Love this store. So friendly and helpful. Couldn't ask for a better store. Usually always have what we need.

They kept the wallet securely on protocol. --And very insightful when I needed input on an obscure adapter. I hear the low-rated reviews. But that's never been my experience, and as Liberty Lake locals, we visit regularly.

This new front door harassment has to stop, I walked by the air duct cleaner guy 4 times today, twice with my dogs, once when I came back by myself and again when I came in with my wife. When I tell him "I'm Good" don't question me and say "Oh your good? You know what this is huh" I said, "Yes this is my 4th time walking by you." And he says "Oh really 4th time huh?". Yes it was and harassed every time the same way. Makes me not want to go to this location anymore. Selection: They may have it, it might even say in stock - but that doesn't mean they will get it for you. If something is in stock and out of reach where they would have to get a ladder or shut down a isle to get it, they will pitch a fit about it. Value: Check the prices, I was looking at a Hamilton Beach outdoor heater. They had big signs and tags saying 159.99, but the box said 129.99. Same deal with Outdoor Defense, costs more to get a refill than one with a handle and sprayer. Many other items too, just check before you go in. Cell service is dampened so you are forced to use their wi-fi. This controls your location look up and prices.

Super helpful and knowledgeable staff…read more Large inventory, I found items the big boxes didn't have. Fair prices. Hardworking and helpful yard staff. Thanks!

I never imagined I would be writing a review for a lumber company. The fact that I am hopefully…read moreresonates and speaks volumes about my experience at Savemore. One thing I realize as I grow is how business has changed literally everywhere, especially when it comes to personalized customer service. This is a thing that appears to be gone in the big box stores like Home Depot and Lowes stores. Being that I am Transgender, perhaps I worry about this factor a bit more than others because I am in a class of people that is not the common everyday people. Maybe you would not think it matters but it REALLY does. There are many people and probably a majority of people that do not yet understand so some people can be rather standoffish, confused or even very rude. In fact, most people haven't figured out how to address trans people yet. It is sad but it is true. Because engaging with people can be awkward at times, I have gotten used to cracking a quick joke or two about myself during this process to more or less get this out in the open, add levity or even remove the elephant in the room. It seems to work well for me. I looked at my Sales Associate and said, "Yall must not have many Trannys come in off the street to buy lumber." He looked at me and said, "No, we really don't. In fact I have never met one before." We both got a pretty good laugh and he really became great to work with and treated me with respect. My Sales Associate was a young man named Brett Burdick. When I entered Savemore and after a friendly greeting, he offered to help me with the long and arduous task of planning a rather huge deck. I was struggling with a rather crude illustration I had made to explain what I needed to assemble my project, Brett smiled, took my drawing and said, "Let me help you with that." He began clicking away at the computer and after a slightly uncomfortable and silent five minutes, he handed me back a printout of building materials I would need with a price and everything. I was so relieved, the printouts even included screws, lag bolts and flashing. He had thought of every detail and it was under my budget. This was absolutely paramount to me as I barely knew what I was doing and as you can probably guess, this was a very intimidating process for me. In my mind, Mr. Burdick really stepped up to do his job at the risk of fellow employees perhaps assaulting him with bad tranny jokes after I had left the store. This is just a reality and these things happen more than you can imagine. I think it is just a way for people to deal with something they don't see on a daily basis. I thanked him for a good experience, for treating me so well and most of all for making me feel like a human being. It turns out Brett Burdick's family owns this company. A very good company with a very friendly culture. This really is huge because as you know, in any organization culture breeds from the top down and all the employees at Savemore reflect Brett's friendly and helpful attitude and I would never shop for lumber or building supplies anywhere else again. Even if Home Depot was cheaper which it really is not, the service I continue to get from Mr Burdick and staff is simply worth more to me than being ignored at Home Depot. I could go on and on about this company but they is so many hours in a day. This is an important review because I feel like I made a good friend that day and smaller companies like Savemore are getting rare. I really hope everybody sees this and goes in to buy from the Burdick family and continues to support this family built business. You will be glad you did. If you run into Brett Burdick, please tell him Breezy, his new Tranny friend sent you in. I am confident you will both chuckle and you will have a great experience at Savemore Lumber. I hope this heartfelt review helps and if you made it this far, thank you.
