It was recommended to us that we go to Greenacres Nursery and in early spring. We did, selected a tree and they in a timely manner came out and planted it in our front yard. We babied the tree watering it regularly and despite our care, it went dormant very early and parts seem to die. A Greenacres representative came out, looked at the tree and true to their word, assisted us the following week to find a replacement at their nursery in Otis Orchards. I highly recommend this nursery to anyone who is interested in dealing with an organization that stands by their products and stands by their word.

They've been rude and dismissive all along, and at this point, they have stopped replying to me and it seems like they see no problem just keeping the money I'm owed. Would give negative stars if possible, and I'm baffled this place continues to exist being managed in such unethical manner.
