After browsing through I have to say that this is an underrated store in Spokane. Great prices on very cool pieces! People- do not- I repeat do-not drive all the way to Seattle for Ikea nonsense. Dania will get you the modern stuff, you won't have to put it together, and its really affordable (and you can avoid the stress of cramming things into your car for the drive home). The only thing is Dania doesn't have meatballs...so there is a drawback. For apartment dwellers or smaller home folks they have the modern, smaller scale pieces but also huge sectionals for your epic lake cabin people. I have to think this furniture would also work in traditional homes as well.

After I called to check on it Sept 3, they said they would deliver it the next day, which happened to be my birthday, and we had plans to go out of town. It was then or wait another week. Why they didn't call us when it came in, I don't know. We had it for less than a week when we realized something was wrong with the loveseat. We called and it took nearly two weeks before someone came out and validated that the wooden structure was broken. They said "Stickley is really good. They won't just repair it; they will REPLACE it!" They indicated someone would be out to pick it up. When asked, we agreed to a loaner. Dan, the manager, followed up and called us to say we could call him if there were any problems. So far, okay. I called about Dan on Oct 10 to find out when it would be picked up. He was out of town for the week but we left a message he would get on Monday, Oct 14. In my message I let him know we would be gone from Oct 13-15. However, Warren from the warehouse called us 7 times on Oct 15 telling us they had to pick it up that day. Evidently no one got the message to Warren we were out of town and they gave us no advance warning they had to pick it up on the day we were gone. We called back at 3 p.m. after we got home on the 15, and left a message for Warren. NO ONE called us back all week. We went into the store on Monday, 10/21 and spoke with Dan and told him what happened. Warren called the next day to say they would pick it up on Friday. Dan also told us that Stickley doesn't "replace" the love seat. They "replace" the broken pieces within the loveseat; in other words, they REPAIR it! Dan also informed us that Stickley only delivers/picks up in Spokane every 3 months. That means we won't see this furniture before February 2025, if we're lucky. That's not all! When they came to pick up the loveseat on Friday, Oct 25, they brought a loaner. However, the loaner was an old full-size couch with no reclining and it was too large for our living room. The loaner was useless. The next day, Saturday, Oct 26, we found a dead mouse that had been left behind. This is outrageous that we pay $6500 for a loveseat that is supposed to be top of the line and we still don't have a recliner to sit on 6 months after ordering and won't see it for at least another 3 months or more. All we have so far is a dead mouse.

Ike had asked what was needed for furniture wise and I let him know a bunk bed and or couch would be amazing for the larger family . When they came to deliver he had brought a bunk bed and couch . When he realized the household was much larger than the couch he had brought he had offered to bring a brand new sectional instead and he would bring it eventually after gifting the other family's . Well it had been a month I've contacted him , gone into the store and gotten a bit of a run around . The last time I went into the store may of 2025 he said they would bring it for my mothers birthday they did not I contacted them in June with still no reply . I also last contacted them in December with a mild response and now have contacted him again with no response . She really did appreciate the bunk beds and was truly looking forward to getting this brand new sectional for the family and I do believe he had good intentions but they have not been met and this is quite disappointing two years later Hoping we can get that couch someday !

Many, many people told us to check out Trovato Interiors on Sprague near Spokane Valley City Hall. Very friendly Susan showed me an amazing armoire she says is over 200 years old. Beautiful piece. Just have to figure out how to get it home and up the stairs. LOL Also picked up some funky animal-print pillows and, I don't know what they are called, throw blankets perhaps?, that are furry and are for our new couch. Trusted and successful citizens of the community are correct. Trovato is THE place to go for all your furniture and home decorating needs. It is a shame some shady people who've never actually stepped foot in the store have taken to writing fake 1-star reviews on some other site for some reason. Susan and Trovato Interiors are truly 5 STAR.

We went to Northwest Bedding after to compare prices and found the sales rep to very arrogant and condescending. Went back to Walkers and purchased my mattress set with 24 mo interest free financing. They threw in a couple of $175 pillows and free delivery and are going to dispose of my old mattress too. I really wanted a cute Serta sheep and forgot it on my way out :(. Called them and she said she would mail it to me! Now that's customer service ;)

This is the third time our adjustable bed frame has broken in two years. We had a difficult time…read moregetting service and parts in a timely matter the last few times. It has been more then disappointing and frustrating once again. We had a "service tech" come out in November and said she had never worked on that before and would order parts. Two weeks later my wife called and spoke with someone and said the parts were ordered and just have not come in. A few weeks later I called and was told the parts were in our account but were never ordered. There was no one there that day to confirm the order would go through and was told someone would call us back right away the next day to confirm. No call. My wife called once again this week, and was told yes the parts are ordered but wont be in until the end of January. Mind you our bed frame has been in the leg up position this whole time. My wife asked to speak to a manager to confirm that what were being told this time was accurate and true. She was told the manager was too busy to speak now and would call later. No calls. I guess we wait until the end of January to find out if we will get our parts and bed fixed.
