Bought all of our trees and large bushes from them and they're all doing great. Super healthy plants. Service is great and all the guys there are very helpful and friendly. Sure, there are tiny bit more expensive than mainstream chain stores, but you get what you pay for. Sometimes you can catch them at a 20% off which makes it an awesome bargain. And to all those other reviewers who bitch and complain for spending way too much for a pumpkin or some veggies, no one forced you to plunk down the money. You could just turn around and walk away. I've gotten Bargains here on bulk fruits and veggies that I would never have found elsewhere. I'm a social worker here in Spokane that works directly with low income families. I dropped by Spokane Boys today, December 22nd to see if they would be willing to donate one small tree for a family I'm working with that still doesn't have a Christmas tree. I have been able to get tree lots to donate one tree every year about a week before Christmas. It's three days before Christmas and they still have numerous trees that they undoubtedly are not going to sell in the next two days. They would not donate one until Christmas eve but would either sell me a 3 foot tree for $40!!! or a 1 foot table top lopped off the top of a tree piece for $10!!! Purchase our tree there every year and they mount it for free on stand we bought from them.This year my stand broke when adjusting tree and they gladly replaced it for no charge. (Lifetime warranty). Selection of trees this year is excellent and look a lot better than grocery stores stock. Can't say enough good about staff and their excellent customer service. Came here years ago before Halloween one year with my then girlfriend to buy pumpkins. It was our first time there. They had a decent selection but we ended up just choosing one medium sized pumpkin. We liked the store, location, etc But the guy over charged us 20$ for one pumpkin! I was young and dumb at the time and didn't put two and two together until few days later. I was pretty disappointed. I'm sure it's an honest company but that one employee just really tarnished my image of this place. He was a bigger guy kinda older maybe late 40's. I wish I had gotten his name. Really disappointed he charged me 20$ for one dang pumpkin. Again, the company's been here for a while so maybe that guy got fired or changed his ways but I'm giving this place one star because to scam your customers like that is so scummy and slimy. Stay clear of this business. Per my experience dealing with them, the owners do not believe in treating the customer right. There are so many other long term reputable nurseries to buy your plants and trees. Even Lowes and Home Depot are much better to shop at and stand by their products. This nursery does not stand behind their products. Once you buy it, they will not give you a refund or exchange for a like item even if the plant or tree appears to have a disease shortly after getting it home. Look closely at the trees in their lot, and you will find many dying. It looks to me like they may buy cheap products and sell them at inflated prices. Very expensive here. Spend your money elsewhere and enjoy a good product. Lot's of other nurseries close by. read more

Spokane Boys is the most unprofessional/unethical business I have ever dealt with. In fact, giving them 1 star is being generous. The owner (Chad) is not honest, will not put things in writing, uses sub-par materials but charges full price. He wants to do the job "his" way and not the customer. If you disagree with him, he gets mad, and will yell at you. If that is not bad enough, the work he and his employees do is poor at best but then he refuses to warranty his work or parts. For example: The fence he installed for us is not even a year old and many boards(at least 1/4th of them) are splitting, bent,and falling off. The fence looks awful and I am going to have to replace it with a quality fence. Please don't make the same mistake we did in hiring Spokane Boys to do any work for you because you will regret it, and have to pay to have the work redone just as we have had to do. read more

I recently went to Spokane Boys and bought a watermelon, cantaloupe, and four ears of corn. It cost me nearly twenty dollars. When I got home and tried the produce, I noticed that the corn was old and shriveled (they had a sign telling you not to peel back the corn, otherwise I wouldn't have bought it), and both of the melons were mushy and tasteless. I thought back to the other four or five times I've shopped there and realized that each time I had a similar experience. Regardless of what I was buying, there remained three constants: unfriendly and unhelpful staff, ridiculous prices, and poor quality. I'm embarrassed that it took me this long to figure it out, but I will never shop there again. read more
