Thank you for dumping pea gravel in our besalt bed while destroying out newly planted lavender…read more The added hours to pick out all the pea gravel will be truely wonderful. :( We did leave instructions to drop the gravel on the left side of the driveway, but your truck driver didn't even bother to ring the doorbell upon arrival to check before dumping. I understand that the driver was trying to leave the garage door accessible, but had he talked to the person in the house, he would have learned that only the one half of the garage was being used, and that the gravel would disappear within a day after being placed. Yes, he did try to call one of us at work, but given that I was at work. And in the meeting, ringing the doorbell would have been the next best choice, but for some reason, it never happened and he simply dumped it. Ruining our side bed and our plants.

I would like to comment on Kristen J's experiance and just want to say that I have overheard rude and demanding customers treat these employee's like crap and think they are better then everyone else. I believe I was shopping when Kristin was and she was with her sister in-law, Kristins husband was so embarrased by his wife he went and sat in the car. The owner had just lost her husband during surgery and father in-law had passed away 2 months later. I will shop their as long as I can and send all my friends.
