. The shift manger said, "We don't know when they raise the prices". Who is they? Will anyway. Bad service, bad environment. Second time at this McDonald's in a week. First time they gave us someone else's order. Went in, supposedly corrected order... drive away... ordered a sausage biscuit and am given a sausage biscuit with cheese. I didn't ask for freaking cheese. Husband drives there this morning... comes home after ordering my sausage biscuit. Opening the sausage biscuit, again freaking cheese on the biscuit. I can't imagine being this bad at a job. This is wonderful, McDonald's. My pregnant wife wants biscuits and gravy at 5 in the morning. I had to drag my butt out of bed to go get it. I purchase said biscuits and gravy. I arrive home for her only to find hair in it. A long..greasy..black hair. I don't know about you, but in the Mustang/Yukon area more times than not there's a hair in my f'ing food. If I could zero stars I would. We were one of the only cars in the drive through. We sat at the window waiting on our food for 20 minutes. They had all that time and still got it wrong. A McDouble. That is it. One McDouble. Took it back and have been waiting 15 more minutes for them to fix it. Awful experience. They messed up my soda! I keep my order simple, #1 with a medium Dr Pepper but they couldn't seem to get it right. The burger was missing ingredients and the Dr Pepper carbonation/syrup ratio was way off, tasted like carbonated brown water. They asked that I wait while they fixed the issue, only for them to deliver another carbonated brown water. I don't think I will return. read more

Gave this place several try's do 't know why. Went inside to get order watching them make it had one plastic glove on but was handling the food with other hand. I hate this McDonald's. Nobody there understands or speaks much English so ordering is difficult and something is always wrong. The last time I went there, I ordered 3 large half cut (half sweet, half unsweet) iced teas and ice cream cones. Well, their ice cream machine was down again. No surprise there. When we got the teas, one was sweet, one was half cut and one was unsweet but all of them tasted like they had ammonia in them. I don't know what they clean with, but when I pulled up to the second window to get the order, a girl was spraying stuff out of a bottle and wiping things down, even the soda machine. I didn't think about it until we were halfway home and tried the tea. It made us sick to our stomachs. I called but couldn't understand anyone who got on the phone. I don't even know if I ever got to speak to a manager so I just hung up. It was too frustrating. read more
