Really, really poor service. We were working with Brooke and had around $2k of plants in carts for purchase when she waved to someone, said, "I have an appointment.", and literally walked away. We pulled our carts to the front ourselves and asked the checkout shack staff for help. The clueless blonde said she didn't know what was going on either and did not offer help. We sat there in the sun until Brooke sauntered back, we got a couple more things and checked out for $2,600+. We got a $0.20 rebate through their Rewards program. Yes, a twenty cents for $2,600+ purchase. They wouldn't even give us free delivery, so that was an extra $200. Fast forward to $200 delivery, which amounted to wind-shorn plants in the back of a pickup truck. The trunks of two $300 trees were bouncing off the tailgate where they had fallen over. One tree was near death, with the entire top covered in crunchy dead leaves, browned branches and leaves severly eaten by insects. We refused the one tree and returned to Barn and Blossom to pick out a different tree, until we were told we had to pay another $200 delivery fee. NO, WE WON'T PAY FOR THE DELIVERY TO REPLACE THE NEARLY DEAD TREE YOU TRIED TO DUMP ON US. After, $2,800+, I would have expected a basic level of courtesy the first time we were there, at least the second time, but no. There is zero service and if I could give negative stars, I would. We have alot more yard to landscape and it won't be through Barn and Blossom. The response from Barn and Blossom's owner was, "We are glad you won't be coming back as you are not welcome." The staff is knowledgeable and has helped me transform areas of my yard from Pinterest pictures to reality. While they are pricier than a box store, the trees and perennials that I purchase here come back more beautiful each year! read more

We've bought plants, trees and shrubs at Barn & Blossom since they opened. The owners and employees are excellent, knowledgeable and professional. We've had plants delivered and planted for a nominal fee. The nursery is by far the best on the South Hill and is one of best we've ever been to on the West Coast. I noted the other recent review and felt I needed to respond. I took a look at their reviews and was not shocked to see - they hate everything, name employees and besmirch long time loved establishments. Go visit Barn & Blossom and see for yourself. Absolutely wonderful plant nursery in a picturesque setting! Huge selection of beautiful plants, flowers, shrubs and trees. My first time here and it will be the only place I shop for flowers from now on. The staff is just amazing and so helpful with helping me pick a beautiful hydrangea and other plants. Wonderful nursery - the best one I've been to in the Spokane area. The staff is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They have a great variety of trees, annuals, perennials, ground cover and decor. The local honey was a welcome surprise! I was excited about new owners and just stopped by this morning. They have clearly spent a lot of money cleaning the place up and it looks nice. Here is the deal, if I'm going to spend money at your business you have to at least say hello and ask if I would like some help. There was literally one customer there at the same time as me. I pulled my cart full of plants up to their new check out area and stood there for about 10 minutes while someone inside the little shed was talking on the phone. She didn't wave, she didn't say - I will be with you in just a minute .... So I left and will go to another local nursery and support their business. Barn & Blossom AirBnb is a delightful experience all around! Upon entering the charming farmhouse, we were greeted with a handwritten welcome note, farm fresh eggs in the fridge & fresh cut flower bouquets in each room. Take a walk around the property to check out the serene water feature, weeping willow trees in the distance as well as the rustic & original barn + so much more! The home is comfy, clean & cozy. It truly feels like something straight off of a Pinterest dream. Every detail is thought out and perfectly executed. We were fortunate enough to meet the hosts and they are even lovelier than the masterpiece they have created! I would 10/10 times recommend their space to anyone looking for a relaxing & beautiful retreat, not far from downtown Spokane! I will never forget my time spent at Barn & Blossom and look forward to making my way back there someday soon! read more

We love Barn and Blossom. We visited regularly last summer to purchase trees including a Dogwood, a Black Pine, a Japanese Maple; beautiful shrubs such as a Carolina Allspice, Pink Champagne Cotinus and others. The staff have been so friendly and especially Brook who always has a big smile, so much warmth and good ideas that helped us fulfill our vision for our garden. Our yard is beautiful now. And we feel like we made some new friends. read more
