A new sales clerk told me that she couldn't do an even exchange since the to be acquired shirt was no longer on sale and that I would have to pay full price. This made no sense as when I shopped at the store, both shirts were on sale. She called her manager and they would not do an even exchange as it was no longer on sale. I decided to just get my money back and never ever shop there again.
