When my husband returned to get the trees he was told they wouldn't honor the prices we were quoted (even with Lark's name and the post-it note) and overall his experience with the team that day was super poor. We wouldn't purchase here again due to this experience unfortunately and the bait and switch pricing is really poor form.

It's exactly what every other Home Depot is. So why was this experience so bad? No one was helpful. Okay, there were three people who were helpful, but one was new, and the other two weren't able to help me. No one knew where anything was. I was sent to three different locations for one item. One person who worked here literally asked me, "Well where would it be?" (She kept saying she didn't have a phone). I looked straight back at her and literally responded, "I don't know. I don't work here." It was awful. Avoid this location at all costs, if it's a "one off". If it's your usual Home Depot you'll probably be fine.

Given that I followed the specific process outlined by your staff after weeks of persistent check-ins, I find this outcome very upsetting and unprofessional.
