When the car arrived, it had missing parts, dents, scratches, a bent suspension, and what looked like an old seat. I tried contacting the store and left a voicemail with my information, but no one called me back. A week later, I finally reached the same salesman who took my online order. I explained all the damages and missing parts, and the next day he called me back offering to send the missing parts and give me a $20 credit for the dents and damages--which isn't even close to what it would cost to get a proper paint job. It feels like they just expect me to spray-paint it myself. Then, they sent me an invoice for the refund, but it doesn't show the full amount I originally paid. At this point, the whole process with them feels really fishy.

Supporting local is important. They have a wide selection of items, from household to gardening to outdoor gear and everything in between. When my husband got home, I looked online and ordered the mower for $599. When I called to verify they received the order, I was put on hold 3 times. When my husband and daughter went to pick it up, they said I was the only one who could pick it up since I made the purchase. I called back and suggested they take my husbands I.D. but in the meantime, they came back and picked up my I.D.. This was one of the most difficult purchases I have ever made. I called to verify they are in stock before driving 2 hours each way. I Immediately asked for someone who knows their roofing screws. A man who doesn't know them insisted on helping. After several minutes of being told they don't make what I want, I was then told they don't even carry roofing screws. They do. I decided to buy for my house and shops from somewhere else. He became rude and refused to give me anyone else. Make your own choice. My roofer friend was certainly correct. Please train your employees on the products and at a bare minimum be polite and willing to transfer a phone call and be willing to verify stock to save someone 4 hours of driving. This was obviously a case of being too lazy just to go check what you actually have. That is terrible service especially when I tell them I'm driving two hours each way and I don't want to come home empty-handed just to have to make the drive again.

Their selection is mid, and their prices make it almost impossible to support them as a small business. I will not be shopping there ever again.
