It was recommended to us that we go to Greenacres Nursery and in early spring. We did, selected a tree and they in a timely manner came out and planted it in our front yard. We babied the tree watering it regularly and despite our care, it went dormant very early and parts seem to die. A Greenacres representative came out, looked at the tree and true to their word, assisted us the following week to find a replacement at their nursery in Otis Orchards. I highly recommend this nursery to anyone who is interested in dealing with an organization that stands by their products and stands by their word.

Really, really poor service. We were working with Brooke and had around $2k of plants in carts for…read morepurchase when she waved to someone, said, "I have an appointment.", and literally walked away. We pulled our carts to the front ourselves and asked the checkout shack staff for help. The clueless blonde said she didn't know what was going on either and did not offer help. We sat there in the sun until Brooke sauntered back, we got a couple more things and checked out for $2,600+. We got a $0.20 rebate through their Rewards program. Yes, a twenty cents for $2,600+ purchase. They wouldn't even give us free delivery, so that was an extra $200. Fast forward to $200 delivery, which amounted to wind-shorn plants in the back of a pickup truck. The trunks of two $300 trees were bouncing off the tailgate where they had fallen over. One tree was near death, with the entire top covered in crunchy dead leaves, browned branches and leaves severly eaten by insects. We refused the one tree and returned to Barn and Blossom to pick out a different tree, until we were told we had to pay another $200 delivery fee. NO, WE WON'T PAY FOR THE DELIVERY TO REPLACE THE NEARLY DEAD TREE YOU TRIED TO DUMP ON US. After, $2,800+, I would have expected a basic level of courtesy the first time we were there, at least the second time, but no. There is zero service and if I could give negative stars, I would. We have alot more yard to landscape and it won't be through Barn and Blossom. The response from Barn and Blossom's owner was, "We are glad you won't be coming back as you are not welcome." Such poor service, even from the owner...now they created a Disney level fantasy novella below about how great they are.

Come here every year to get my gardening supplies and this year parking was really full, but I…read morethought I managed to squeeze in. Guess I parked slightly over covering someone's driveway by a few inches on accident was in and out of the store within five minutes just needed to grab one thing I knew where it was so was in and out to within five minutes. Getting into my car I had the store owner yelling at me saying she just yelled at other people inside too. I was in the middle of apologizing because it was an honest mistake. The store owner continued to scream at me while and after apologizing profusely, trying to explain it was an accident. I will never be back here. Really sad that the owner thinks it's okay to be so mean to people. I hope the owner learns to have compassion and understanding instead of screaming at people and name calling. Guess I'll be going to Ritters or the local place in the South Hill next year.

Summit Sprouts's owner is passionate about your garden success. This is one of those places where supporting your local business is a win for you!
