Huge selection of goods in a large two-story space. Lots to see here, some thing for everyone. Not cramped so much that you will knock things over every time you move, which was nice. Friendly staff. However, the prices were a bit high, I thought. That is in comparison to other Spokane antique stores. Not all of their goods were antique, some were not all that old, and some were new. If a store called self and antique store, I don't like seeing new products mixed in with the old good. This store will not replace my go-to antique stores, but I may stop in here once in a while.

This vintage ceramic owl is ready for a safe ride home from Boulevard Mercantile.

Great curated selection of vintage items, heavy on furniture and household goods. My friends and I all found something and even went back the next day for more.

Boulevard Mercantile is THE hot new vintage/antiques/gift/decor shop in Spokane. They are located in the old Stewart's Hardware building on the corner of Monroe and Indiana. I first noticed their fun indie logo on the building a few months ago and I finally snuck away to take a gander. The charming bicycles on the sidewalk drew me in as well as the 50's bullet planters in the window display. I immediately found some great textiles, prints, planters, jewelry and furniture. This place is CURATED. I plan to go back asap. Keep doin' what you are doin' Boulevard Mercantile. It's been noticed.

I got a great album here and was helped by a very kind woman named Sarah. Fantastic store on all fronts.

Fun venture with lots of funds. 4-stars due to a lot of the merchandise had seen better days. Still worth going.

Lots to look at- a little pricer than I expected. Nice staff and well organized. Neat items and cool antique furniture refurbished.

Overpriced. Some vintage, and plenty of faux vintage. Nice space. Overall, good for a 10 minute walk through to admire the building.

I live nearby, and love the building so I was excited to find my new favorite vintage store.

If you love to see creativity at it's best, please come to the Farm Chicks show. It just makes for a fun girls weekend. Last year was my first trip to Spokane and it's a much more charming town that I thought. Lots of funky thrift shops here and in Coeur d'Alene (which is barely 30 minutes away). You can take one day for junkin' and one day for the Farm Chicks. It's $6 for both days and bring your camera and a notebook because you'll want to write down all the cute ideas you find. My find of the day at the show was a $10 vintage watch from http://www.athingforroses.blogspot.com/. Be prepared to wait outside for a few to get in - my friend took a picture of the line to get in, which I will try and snag and post. But it's one of those lines where you talk to everyone in it - which makes it fun. Also, I would recommend bringing cash if you are going to buy - not too many places took cards. If you love vintage finds, make the pilgrimage - and don't forget to wear your apron!
