The staff talked down to him, acted like he didn't know how to mow a lawn, and even accused him of assembling the mower incorrectly -- despite the fact that they were the ones who assembled it. They refused to replace the mower and initially wouldn't even refund our money. After nearly an hour of back-and-forth, they finally gave us a refund for the mower itself -- but refused to return the $25 assembly fee, even though the assembly was clearly the issue. To top it all off, they told us we were no longer welcome to purchase a lawnmower from them again. We were essentially blacklisted -- for their mistake. We will gladly be taking our business to another small business in Spokane -- one that not only stands behind their products but also treats customers with respect and a caring attitude. Good customer service isn't just about making a sale; it's about how you treat people when something goes wrong.
