Not sure how they compare price-wise--I don't really look at prices when I find a place that carries quality stuff and treats me so well :)

My home recently sold, and I have spent the better part of the last few weeks patching and repainting nearly every room of the house. Yesterday, I spent majority of the day adding a coat of paint for the one color that spans most of the house. As the work progressed, I occasionally stopped to check and ensure things were looking good. I did notice that the paint looked slightly different, but assumed it likely just needed extra time to dry. This morning I inspected again - but found the same odd splotchy sheen in areas I painted the patches. Completely unlike the prior coat's sheen. So I brought the cans into the store today along with a slew of photos and videos to help them understand the issue. I had assumed they'd help provide options to fix the issue, as my window to have the house ready for the new owners is rapidly shrinking. Oddly, this was not the case. Two store reps just kind of shrugged their shoulders and told me I'd need to wait a couple months before the sheen would die down. When I asked them why this one batch of paint was behaving so differently from any other color or paint coat I had laid down in the last 4 years, I again got the same shrug & no solution. Even rooms I had patched and painted using Miller Paint but a different color did not result in this weird splotchy sheen. Feeling a meltdown approaching, I opted to leave. I then called another store - the person that answered the call just kept asking the same questions over and over & kept saying they needed details, which I provided over and over. Feeling this person just simply did not care to help, I called the company's headquarters in Oregon. Stuck in phone tree hell for close to 20 min (option 3 doesn't go to sales, but redirects to some vacation rental place), I finally gave up and headed back home - no solution, same awful shiny splotchy walls, and 2 days down the drain to the close day of my house. For such a basic issue, and for a customer that has spent thousands of dollars on their paint products, I was floored at the overall experience (or lack thereof). It could have been as easy as not providing a paint solution, but refunding my money. I will never recommend or use their products again. Save your time and money & find a different paint supplier.

When the car arrived, it had missing parts, dents, scratches, a bent suspension, and what looked like an old seat. I tried contacting the store and left a voicemail with my information, but no one called me back. A week later, I finally reached the same salesman who took my online order. I explained all the damages and missing parts, and the next day he called me back offering to send the missing parts and give me a $20 credit for the dents and damages--which isn't even close to what it would cost to get a proper paint job. It feels like they just expect me to spray-paint it myself. Then, they sent me an invoice for the refund, but it doesn't show the full amount I originally paid. At this point, the whole process with them feels really fishy.

Less than two weeks later, the mower stopped working. Wanting to support a small, locally owned business, we assumed they'd stand behind what they sold. We were wrong. My elderly father kindly went in on our behalf to ask about a replacement. Instead of being met with any form of courtesy or care, he was treated incredibly disrespectfully. The staff talked down to him, acted like he didn't know how to mow a lawn, and even accused him of assembling the mower incorrectly -- despite the fact that they were the ones who assembled it. They refused to replace the mower and initially wouldn't even refund our money. After nearly an hour of back-and-forth, they finally gave us a refund for the mower itself -- but refused to return the $25 assembly fee, even though the assembly was clearly the issue. To top it all off, they told us we were no longer welcome to purchase a lawnmower from them again. We were essentially blacklisted -- for their mistake. We will gladly be taking our business to another small business in Spokane -- one that not only stands behind their products but also treats customers with respect and a caring attitude. Good customer service isn't just about making a sale; it's about how you treat people when something goes wrong. If you value honesty, accountability, and being treated like a human being -- especially when dealing with elderly family members -- take your business elsewhere.

You can see footprints instantly, dry feet leave marks, paw prints leave marks, can use any cleaner or it will look horrible. Scratches fairly easily too which it's marketed as good for pets and kids so that sucks. 4-went back trying to get our measurements so we could plan out replacing them and were a manager had to get them for us and they would call us. Never called. Called and reminded them, never called. The gal wasn't helpful or very kind. Do not recommend them or coretech lvp.

They were able to find a discontinue piece of trim to finish the project. Andrew as responsive and really helped solve a problem which was unforeseen by everyone until the carpeting was removed. In addition, the team finished ahead of schedule and the flooring looks great! There is always something problematic which comes up with home projects, and it was great that Brothers was able to make everything right without a hassle. Companies that won't give a written quote, in my opinion are shady and the customer won't have any recourse if the job is not done correctly.

After dad had passed & mom's health was failing, it was time to clean out the basement. I ended up rescuing the old lamp from a family yard sale, after which the it sat in my garage for a few more years. One place I called gave me an estimate of $400 to restore it! Well above my budget. Enter Revival Lighting. Had heard their ads on the radio for awhile before I finally called them. Took the lamp down (they were on Division at this time) and had them restore the lamp, changing the bright gold finish to a deep bronze. The lamp was beautiful! A few years later, we had a house fire and the original shade was destroyed & the old lamp was again relegated to the basement. Facing a move to California this past October, I wanted the lamp restored again before I left & by the only company I trusted to do it - Revival Lighting. They were able to get the lamp done for me, even with changing the finish to the Old Gold, before I had to leave in three weeks. The lamp is absolutely beautiful! Now, the search is on for a new shade! By the way, it only cost $140.00 to restore my family heirloom!

FMI completed cabinets for my entire house in less time than anticipated, and despite a very busy schedule, immediately fixed several small things that came up. They are responsive, helpful with suggestions, accommodating, and so easy to work with. One thing that stood out was how with the other manufacturers, I would spend two hours discussing options and leave feeling like I neither learned nor resolved anything. In meetings with John Freeze, I never needed more than an hour and would always leave feeling like we had made tons of progress. John made the entire process easy for what can be an intimidating series of choices when building (or renovating) a home. I would easily recommend him.
