Guess I parked slightly over covering someone's driveway by a few inches on accident was in and out of the store within five minutes just needed to grab one thing I knew where it was so was in and out to within five minutes. Getting into my car I had the store owner yelling at me saying she just yelled at other people inside too. I was in the middle of apologizing because it was an honest mistake. The store owner continued to scream at me while and after apologizing profusely, trying to explain it was an accident. I will never be back here. Really sad that the owner thinks it's okay to be so mean to people. I hope the owner learns to have compassion and understanding instead of screaming at people and name calling. Guess I'll be going to Ritters or the local place in the South Hill next year.

I got in line and there was quit a few people in line and one woman had quit a few purchases witch is fine I am glad to wait. My daughter and myself hurd the announcement saying they are closing soon. We were in line before that announcement by the way. Then when it was our turn my daughter saw a set of post cards on the counter that had dolphins on it I thought I could pick one up if it was not to expensive as the sighn on them said 50% off i could not find a price so I asked the checker with blond hair how much it was. She looks at me and rolls her eyes looks at the cards and says sorry dont know off the top of my head. I said well can you check she rolls her eyes at me and looks to the girl next to her on the other till. She is the one who told us were the cat supplies was. The blond checker asked her what the price was. She came over looked at the card and said well the price is right there. She said it in a way that would make me feel stupid for not finding the price even though the blond checker couldn't find it. I chose not to buy it as they were so rude to me. We checked out I told my daughter that was so rude as we were walking out. My daughter told me when I was looking at the cards witch was 2 seconds the blond checker was rolling her eyes and bugging her eyes out. My daughter was so mad when we got to the car because she said I didnt deserve that treatment or tone and that i did nothing wrong. She tried to call right when we got to the car for a manager but It just hit closing time and they didnt answer. I have been going to NWS for 45 years and have never had that type of treatment or from any store for that matter. I was truley shocked at the treatment I received! I hope things improve as I would still like to shop there as I have been for the last 45 years.

My husband and I have purchased 3 trees with in the past 3 years…read more First year, pine oak died. Second year dogwood, died third year Japanese Maple has major fungal issues I hadn't noticed when purchasing. Now it needs to be removed and my Soil is contaminated. We did not over water. We follow directions exactly. We have now wasted $800 dollars at least! Every single tree we have planted has either died shortly after or had serious fungal issues. Never ever again will we purchase and trees from Spokane Boys. We have a beautiful lush and thriving garden otherwise with multiple trees from other retailers with no issue and have been growers for two decades. We are not the problem. So buyer beware. The trees are beautiful but unfortunately never lasted longer than one year. The Garden decorations, fountains and birdbaths are nice and have lasted. So it's not a complete waste.

I asked for the arrangement to include lilacs. They included lavender roses, purple and white lilacs and (unexpectedly) gorgeous fluted-ruffled lavender tulips. Everyone raved. We sent the flowers home with a "virtual grandma" who lives in Spokane. There was a small delivery hitch (my fault). We found that the restaurant would not yet be open at the time I specified. The lovely driver turned around, and came back at the right time. Perfect!!

I wrote instructions, attached a card to go along with them and they were never delivered. Not only that, it doesn't even show in my bank statements anymore as of today. Yesterday it still showed I had paid for them and the money was taken from my account. I'm assuming they reversed the transaction on their end or cancelled without saying anything. Now it's Saturday evening and no shops are open and they're all closed tomorrow. I'll give the benefit of the doubt that it was a system error but I even left my phone number....I would think someone would've called. I can't help but feel so sad that she won't be receiving beautiful flowers from my brother and I. If this was a system error- please look into this for the sake of your customers and the risk of ruining special moments.
