Even the cashier recognized it, so we asked her opinion for what we needed and she echoed exactly what the guy in the field said. The staff there never ceases to amaze me. They have always made great recommendations for us and they have worked out nicely. Great selection and great staff. Even a nice looking front desk area. Love it.

A variety of cute little plants and she was most helpful telling me how to care for things as I have the biggest brown thumb. I picked out a cute little succulent and a tiny pot. She took the time to pot it for me and tell me how to care for it. She mentioned there was macrame classes but currently nothing scheduled. This is a super popular thing and sounds interesting to learn about. I would have never known this quaint little shop was here had she not signed up for a Yelp event. Thank you for dumping pea gravel in our besalt bed while destroying out newly planted lavender…read more The added hours to pick out all the pea gravel will be truely wonderful. :( We did leave instructions to drop the gravel on the left side of the driveway, but your truck driver didn't even bother to ring the doorbell upon arrival to check before dumping. I understand that the driver was trying to leave the garage door accessible, but had he talked to the person in the house, he would have learned that only the one half of the garage was being used, and that the gravel would disappear within a day after being placed. Yes, he did try to call one of us at work, but given that I was at work. And in the meeting, ringing the doorbell would have been the next best choice, but for some reason, it never happened and he simply dumped it. Ruining our side bed and our plants.

And to all those other reviewers who bitch and complain for spending way too much for a pumpkin or some veggies, no one forced you to plunk down the money. You could just turn around and walk away. I've gotten Bargains here on bulk fruits and veggies that I would never have found elsewhere. Sure, I've come here for a few items and they were priced a little bit more than what I wanted to spend, so I held off. It's called Freedom of Choice, people.

We purchased 8 tons of pea gravel, assuming what we were getting would be your typical pea gravel…read morethat you would use in a dog kennel or playground, what we received was 8 tons of mostly fines with tiny pieces of rock, something you would never want your dogs or children to play in as this crap will end up everywhere. Their pictures on their website certainly do not reflect their actual products. I called/brought in a sample thinking I possibly was delivered the wrong item, I was told by the owner that's too bad and I'm stuck with it. No apologies, no credit, no how can we make this right, I was just told I'm the only person to ever complain about it, which I find really hard to believe. I will add, the girls in the office were very kind and helpful, the owner is a different story. I took the product I received to two other landscape companies and both agreed what we received was not pea gravel at all, one even joked saying it looks like something you would find on a beach. I ended up having to purchase pea gravel that wasn't falsely advertised as such from another company, doubling what my budget for my project should have been. I have had several deliveries in the past from Bark Boys, but I will not be spending my money there in the future. Spokane Boys now has my business going forward.

Second year dogwood, died third year Japanese Maple has major fungal issues I hadn't noticed when purchasing. Now it needs to be removed and my Soil is contaminated. We did not over water. We follow directions exactly. We have now wasted $800 dollars at least! Every single tree we have planted has either died shortly after or had serious fungal issues. Never ever again will we purchase and trees from Spokane Boys. We have a beautiful lush and thriving garden otherwise with multiple trees from other retailers with no issue and have been growers for two decades. We are not the problem. So buyer beware. The trees are beautiful but unfortunately never lasted longer than one year. The Garden decorations, fountains and birdbaths are nice and have lasted. So it's not a complete waste.
