Looking for vintage finds in Spokane? Then look no further than Boulevard. Besides your standard household items, Boulevard has lots of clothes and old records. During my most recent visit, I found an old Girl Scout book with recipes for Girl Scout cookies. I also purchased a whole bunch of skeleton keys. I have an old house with the original doors throughout that require a skeleton key to lock the door. Unfortunately, the keys must have gotten lost over time, thus why I bought a bunch of different ones to try to figure out which ones could actually work to lock the doors in my house. Surprisingly, two of the keys did work! So, now I know which ones to buy more of in the future. I also got a plant that has been thriving in my office. While located on a busy street, parking is easily available as there is plenty of parking behind the building. read more

I love love love vintage clothing, and downstairs at this place is the best vintage unisex t-shirts, jackets, Hawaiian shirts, and jeans anywhere. Don't forget an obligatory soft flannel shirt, perfectly worn in for you. I picked up some 501 cut off jeans, logo t-shirts, a cozy flannel shirt, and a well-worn sweatshirt. This is such a great vintage shop! All items are carefully selected and tastefully displayed. There is a huge selection of vintage clothing. I could spend hours going through everything. There's also candles, soaps, jewelry from local artists for purchase. There is something for everyone here! read more

Where is the merchandise? Last time I was there wasn't sure what the heck was up. One vendor had some descent rest weak.just saying.

Huge selection of goods in a large two-story space. Lots to see here, some thing for everyone. Not cramped so much that you will knock things over every time you move, which was nice. Friendly staff. However, the prices were a bit high, I thought. That is in comparison to other Spokane antique stores. Not all of their goods were antique, some were not all that old, and some were new. If a store called self and antique store, I don't like seeing new products mixed in with the old good. This store will not replace my go-to antique stores, but I may stop in here once in a while. read more

Boulevard Mercantile is THE hot new vintage/antiques/gift/decor shop in Spokane. They are located in the old Stewart's Hardware building on the corner of Monroe and Indiana. I first noticed their fun indie logo on the building a few months ago and I finally snuck away to take a gander. The charming bicycles on the sidewalk drew me in as well as the 50's bullet planters in the window display. I immediately found some great textiles, prints, planters, jewelry and furniture. This place is CURATED. I plan to go back asap. Keep doin' what you are doin' Boulevard Mercantile. It's been noticed. read more

Arrogance. I have been in this store a few times since their move to the new location and am so disappointed in the attitude of the owners/staff. Their inventory is interesting with some really great pieces (no negotiation) but I find it difficult to support - sadly, won't be back. read more

I live nearby, and love the building so I was excited to find my new favorite vintage store. Prices are low-high depending on the item. The basement has a vintage Levis section that is phenomenal. SO many shorts and jeans to choose from in all sizes in the $20-$30 range, way cheaper than online. I found our tv stand here, was a great buy. Plus the staff is really nice. Also have some local handmade goods, which I always like to see. read more

Fabulous vintage and antique store. It reminded me of several of my favorite vintage/antique stores in Nashville, TN. Almost like boutique shopping with a wide variety of items, displayed wondrously throughout the store. I usually prefer to dig and find a buried treasure amongst a filled store, but this store had several gems to be found throughout it's beautifully arranged inventory. Here, you can get lots of ideas on how to use or display a piece from the past -- as such, you may pay a bit more than a rummage or typical antique store, but no mistaking this is a fun store -- one I'll be sure to revisit from time to time. read more

The prices can be a little steep for certain items, but it is understandable considering the sources, this store has many wonderful trinkets and 2 floors of cool, amazing pieces. Collectors will love this place, and they have quite a nice collection of clothing downstairs as well read more

Overpriced. Some vintage, and plenty of faux vintage. Nice space. Overall, good for a 10 minute walk through to admire the building.
