That's why we always gave people a 90 day or one growing season guarantee at Ritters. They don't do that you buy something there. It's yours you just paid the price for something that's never gonna last possibly. If it were me, I would never purchase anything at Ritter's again. I spent $350 on a tree that was dead in 30 days but it's your money your choice.

It was recommended to us that we go to Greenacres Nursery and in early spring. We did, selected a tree and they in a timely manner came out and planted it in our front yard. We babied the tree watering it regularly and despite our care, it went dormant very early and parts seem to die. A Greenacres representative came out, looked at the tree and true to their word, assisted us the following week to find a replacement at their nursery in Otis Orchards. I highly recommend this nursery to anyone who is interested in dealing with an organization that stands by their products and stands by their word.

There is a small adjustment that needed to be made to the handle as it just didn't want to stay in the extended state, but my dad fixed that with his drill and a bolt. Employees all had masks on, and my time in the store was very limited as the item I wanted was also easy to find.
