I was in town visiting family and made a stop here one morning for breakfast. I've never had Whataburger for breakfast before. I got the Honey Butter Chicken Biscuit , Hashbrowns , and a Sweet Tea and ate in the dining area. The cashier was very nice and talkative and brought my food out to my table with a carrier of things you might need like napkins , ketchup , utensils , etc. Also later after my meal the Manager came by asking how everything was and also talked to some of the other diners. The Honey Butter Chicken Biscuit was okay. It sounded better than it was. The biscuit itself was made perfectly and tasted good as did the chicken , but next time I would get it without the honey butter. The Hashbrowns were like big fat french fries which I liked and I used the regular ketchup and the spicy ketchup. I didn't really care for the spicy ketchup because it just tasted like a lot of Tabasco in it. I like spicy food , but not a real fan of Tabasco and it was really strong. I love Sweet Tea , but dang how many cups of sugar did they put in this thing. I had to mix 2 thirds sweet to 1 third unsweetened. I had sweet tea every day for a week at different restaurants in OKC and this was by far the sweetest. I live in Las Vegas and we have a Whataburger on the Strip that is 2 stories and serves alcohol. I've only been once with a co-worker for a burger. They are supposed to build some off the Strip too. The burgers are good sized and not bad for the one I had. I want to try more of the menu when they move into the neighborhoods. read more

I've been to this Whataburger getting a variety of different specific orders for family etc. and they have NEVER, EVER gotten any of my orders wrong, no matter how convoluted or lengthy. I'm genuinely impressed with everything about this particular Whataburger, especially in the wider context of fast food in the area. There just isn't a better place to get food at 3 AM that's going to fill you up and taste Good Enough, and given what it is, that makes this one of the better restaurants in the area. Also, in my advanced age, this and Wendy's are now the only fast food that don't make me ill to eat, which probably says something about its quality. At least compared to its competition. read more

I was craving a burger and made the mistake of choosing this Whataburger. They usually hit the spot, but it didn't this time. My food got cold fast, which probably meant it wasn't very hot in the first place. I attempted the curbside pick-up, but after waiting 5 minutes I went inside to ask for it and had to wait more. Tried it again.. same issues, slowest service u have ever seen. Got home and my order was not complete as they forgot to put the fries in for one of the meals. The fries we did get were cold, guess they made them before the burgers. Frustrating experience and not worth the headache. Would rather go to McDonald's and our order be quick and right!! read more

Thursday night and the drive thru had over 10 cars in it at 7:30. Said to my wife, "Well at least it ought to be fresh," and we went inside to eat. Ordered 2 Whataburgers and fries and drinks. Took maybe 20 minutes to bring our food out. The drive thru was crazy busy so we did not mind the wait. Took a bite and the burger was not even warm, more like room temperature. My wife got a cheeseburger and the cheese was like it just came out of the refrigerator and put on top a barely warm piece of meat. The hamburger did not look like it was cooked fresh but looked microwaved and kind of gray looking. The vegetables were fine and the fries were good but the hamburger was terrible. We sent them back and had them make us a fresher one. It was brought out in just s couple of minutes and while it was hotter it was still barely warm and the cheese was still not melted. We ate at the Whataburger on Council Road and I-40 a couple of weeks ago and it was great. We had to go to Mustang so we stopped into the Whataburger there. Never again. After reading the reviews later it seems like that is a common problem at this particular restaurant. They usually do not write reviews unless the food was really bad so I wanted to write this one. I guess mediocre food is the norm since Covid but there are still great restaurants to go to. We used to love Whataburger. Burger Pattie's have gotten much smaller too but the quality is the main thing and this one has gone downhill. read more

Our order is wrong every single time we come. They're always out of things. It's gone way downhill in the last 6 months or so. Our kids got milk with their meals and it was spoiled.. we thought it was a one time thing so we tried again and the same thing happened again. Unfortunately, our youngest had finished his before we realized. If you order on the app, you'll probably pass the 25 minute mark. You'll have to go in and pickup your order. But check the order while you're there so you can get it corrected. We'll head to the store by the outlet mall in the future. I love whataburger, but this location is a constant struggle. I waited 25 minutes and ordered my burger with no onions. I checked the wrapper before leaving but should have opened it. The no onion sticker is on it, then could smell the onions as I pulled it out and opened it. If it was just a little bit I would have dealt with it but the pictures say it all. Food alway tastes great but if you go anytime once the sun is down, you will be there for a minimum of 30 minutes. They have lots of workers standing around doing seemingly nothing while the food takes FOREVER. I would give this place 0 stars if it was possible. 10 minutes just for somebody to take my order. Was overcharged because they were out of ingredients and refused to substitute for anything else. When I finally received my order, they forgot my fries and sauce which I was charged extra for. They have great food...but the drive thru needs work to get people thru faster, I just waited 15 minutes....not fun. Other than that, everyone is friendly and food is great! UPDATE-I went in this morning with my husband and am upping my rating due to the best customer service from a young lady working there, I see her on Saturday mornings and she is superb!! This place used to be pretty good but lately the food is disgusting. My Whataburger actually had water draining out of it and it had an odd flavor.
