Never ever again will we purchase and trees from Spokane Boys. We have a beautiful lush and thriving garden otherwise with multiple trees from other retailers with no issue and have been growers for two decades. We are not the problem. So buyer beware. Their pictures on their website certainly do not reflect their actual products. I called/brought in a sample thinking I possibly was delivered the wrong item, I was told by the owner that's too bad and I'm stuck with it. No apologies, no credit, no how can we make this right, I was just told I'm the only person to ever complain about it, which I find really hard to believe. I will add, the girls in the office were very kind and helpful, the owner is a different story. I took the product I received to two other landscape companies and both agreed what we received was not pea gravel at all, one even joked saying it looks like something you would find on a beach. I ended up having to purchase pea gravel that wasn't falsely advertised as such from another company, doubling what my budget for my project should have been. I have had several deliveries in the past from Bark Boys, but I will not be spending my money there in the future. Spokane Boys now has my business going forward.
